Papa John's Pizza in Wrexham

Cold when delivered. Hardly any toppings. All spread out, scrimping for sure. Cheese didn’t taste like normal papa johns and light on tomato base. Really poor, avoid and use somewhere else in the town.

This store has really gone downhill! Once my fave pizza place, they now scrimp on everything esp the pizza base, it’s basically bread with a few vegetables thrown on as has been the case last few times we ordered. Shocking when you pay £30 for a pizza. The papadia I ordered appeared to be missing half its filling too, and no dips with the sides! Won’t bother again, what a ripoff.

Terrible!! Second time having major problems. Waited over 2 hours despite being told it was checking and cutting after only 20 minutes. Phoned up and we’re told it would be 25 minutes… 1 1/2 hours later nothing and ignoring phone calls. Food came stone cold, large pizzas more like medium, cheese and bacon sticks with about 4g of cheese on drier than the bottom of my shoe. Also given the wrong pizza ordered half meat feast and half bbq chicken but the whole thing came covered in bbq sauce and so the person who ordered the meat half couldn’t eat despite waiting OVER TWO HOURS. Still not heard back from customer service despite a lengthy complaint 7 days ago. As a student who hasn’t been able to afford a takeaway in months but saved up Christmas money for the most DISGUSTING FOOD and ABYSMAL SERVICE. Will never ever be ordering from the whole franchise again and just utterly appalled!!

Amazing customer service from Ryan on the phone this evening!! So patient whilst we all decided what we would like to order. Thank you so much, food was absolutely amazing also! Definitely recommend this food company to anybody!!

Great taste and services! They always delivered my pizza within half an hour since order. Drivers are very polite and nice!

Lovely hot and tasty food, great value for money and polite service. The cinnamon scrolls and jalapeno poppers were DIVINE, pizza was excellent too. Wait time was a little long but you can tell it's because it was being made fresh.

Great pizza usually but service was crap tonight. Ordered two, medium, thin pizzas and two fat base small pizzas arrived after waiting 90 mins. Crap. They are resending the right order but will be 2 hours before it is in my hand. “Fast food”- the irony!!

The staff are friendly and very helpful great offers and the and fast delivery service The pizzas are freshly made to order and taste so good

Decided to try this place tonight as never ordered from Papa John’s before, we ordered 2 x large pizzas, garlic ‘sticks’ & 2 x dips. My pizza had peppers on them although never requested any to be put on, the garlic dip & garlic sticks made me heave as they tested like a block of melted butter, couldn’t eat my pizza & neither could my partner as it tasted awful! Not sure what ingredients they use but we both agreed we wouldn’t order from this place again. Still feel sick thinking about it.
