Been to this branch many times, it’s the better papa johns I have been in so far, highly recommended.

Rang the store this evening to ask about one of the products and then to ask about delivery to my address as it was unclear on the website. On my second time ringing up I spoke with the incredibly rude Ben. Upon asking Ben if the store delivers to my postcode he threatened me with the police as it was my second time ringing back with query. Ben seemed to think I was asking if the store serves "liver" . Ben is incredibly rude and has no customer service skills. Further training and guidance is required for Ben. Formal complaint submitted.

My first Papa Johns and I’m impressed. Not an ounce of grease in the box, just a clean, crisp tasty pizza. Looks like I’m never going to Dominoes again. Cheers John, my belly is now full.

Took our order (and money), we waited for an hour then phoned to find out why the app hasn't updated and we wete told they had no drivers!?! Asked how long it was gonna take and incredibly rude man told us 'no idea, run out of drivers' - so we cancelled and now have to wait for a refund. Will never use again, avoid!!

Racist shop, arrived at the shop on Halifax road one evening from work, some bloke was at the counter arranging things, wouldn't say anything to me, I stood there waiting to be attended to but it never happened, so I walked away. Worst experience I ever had as a human being!

This is the second time am ordering from papa Johns I love the prompt delivery the food and driver was polite as well 10 out of 10

I had the pizza, side and drink combo. It was great, the pizza was tasty and fresh. Lovely guys working there and I loved the cauliflower wings too

Love the pizza and in store stafg are great. They've changed the delivery system now and twice or 3 times the delivery just hasn't arrived as a driver hasn't taken it. If I'd've realised I'd've got it myself when it was first cooked, not an hour later when I had to reheat.

After reading reviews, thought we had made a mistake ordering from Papa John. But our pizzas arrived. On time, great tracking system. Pizzas fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. Driver really friendly. One thing I would say is perhaps the base was a bit soggy. But nothings perfect

delivery has gone massively downhill since they stopped having a proper driver and using uber eats. been waiting over an hour, no pizza.

Rubbish service, didn’t even check if the pizza was burnt or not and packed it to be delivered to us. We received the pizza after waiting for 40 minutes only for it to be completely burnt. 0/10 for this type of customer service

Expected a lot more from Papa Johns, just a bog standard pizza, very stingy with the toppings and such poor value for money. No better than Sainsbury's just down the road from them and Sainsbury's are at least half the price.

Very rude staff, told me no orders place online and put phone down. That’s not how you run a business, very poor.

Our first pizza was delivered and looked like it had been dropped all the toppings were shoved to one side on one slice of pizza. I don’t normally complain but felt the need to on this occasion I called up and the man who answered was very helpful and offered to cook me a new pizza. Within 10-20 mins a new pizza was delivered and I was very happy with how fast it was resolved.

ordered two pizzia etc at 8pm tonight to arrive at 10pm and they just called to say they have to cancel our order has they do not have anyone to deliver it..its now 10.10pm..how bad is this..very poor service..letting us know so late that they cannot complete our order..what a joke..pay your staff better and you might get reliable drivers then hay

Very rude staff ordered online as it says open till 11, ordered online at 1030 get here at 1045 to be told cancelled kitchen closed by a rude foreign staff member. Won't be coming here again and always liked them And they have taken the money

The pizza dough was undercooked and tasted like it was old stock, had better tasting frozen pizza's, think I'll stick to making our own. Even ordered a side of potatoe tots even those were undercooked. If you like heavy dough undercooked and quick delivery then go ahead otherwise try else where.

Looks like this shop has a big problem and that's having to many problems. I shall only mention a couple , no 1; late delivery , price increase changing of menu on offers can only get delivery on orders over £11.00 ? And now you get charged for a delivery that takes 2 hours . Shambles deserve better. creed creed creed .and like a lot of greedy companies can't apologize cause they don't think they should looking at all the post not one has had a reply that tells you what they really think

Unfortunately the order took 105 minutes to arrive. The pizza was still hot but the quality was pretty bad, this is the last time I order from here as it was just not worth the wait, the pizza was not enjoyable either was the experience.

Worse experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I’ve waited 2 hours for my pizza and it still hasn’t come. Ive been fasting all day. It will arrive cold. I’ve been calling them and they don’t answer. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only time they did answer she offered me a discount on my next order. That’s the most useless thing. Me and my nephew are sat here hungry. How is that going to help??!! Edit: it came after 2hour and a half. And it’s cold as I expected. They don’t even answer there phone I can’t make a complaint. Fuming

Been chargered twice (common error on website). Called spoke to "manager" who was abusive and refused to refund. Could see only had one order. Wouldn't give name. AVOID!!

Ordered alot from here and in general its okay. However the last few times the food has arrived barely warm . Also when i ask for double chicken or pepperoni i expect to see lots of meat not 2 pcs on each slice. Disappointing to say the least. For the price i expect lots of toppings and to be HOT

I don't particularly rate any of the big pizza chains anymore but these guys do a good selection and price work out OK if you use the discount codes. This end of town it's one of the only pizza places I use because no 'proper' pizza place delivers to Grenoside anymore.

Very disappointed in our pizza both on quality and value for money the cheese topping was almost non-exsistant as were some of the other ingredients and the pizza base seemed a little undercooked. When we asked about any promotion or special offers we were informed "Everything Is On The Menu" in quite a dismissive manner. Overall the pizza was no better than the readily available frozen Chicago Town ones just more expensive.

Worst customer service. the guy named asim threatened us when we called to get his name to complaint to manager. he was very abusive and calling bad words.

A Picture is worth 1000 words. But the worst thing happened when i called them about it. Last time I'm gonna make that mistake.

Had various issues with this branch - rude delivery driver refusing to use our access door cos it's raining, missing items, lukewarm pizza, wrong items... you name it!C waiting for our correct order to be redelivered almost 2 hours after ordering - and we live 1.3 miles away from the branch and it's a Wednesday, so not exactly the middle of a weekend rush. Absolutely awful - the worst Papa John's we've ever had the displeasure of ordering from!

Amazing pizza ordered afew pizza's one was vegan for myself and everybody was so pleased with their order and I can honestly say my vegan pizza was absolutely delicious and amazing thank you for catering for everyone, will be definitely ordering again alot x

With all time our food has been of un acceptable standards they put the price up an it's even worse standards then before we've had greasy food burnt food uncooked food Rock hard brownies then told to ruturn my order by walking down to the branch if I wanted to do that I wouldn't be sat on they website ordering my food really not worth the papa John's name

I've always had a good Pappa John's but on this order the pattato wedges were undercooked and some of them were green in colour! I contacted my local branch on Penistone Road and was told I was the first person to complain about wedges but then went on to tell me that customers usually ring the branch and ask for their order of wedges to be placed through the oven for a second time. If no one complains why do other customers request this, I find this hard to believe and even though the branch offered to give me the wedges free next time I'll be ordering from their competitor Domino's or Pizza hut next time!

Greasy pizza and sides that made me ill, ordered from Papa Johns as had not tried it before. Food arrived within 30 minutes, delivery person didn't have the correct change. Both sides were extremely greasy bottom of box saturated in oil. Pizza totally ruined by excessive amount of sauce that had been poured over the top. Wont be ordering again. Interesting to know that this store is yet to have a food hygiene rating.

Will be ordering again, Pizza was delicious, hot and perfectly done with side order and drink. Driver was quick and great customer service and offers explained very well on the phone.
