McDonald's in Sheffield

Do not order dips from this restaurant they never arrive.

Yet again same McDonalds not put sauces in with meals

delivery driver just dumped food on my drive and when I looked out of window I seen it it was all cold so had to go in bin

Came with no chips with either meal (again)

Absolutely rubbish I was waiting nearly 2 hours and the food was cold in fact my cola was warmer than my actual food

The delivery person was lovely. Unfortunately, the order was wrong. Both burgers were incorrect - a Philly Cheese Stack with just burgers and 1 slice of cheese, nothing else - and a Fillet o' Fish thatwas supposed to have no tartar sauce, had double!

Food was cold and ordered large fries and both cartons were only half full might aswell ordered a medium! Plus whoever packed them put the fries in upside down so they were everywhere in the bag 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Delivered on time however and the delivery guy was polite enough.

An absolute shocker of a Restaurant and I use that term loosely ! The orders are constantly wrong on both delivery and collection, and when you collect it's never ready and you have at least a 20 minute wait. On delivery the food is always stone cold and always wrongly made.

We ordered 3 burgers, 3 medium fries and 3 drinks. Currently we're on 30 minutes and counting waiting for them. The staff are prioritising the Just Eat orders so despite a growing number of cheesed off customers nobody's getting their food. You shouldn't have to wait 30+ minutes for a McDonald's at 7pm, it's absurd.

Food came, Chicken sharebox had 4/12 chicken nuggets and 5/6 chicken selects. No sauces came with it, even though I paid for extra. Everything was stone cold, inedible, so was thrown away. waste of nearly £30. Never againj

McDonald's have once again not delivered an item large Coke. I'd like a refund, please.

Rude ass manager she really needs to learn customer service skills, would help if hot holds had proper temperature checks. Food being served well below the legal temperature isn't a good way to go maybe stop employing children as management and then you might be able to get an order right as well as sticking to food safety laws and requirements.

The food arrived cold and the burgers were squashed! It originally said 20-30 mins and took 50! The Mcchicken burger had too and bottom same buns and was all over in the box and I paid for sauces and didn’t get them

I got a delivery order from here and was missing a 20 nugget share box, all the sauces and my food was freezing so I rang them up to see what they could do as I needed the nuggets now and the man on the phone was really rude and useless as he just took my details so I could get them on a later date when I was telling him we need them now as there is many of us and then he told me to hurry up giving the details as they were very busy but that is no excuse for missing my food off my order and poor customer service. Every time I order from this place they miss at least one item of food off and won’t send us it back out but it’s a full meal that’s missing then we have to go without any food. Most perfetic McDonald’s ever.

the poor delivery woman, she had got completely lost , she ended up at a farm, luckily a man directed her. her English was poor and you could see how worried she was, you could see how worried she was

Asked for no pickle,lettuce or onion on Big Mac meal but when it arrived it had extra of all those making the burger inedible 😅 luckily got a refund but not fun if your allergic to any of those. Chicken nugget meal was fine. Delivery was on time and driver found flat fine

Stood 20mins waiting for our "fast food" the other day. When you are order 35 and you are watching order 42, 45 and 48 walk away with full meals, you start to question if you have been forgotten about. The girl (i think) "in charge" was more concerned that "her" colleague was 8 and a half mins late to work.

l ordered a Hot chocolate, all l got was brown water( No chocolate powder)The French fries were cold.Just by looking at the drink, you would realise the machine wasn't dispensing correctly.l was looking forward to drinking my Hot Chocolate l was left feeling disapponited.

I went to crystal peaks McDonald’s today with my support worker and I had medium Big Mac and fries and a cup of tea and it was not cold the burger was just right and my cup tea was strong and warm and the Eastern European girl who served was friendly and patient when she gave me my money and i normally don’t eat McDonald’s but this one was best

Poor quality, items missing, had to drive to the restaurant to collect after paying for delivery! Poor customer service, all staff have a “not my problem” attitude. Very very poor.

Very disappointed this evening! After placing an order for it to come and only a 1 burger turn up out of 3, missing chips and DRINKS!

Genuinely shocked by the order I received from this establishment. Got a cheese melt dipper sharebox. Came with 6 fish fingers in it. Got a Chicken Sharebox with the 12 nuggets and 6 selects. Came with just selects. Got a Double Quarter Pounder plain with bacon on, Came with 4 big mac patties, a single streak of Bacon, two cheese on the bottom and onion on (isn't even a double big mac on the menu at the moment so someone clearly thinks it's still October. Complete waste of food because I hate onions). Whoever was on the rota at night on 02/12 has either done this intentionally or hasn't got a single brain cell to their name. Either way, gross misconduct or complete incompetence.

The food was stone cold and McDonalds is not the easiest thing to heat up unless you want soggy fries. It took over an hour to arrive but must have already been cold when the driver set off. Im not sure how late it was from the original time given but I gave up watching through the window for it after having the notification it was on its way it seemed to take forever.
