Papa Johns Pizza in Dudley

I visited Papa John in Stourbridge a while ago but just found time to post a review. It is a very clean, modern store with polite and friendly staff. The pizzas were well made and not greasy. Definitely return and recommend it. :) I visited again (19th March 2025), and it is still the best Pizza place in Stourbridge. Well done, Guys. Keep up the great work.

We are Papa John's fans for about a decade, when we started following these pizzas in Chile (South America). We are pleased to confirm that the quality and service stays good in Birhimgham, UK. They are probably the quickest pizza delivery that you can find. The deals are worth it, try to use them instead of choosing individual pizzas. Nice and warm pizzas, good variety, perfect cut so you dont' waste time cutting the slices. Good extras and sauces. Fast and friendly service. Recommended!

I worked for a few days at Papa Johns in Stoubrdige and the staffs working there are very untidy because the staffs are from many different countries. I was surprised 😇 to see one of its staff preparing food in an unhygienic manner

Didn’t get my food. Was waiting a long time for the food to be delivered and nothing came.

First and last time of ordering. Delivery was fast enough. Food was good until I found a massive hair wrapped in the cheese. Killed it after that.

Such a shame with this place, 1st order when they first opened it as amazing but then the next 4 orders were terrible, last time I use them aswell. Phone to complain incorrect item sent and all you get in broken English is manager delivering will call you beck! Then offer send correct food out when ready of food is cold! Offered reduced, I’ll wait to receive but won’t hold my hopes on this! Avoid never again

60 quid for pizzas that where not fantastic. Very little cheese on em..an essential part of a pizza really. Bit like someone spilt ketchup on a carboard box. Delivery bloke was spund though.

Wow... the first review! ... and I am afraid it is not all roses and rainbows. I would like to have said something about the food... but we did not get that far! We tried to place an online order from the app to this brand new franchise in Stourbridge. We had heard so much about Pappa Johns pizza we thought we would sample it. After loading the app it was quite straightforward to navigate around and go through the choices. All was good until it came time to pay. The app kicked me out twice and I had to start again. OK... did that, and got it through... in the end! My bank instantly told me that I had the money deducted... but the app glitched again and I was out of the screen. So I waited a while... for the confirmation email ( ...this was not my 'first rodeo', ordering online...) ... which I did not get! So... let's ring the branch and get a confirmation they are preparing my order. The young lady who answered was very polite and efficient and after I explained the problem, she shouted across the issue to someone and said that she did not know what to do. (...seriously? I think there is a training issue there...) Another person came on the line and I quickly went through it all again and he said ... "Oh that often happens'( .... really? you only just opened! ) He assured me that my money would be refunded in 24hrs... really! I explained I was not happy about paying twice for my Pizza tonight. When I said that I find this difficult to believe as this was the mighty Pappa Johns... he tried to give me reassurance that this was common when he worked for Domino's ... seriously? I mean, this is not some small-time hick pizza joint... this is the multinational Pappa Johns, and it's not their first rodeo in setting up a new branch ... so, seriously? Now... if I was the franchisee of this branch, after the capital investment I had just made to get up and running... I would be P****d off! We ordered elsewhere this eve...

We bought a large Grilled chicken pizza with mushrooms sweetcorn & cheese on the top. Very yummy and quick service. Highly recommended! you should try in week end with family or friends party.
