Worst experience I had with Papa Johns Isleworth store today. Some lady at reception, don’t have sense of talking to customers, many time I saw her picking up call when we ask for status of delivery and she always speak in same harsh tone, I don’t know what’s wrong with these people. We customer pay our hard earned money to treat our family and these people don’t have sense to talk. Really disappointed this time with the staff they have Isleworth uk store. With this review I hope they will Improve their customer relations when someone call store.

Ordered food for delivery now they deliver via Uber eats, food did not turn up called up promised a refund in 7 days no refund no email no text saying food been refunded. Call up today and the manager is rude saying she can’t talk she’s busy maybe don’t be a manager if you can’t take a complaint and deal with it in a quick and efficient manner. I believe she doesn’t refund then try’s to fob everyone off so they won’t be bothered to get a refund

Ordered a collection meant to be delivery, my mistake called the restaurant and they said no problem its £4 delivery fee. So I paid it and 1 hour later they call and say no its not coming its your fault come pick up your food. So where did my money go the manager said we don't have drivers anymore only uber and just eat drivers. So where did my money.

Ordered on just eat at 2215. Delivery due 2330 Time kept going back then when it hit 115 they cancelled it. I won’t swear on here as will get removed. But do yourself a favour and avoid.

Please do not waste your money at this outlet. Probably the worst takeaway pizza - chicken combo did not have the full portion; Pizza was cold and you had to rip through it so definitely not fresh. From order to delivery, it took 56 minutes. Wow!!! This is Papa Johns. Someone at Papa John close this outlet!!!!

Zero on review as ordered at 9.45 pm for delivery and at 5 minutes before closing time at 10.55 pm some rude someone from this sub standard establishment rang to say that unless you are here in the next 5 minutes you won’t get your food of which we had already paid for. Clearly they could not be bothered to deliver as no staff or whatever and not surprising as the way the someone from here spoke to my wife then it is probably understandable as to why they may have staffing issues??? When questioned the someone who at this point refused to give his name when asked proceeded to hang the phone up and said you will be charged! I myself listened to this whole phone call and it was rude beyond belief and quite frankly a very sad little inadequate man may well be taking home our meal ???

Simply unacceptable I ordered buy one get one free Of course, at the very beginning of the transaction, there was a problem because the price of this offer was £19.89. After clicking and selecting the price came up to pay £21.00+. I proceed to payment and then add delivery, £2+. When the courier brought it, I immediately saw that the pizza was one larger and the other smaller, but the courier's explanation was OK. The tragedy occurred only after opening the boxes, something similar in appearance to a pizza, but the dough did not resemble a pizza and was very chewy. I don't recommend avoiding this place.

Just love their pizzas..especially the newly introduced "Bombay spice" vegetarian pizza..i request them not to discontinue this pizza...highly recommend..

Hi I ordered Mumbai spice pizza today online which is meant to be vegetarian. After collecting the pizza and reached home ,I found it was non vegetarian. I called them asked to replace it with vegetarian. They agreed . I went again to collect .There was only one guy in the shop and managing everything.He was on the phone throughout the cooking process with someone.He was not focussed on the work. He gave pepper passion this time instead of Mumbai spice. When I mentioned him again about the repeated mistake , he just said sorry. As j don’t want to reorder again (already lost half an hour ), I collected it . I have never seen such a poor service .i would highly recommend people not to order from ISLEWORTH especially during day time.The pizza tasted horrible.

Waited for a delivery over an hour, called up asking for an update, the employee that answered was rude, could not put a sentence together, put the phone down on me.. Pizza arrived, cold.. ate it as I was hungry.. I won’t be ordering from this place again, lost me as a loyal customer.

Food was dreadful, literally no toppings, and freezing cold when arrived. Driver got lost en route and spent 15mins down a dead end trying to work out where he went wrong, despite the fact he passed our house to get to the dead end!

Writing this as I still wait after 2.5 hours for our order. After calling twice, we were then told our order would need to be remade, without giving any explanation as to what had happened to our original order. No offer of a refund or compensation. Would not recommend to anyone. Will take business elsewhere.

