Recently collected a pizza from Papa John's in Bromley and had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, service was swift, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best in Bromley!

Alok and his team were brilliant ans my collection order of ten pizzas was just the job! Hot, tasty and filling - what more could anybody want from pizzas? Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Awful food. Save your money and self because their pizza is awful. I’ve ordered from other branches and their food was amazing but if this how you guys make pizza then this branch might aswell close down. I ordered bbq all meat feast and the pizza was literally swimming in bbq sauce. Common sense you can see the sauce is too much why send it out to a customer when you see the food isn’t right.

Ordered two pizzas and because of the storm they arrived 2h late, cold and wet. Spoke to the store manager and he sorted it all out for us. Cheers boss! Overall a very good customer experience!

Terrible service Don’t ever order with this branch. My pizza never arrived, order was made online after an hour and a half, I decided to call because the online tracker showed it was deliver. They never rang the bell and hung me over the phone

I ordered and waited for an hour. Called and never got through until we saw the online service said our pizza had being delivered when it didn’t. We tried calling again and finally someone answered and said the driver called four times so he left which is completely false. It was my first time buying with their webpage and with that store so they have lost a client . I am not sure even if they will give me a refund. Don’t buy there!

The online status has been showing in the over for oven 30 mins and I tried calling the Bromley centre and I was told, the food will be delivered in 10-15 mins, it’s been 40 mins and I am still waiting for my delivery. I don’t think I will order again.

This is the best papa John I’ve been to! The staff are so friendly, the food is always amazing and their service is so fast! I come here every month and it’s always the same good vibes. Love papa Johns pizza aswell always tasty. Recommend the Bromley branch to everyone!

AVOID! Cancel orders and don't refund. Absolute disgrace

Shop said open until 11pm but order was cancelled by staff online at 10pm saying they were close when we called them. Complete lies and no mention on website!

I regularly order and the service is usually okay, last time I ordered my food took three hours to come. My order tonight was placed at 9:52 and I received an email to say there was a problem to contact the store. Called them for them to say they’re closing at 10 when the app says 11……. The money is taken from my account and all of my rewards points have been taken and my discount codes are now reading as used so I have majorly lost out and I am not satisfied with this communication. I’m sorry to leave this review but nothing seems to be happening and I don’t want others to have to experience this.

Went to this place for lunch, and it was, all in all, really good.

Received my confirmation email. Then received three missed calls regarding my order and an email stating that my order was cancelled - so far so good. Contacted the listed phone number numerous times and received no reply. Have not been refunded for the cancelled order either. Not pleased.

My account was hacked and this branch allowed the fraudster to collect their food despite being notified of the offence ahead of time. Brain dead staff.

Average pizza by Papa Johns standard but Too many problems with oven breaking etc to be worth it, branch in West Wickham seems way more reliable.

Had some less than great experiences in the past but just received an order in record time and it was really well made so perhaps I was just unlucky before.

In 3 occasions we ordered pizza from here and it was a joke. 1st - went to collect the pizza after 20-25 minutes and the manager didn’t even checked his orders. 2nd - We ordered for delivery, and after 1 hour and 20 min the driver with a very bad attitude showed up and said “Well I just collected the pizza from them. I am not making pizzas, just driver them” 3rd - we ordered again for delivery and after 1 hour and 15min I decided to go and collect my pizza which ready to go after 15min after the order but they don’t have staff. They where 2 guys at the beginning and then people started to pop out of the back of the kitchen, like 3 girls and 4 guys. Really weird that they “don’t have staff” and have plenty of them. I will not order any Pizza from there. If you are considering to waste your money just go for it. Also, not very clean or tidy the shop considering they have around 9 people making pizzas in such a small place. Sorry but less than 1 star! 👎🏽

Ordering ahead on the app is pointless here. Ordered online ahead,waited for ready to collect, went in, told to wait as they haven't even started making it. Used the app to save time, wasted instead

The delivery tracker tells you that your food is delivered when it isn’t. When you phone to see where it is they just say it’s the computer system that’s gone wrong. And keep telling you you’ll get your delivery soon. Pizza was ok when it got here - not great just ok. Everything ordered was undercooked so they’re clearly not checking what they’re sending out. I should have saved myself some money and made my own which I’ll be doing in future. Not sure what’s happening at this Papa Johns but they are severely letting the brand name down.

Used to be ok, not anymore. Pizza was edible but the vegan chicken bites were disgusting (they have changed them since I last ordered), had a vile smell, and the taste was as the smell. Immediately spat it out and put me off the rest of my pizza. Never again.

