ever time I get from this place it's been so good kids love it not all the time we get a takeaway just movie nights but what a great team and delivering too

Or though it was a fast delivery the food wasn’t the best unfortunately the kebab meat was some the of the greasiest.

I have been a customer for a number of years now and I have to say that the food is consistently excellent. I would never go anywhere else and I am genuinely not connected with the company. People are quick to leave bad reviews but rarely do they leave good reviews. I can sincerely recommend you give this company a try. 👊 ❤️

So after trying to get order via online the discount was done when going in they allegedly didn't get my order n ripped me off when I placed online it was 8.12 then after ordering again in person ripped me off charged me a tenner but gave proper bad attitude

the food quality was horrible, the waffles I ordered were hard rock and burned, and the calzone had a very strange ham looking and tasting like dog food. I will never order from that place ever, such a waste of money

Unfortunately we will never use them again ordered a pizza they turned up without toppings on rang them up they said next time you order it’s on us when we rang back up they didn’t want to know anything about it shame as we’ve been useing them for ages time for a new takeaway

The delivery driver was not bothered about the fact that the food was Luke warm and nearly late no apologies poor customer service

Rang the shop for a pizza tonight, how can something be so over and undercooked at the same time? Gooey on the bottom, burnt at the top! Another meal to the dog! Why have pizza in your name if your cant cook them? Same with the Calzone last week just not worth my money anymore, been too much of a loyal customer to get inedible food and nothing in return, thousands of pounds spent over years and not even a free can of coke or cheese on the chips but PizzaPizza will do a 10-25% discount every other week and it still be great food? Only thing that let's them down is wait time! Think this is last order with you guys I can't keep wasting money on food that I give to my pets when I can order from better places or stop been lazy and make myself some food... Anyhow Thank you for the good food you have provided over the years but for me I'm out.

If I'm honest guys tonight was a big fail. Fed most of it to my pets, busy night I guess.

Food was stone cold and didn’t follow my instructions

Everything about this order apart from the hot wings was absolutely 10/10 the chips were made to order, the Calzone was not greesy at all and tasted beautiful and even the can of pop was cold, drivers always polite, probably best drivers I've had from takeaways tbh, like I said the only let down was the wings they tasted of grease no chicken flavour at all but the main was too good to care. Thank you guys :)

Pizza was not properly cooked inside but burnt on the crust and topping. Spicy wings were overcooked and not spicy at all. Yap never again.

It was up to it's usual standard however the small piece of clear plastic was unacceptable it was in my daughters meal she could have choked on it

Had a scoot upto the shop tonight, chilli sauce is back to been the best donnor meat was really nice, and I seen the chef actually making the pizza doe I always thought it came pre packed, 10/10 tonight, even my can of pop was cold

The amount of grease coming out of that calzone was disgusting! Couldn't eat it at all, and you've changed your chilli sauce the other one was way way better! Didn't feel like a meal nor a deal :(

I ordered a pizza for delivery and I didn't receive my order. My order was handed to somebody else, I asked for a refund or a replacement and the worker on the phone was very rude and refused to help. You have lost a customer, won't be ordering from here again!!!

I ordered for delivery and didn’t receive my order as the pizza was handed to someone else and who claimed to be me! Don’t order from here, they didn’t even send a replacement when it was their mistake. Absolutely disgusting!

We ordered a 14inch pizza and we did not receive it. We ordered of just-eat and someone took our pizza before we got to the door, we then rang the shop and asked if we could get a refund or a free pizza. They were very rude and refused. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not happy with the service I received this evening. I ordered a 1/2 supreme burger & extra portion of chips, when It was delivered I was disgusted to notice I was only given half a portion of chips and small amount of chips in with my burger. Bearing in mind the burger was £7 and the chips was £2.80. I called the papas pizzas and was transfered over to a manger who was very rude and didn't want to help or deliver more chips. He was acussing me of lieing. I have ordered from this takeaway number of times and never received such small porions, the food has always been lovely & good portions. I am very disgusted with the service it's not the fact the chips was small but the service from a manager that I received. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. Poor management & poor service.

Not overly impressed with the quality of the food. Bland, soggy chips! Just not a treat.

The waffles were bad, tried to eat them but I couldn't, they were too burned and dry. My partner did ate 1 and 2h later he was throwing up everything. The pizza was alright

Polystyrene was melted on to the cheesey chips. I couldn’t eat them. I put them in the bin. Pizza was cold and tasteless. I put it in the bin.

