Not the cheapest curry about but i first tried Ranis on Christmas day 2023. I don't celebrate it and usually have an Indian. This place is great though. No complaints about the quality or quantity. Will use again without hesitation. Colne Roy

Second time ordering from here. First we got madras curries and a dinner kebab. The curries were absolutely perfect! Full of flavour. The dinner meat is the nicest dinner meat I have ever had! Lovely well mannered delivery driver too!

Lamb dish was all sauce and very little lamb and for the price I feel a little ripped off. I've had much better naan. Chef special chicken dish, just seemed to be a standard madras and did not match the menu description.

Food is always amazing and delivery time is great. However... after a £50+ order there wasn't even a free poppadom thrown in. Dog was disappointed.

My husband ordered the munchbox 4 off the menu, the burger was really soggy, the chicken burger was really grissily and the chicken pakoras that I ordered was breaded not battered which wasn’t what I was expecting when I previous ordered it was battered. The chips had no flavour the only thing enjoyable from the order was the donner and the chicken tikka starter.

Fantastic experience, special mix biriani was second to none , fantastic , and my wife is picky about birianis . The kebabs were REALLY well flavoured and plentiful, good amount of meat and well seasoned with fresh made naan . We will be back !

Shocking fish pakora was actually fish fingers believe it or not and when questioned the man asked me if I knew what a fish pakora was so I said yes not a breaded piece of fish. Should be a lightly spiced batter with a fresh piece of fish then fried. Food wasn’t even spicy. Dreadful place never going back

I'm not sure how this takeaway has some very positive reviews. The lamb tikka starter was tough in places, and the chicken in the main meal was chewy and gristly. The sauce was excellent and the delivery driver was very polite. Maybe just pay attention to the meat.

Food is lovely but it’s a little hard to understand I spent £65 was charged £5 for delivery and 80p for a spoon full of pickle?? It was actually a spoonful. No free bees with a large order and no salad with my starters. I really liked the salad last time 😞

One the best Indians I've had, I go in they know who I am and I'm greeted by a friendly face. This is an absolute lovely takeaway. The chicken tikka masala is proper banging.

First time ordering from here! Fantastic!! Food was well presented (it makes a difference) no salad in a bag actually a bowl of fresh side salad! ( I ate it) also flavour and well cooked meat.. Devine don’t think I’ve ever left a review like this before but I was so impressed! Only one tiny thing because I probably didn’t have room but some free poppadoms would be nice my order

ordered after seeing all the comments on just eat. buy not as good as all the hype to be honest. peshawar naan just tasted like a normal nanny, not sweet. curry's were OK. tasted a bit brandish. but OK overall. 5 meals over £80, I thought it would of been unbelievable, but not.

Walked in and was instantly greeted by the friendliest lady I have ever met. Placed my order and kept chatting away to her. My food was ready in about 10 minutes all made from fresh as I could see the chefs at work through a very well placed window. When I got home my taste buds seriously exploded. I have NEVER had an Indian meal that is so tasty and as I have said, FRESH! This place is definitely my go to for Asian cuisine and I would explore everyone out there to give them a go.. you won't be disappointed

Best curry around the lamb just melts in your mouth. I always get the same dish and it’s always red hot on arrival. Last two orders made me delivered within ten minutes !! Definitely our favourite takeout ect.

The best Indian food I've ever had. So much flavour. You can tell by the depth of colour and taste that they really work hard to get it right. It's not a quick thrown together dish, so many different flavours in one dish. Also had samosa starter and again, delicious. I'll be back. Thankyou.

Delicious food as always and I enjoyed a lovely chat with the guy serving at the counter, it’s fab to be able to see the chefs working away through the window, seeing the tandoori oven etc. the Lamb Shashlik was so tender.

Half the chicken was really nice, but half of it was rubbery and tasted like it had been reheated, so had to leave it. The chips were not cooked properly either, soggy and warm. Sauce was nice though, shame about the other elements.

Second time ordering and beyond great food..

Decided to try a new place to order my indian. Not only was it cheaper than my local place, their sense of humor and quality of food is top notch. I got a naga chilli and wrote in the notes "dont be shy with the spice im not a wimp". When i got the order they wrote in sharpie on the tub "for you since youre not a wimp lol". This gave me a good giggle. And they made it extra spicy for me. Absolutely delish, love their humor, and it was definately spicy enough thanks guys :)

The sauces were superb, brilliant in fact. However the prawns were not good they were tasteless and rubbery and to be frank I had forgotten the curry I ordered and had to check, I was very surprised it was prawns because I couldn`t tell by eating them. The chicken was mostly OKish but some lumps (yes lumps) were dry and chewy. And rice is not expensive I was kind of expecting a bigger portion so 2 of us could eat. Your delivery driver was excellent. I will not be ordering again because the cost of the meal indicated it would be good. Below average. Now I know you are going to tell me I should have contacted the restaurant, But I shouldn`t have to. Thank you

Had a few meals from this takeaway over the weeks all been really good ,however the starters tonight were not as good as previous ones maybe a different chef ,still very nice though.thank you guys .

This was our first order with Ranis. In our order there was a menu which i looked through as we ate our meal and when i checked the prices have been inflated on just eat to the point of the chicken tikka masala being almost £2 more and the whole order being £4 more than in the menu. Due to this fact i doubt we will be ordering from this vendor again.