Summary: store took payment despite not bothering to deliver anything in three hours after the order and agreeing to refund payment. Driver and store both dishonest and customer service really poor. Feels like scam, suggest avoiding. Order no. 58206686 I waited three hours for this delivery but it never came. I called the store a couple of times in this period and was told to wait a 'little longer'™. Finally, the person at the store told me that the driver had 'rung the bell to no response', which is a lie. Given it was late the person at the store agreed to cancel the order and promised my card would be refunded. This was also a lie since I have now been charged in full. I would also add that the store knew the delivery hadn't been made for three hours after the order. Yet I had to call three times to try and get an update. This is just really poor. I would like my money back.

Awful food and terrible service. The pizza wasn't cooked properly as you can see the dough in the middle. It tasted disgusting! When I called to complain they were rude and blamed me for putting it in the microwave. The Microwave does NOT uncook a pizza! Order from the one on Bromley road instead

Very rare occasional I will have a takeaway, but Friday evening my friend convinced me that it would be a good idea… After a long week at work I thought, sure why not let’s give it a go, treat yourself! I wish I hadn’t now for £18. I should’ve stopped being so lazy and hit the supermarket for some fresh organic food instead. Every slice looked like this when I would pick it up, it made our evening in a way because we couldn’t stop laughing at how pathetic this pizza was. It’s only cheese on toast, how hard can it be! 2/10🤢

We never had such a worst one ever. No chicken in the pizza. But they call it as grilled chicken pizza. Also not enough cheese. Overall it’s not done good.

Awful ! Dreadful customer service and made evert excuse under the sun as to why the order was wrong, including blaming the driver, not having a phone number etc. Pizza was tiny also.

Staff never trained properly, they don’t know how to make Pizza and don’t have knowledge about their products. Worst place.

Put an order in around noon with them online, got stuck at "your order is being made" for over an hour and a half. All the customer service on Papa Johns website says to call the branch but no one was answering the phone. They did eventually ring at about 9pm that day to say the order was cancelled and that I would be refunded but caused a lot of annoyance.

Absolutely fantastic food I could not be more happy with the results. I understand Valentine’s Day can be very difficult especially with high numbers of demand when it comes to perfection. The store manager Alok was super kind and very helpful when it came to some adjustments on my order so a HUGE shout out to him and massive thank you to all the team to make my Valentine’s Day amazing.

Valentine's Day meal absolutely ruined by Papa John's Market Parade, Bromley. Rude staff, inedible food & definitely not contact free delivery. I was basically called a liar by the manager Alok and told I could only have any kind of refund if I dug my day old pizza out of the flat's communual bin & brought it in to the shop during a global pandemic! So upset!

Had to call them as for some reason the website doesn't let you amend the pizzas when you do a half & half. I told the guy no tomato's, he understood and repeated it back to me. Pizza arrived with tomatoes....

Messed up 2 of my sides and still haven't solved the problem!

Always had a problem with this branch they're pizza is the worse but I gave them one more chance and it was bad the manager was rude with the complaint didn't offer a refund. Avoid if this place

We ordered online and had the confirmation, but because they had no record their end(!), they refused to cook us our pizzas. Nulle points, Bromley.

Papa John's is a weird one. One day they give us the best pizza in town, the next order, we find things on our pizza that we never asked for. I'm not a fan of olives and jalapenos, so that dinner went into the trash. Since then it's been hit or miss, as if they have two chefs and one just does whatever he wants. To be clear though, papa John's pizzas aren't as greasy as most other places, so they have that going for them, and their pizza bases are very tasty. If I ever discover a pattern to this oddity, I'll share when you're best off ordering from them, haha!

If I'd compare this to Domino's it's like comparing Mercedes and Dacia... Ordered 2 pizzas with a couple of sides,one for our daughter. No indication of delivery time, absolutely nothing,come on, it's not a chicken shop round the corner,you are big chain in 21st century... Arrived relatively quickly,probably within 30 min. Delivered wrong side.Received a call from the store informing about the mistake and asking if I want the right one or I'm fine with what I've got...The pizzas were very so so..Felt more like something frozen for £3 from Sainsbury's..Garlick dip is horrendous..How on earh people like it? It's like butter mixed with oil and some thickener added..Result? First and absolutely the last time I'm ordering from Papa John's.

Found the pizza bit dry and cardboardy.

We may use papa johns a bit too much..their pizza is really good. Not greasy with sweaty cheese. Their veggie options are great and the popcorn chicken is the best thing on the menu.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, REFUSED TO PROVIDE REFUND FOR A PIZZA THEY DIDN'T DELIVER. ORDER FROM DOMINO'S! EDIT: To whoever in the store has replied to this - I spoke to you on Friday, I still have no refund. You've had my money for a month. Just give me my money.

Papa John's is new to Bromley town centre so thought I'd give it a try. I live less than 5 minutes away for their drivers. Pizza was pretty much stone cold on arrival, dough nothing to write home about, toppings cheap and tasteless. Waste of money - won't be re-ordering. Not much change out of £20 for a pizza and sides. Back to the usual pizza place then...