Food was fine and delivery was early

Decent food. Chips felt a little wet and not as crunchy as I’d expected. But the food was decent enough.

Got the order 10mins early but upon looking at it the hot food I received was wrong, the drinks were all correct. I called the takeaway & they sent me the correct hot food out so it actually arrived at the estimated time I had first been given. That is why I’ve only given 5 stars for the food quality & service. I’ve also knocked 1 star from the delivery time as it would have been 5 stars if they had gotten the hot food correct the first time around. I have used these quite a while now & they r usually spot on but I think the delivery driver was new as he had to ring me as he couldn’t find me but he was actually parked right outside my back gate. All in all the takeaway sorted the order out quite quickly but they need to check the food before it goes out then maybe these mistakes won’t happen again but I would recommend them cos the food isn’t that bad when u get the right order. I have had a lot worse from other takeaways in the area.

I’m sorry but this place needs shutting down! Ordered a cheese and ham pizza came smelling of pure dirty oil, and tasted like it had been in a mucky deep fryer! When rang and complained they was rude on the phone and sent out another and came exactly they same, they need lessons in cooking a simple pizza and need environmental health in there!!! Disgusting

Pizza was inedible, had one piece and the rest went in the bin. Base tasted of cardboard, thin strange tasting topping. It didn't look appetising, the ham was dried up.

2nd time ordering I think. Really nice pizzas. Hot with good flavour. I had the veggie pizza with added jalapenos. So far have delivered on time/early. Very happy with the food and service

First ever time ordering from here, simply chose it because the reviews seemed decent … just like to say WOW OH WOW !! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD !!! Lovely and hot , fresh , and generous portions, one of the best parmos I’ve had in years ! Can’t even remember last time I had one this nice ! Highly recommend & will 100% use again !! Bets pizza in LS14 , we have been using papas for years , they never let us down , quality food great service , nice delivery men , pepperoni passion is amazing

Absolutely amazing! Delivery time was great, and the food was great too. Tip for the cheese chips - maybe don’t microwave the cheese as it ruins the texture of the chips. Otherwise bang on!

Great food, friendly delivery service

Delivery driver was really rude, phoned at 1 minute past 11 to say that he was on the main road outside and would be there in a minute, 10 mins later still wasn’t there? So phoned to ask where he was and said he was outside so went out nobody there, then came to the door about 5 minutes later after been stood at the door looking for him, he then shoved the drinks in my partners hand, then just gave him the pizza didn’t say hello or anything, didn’t say sorry that I’ve had you waiting ages Normally never had a problem from here but I honestly couldn’t believe how rude he was . Food was Luke warm aswell as he’s been walking around with it in his hands

Delivery driver was rude and Arrogant calling been rude he was in the wrong place tell me He’s outside. He wasn’t on the right street when he arrived he refused to leave the car and passed the cold food through the window because he was 15 min late. Usually a great service however this was let down. Delivery staff should be polite and professional it’s not the customers fault if the driver is in the wrong location.

Food was good but portion sizes get smaller and smaller each order plus delivery costs going up.

The reason I gave the rating for delivery time it’s rating was not for time it was the attitude of the driver who refused to deliver the takeaway to the door his reason was there was nowhere to park everyone just parks on the kerb and delivers the food instead he made a disabled person struggle to get to the car and more or less had the food thrown at him then he did a U turn on a busy A road unacceptable behaviour

Went from the best takeaway one week to the worse the next the, consistency isn't there anymore! Use this takeaway all the time and it's never been that poor, the kebab meat was way too greasy the bread was all ripped up and hard the chicken tikka was rock solid I couldn't bite into it, think I'm gunner give this takeaway a miss from now on

Wouldn’t be so bad when the delivery driver dropped on of the pizzas and then opened the box and touched the pizza to centre it in the box then he blamed it on the person who packed the pizza’s in the insulated carry case he didn’t even apologise for touching the food

Who ever cooked that pizza needs to cook all pizzas, was the best pizza I've ever had!! Standards have definitely been risen now haha :)

Best kebab I have had in a long time!

The burger was burned and very dry, the fries soft and fluffy, the kebab looked old, and the chicken looked fried with the oil from last month. I am really sorry but I will never ever buy anything again from this shop.

Last couple of orders haven't been the best tbf, will still order but not as much