I had ordered a pizza and a papadilla. On the menu the papadilla looks like a quesadilla or fajita so my son ordered this . It was basically a small pizza and what we’d ordered was supposed to have chicken on… it didn’t. Ad I literally live 3 minutes drive I asked if they could rectify the problem. I couldn’t leave my kids so I asked if they could drop it off and I was told YES. An hour past by and then I chased it to be told because I’d collected my order I would have to come in and I needed to speak to the manager next day!! Clearly that’s no good to us as we want it this evening. I know the delivery drivers are outsourced but they shouldn’t have said yes in the first place and given the fact we are probably en route to most deliveries I’m sure they could ask a driver to drop it off but they said no there was nothing they could do. I don’t normally complain but as the guy seemed almost angry at me I felt compelled to…..this was their fault not mine!

Came to this branch last night, at around 2:45, considering they shut at 11:00, I walked in before saying anything I first checked to see if they have any ingrediants still out, and they did. So for the first 5min I was not knowledge whatsoever , then a Middle Eastern / Asian girl comes up to the till she says yes? I said I want to order and collect, and she said no sorry card machine not working, which is a lie it was, and I said but your still open? She goes no, we’re shut. But then there’s a massive sign behind the door that states they close at 11PM. Not 22:45. So I left, and went to Dominos at 22:55 and they happily served me, with no issue. Please avoid this branch

Ordered two Pizzas for delivery at 18.15 . Only delivered the order at 19.52, when we call the the Isleworth branch , nobody answers the damn phones!!!!!! This is one of the worst papa John branch. They refused to accept cash. They said papa John head office said not to take cash. But this is Franchisee own by private person.horrible. Will never come here again. Also they don’t good review either

This would be a pretty mediocre pizza if it weren't for the cheap sauce that ruins everything. Simply the cheapest, most disgusting sauce you can find. The staff is clearly overworked and unable to cope. Come here only as a last resort. Better go to Bell's Pizza opposite Hounslow Bus Garage, which I think is the best in the area. Or if you're a Papa Johns pizza lover, go to Bell Corner they do it much better.

I ordered a takeaway pizza, when I went to pick it up I was told I couldn't pay CASH and I didn't have my card on me. wake up people, blocking cash payments is inappropriate. I was a regular customer but after that, me and my friends will never order anything from you again. Besides, the pizza wasn't tasty either

Worst pizza ive ever ever had. Took ages to deliver at 1hr and 10mins, base very chewy, barely any toppings, very dry - needed a glug water after each bite. Will never do papa johns ever again.

Staff were dismissive and rude and could not cope with 3 customers. They are so sad in their job. My pizza sat on the side for so long while they told me it was in the oven. They didn't know what was going on. I paid lots of money for Sh£t food.

I have been a customer of this Isleworth branch for more than a decade and never have I seen such a level of deterioration, both in terms of quality and taste over the last couple of months. The pizzas taste stale and doesn’t taste half as good or fresh as before. What’s wrong with you guys?! A shout out to Management - hike the price if you need to but please don’t compromise on quality. Please do a thorough investigation of what’s going wrong before it’s too late. Ignore the feedback of a loyal customer at your own risk. Poor reputation spreads faster than fire!

Food Poisoning two times in a row.

Very bad service!!! Waited so long for my pizza. They had forgotten 1 of my pizza. By the time the it was ready my other pizza was cold!!! Never coming again.

Ordered from this branch before, never had a bad experience until today. Got two pizzas for me and my partner, the cheese on his pizza had a grainy texture, it didn’t taste right at all. 5 minutes later, he’s throwing up in the bathroom from an upset stomach. In less than 1 hour of receiving the pizza, and we were both in pain throwing up. Called and they offered me a “free pizza”, like i’d even want to order from this branch again. Food poisoning is not a joke, sort out whatever is going on in your kitchen.

We made our order at 22:50pm. A employee of Papa John's then ACCEPTED our delivery order, took my MONEY (which was kinda of a rip off, turns out tops pizza does way better deals) AND THEN DECIDED TO CLOSE THEIR SHOP AND RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY FOR 11:45am THE NEXT MORNING. Scummy moves.

Lots of nice, friendly staff they serve you the pizza after at least 8 mins. The Pizza Was Fresh, you could see them make it at the front counter. I’m only giving 4 stars because I just wish there would be more space in the place.

Happily take your money online while they know theres no way to deliver your goods. Then tell you it will take 7-10 days to get your money back. Sounds like a scam to me!

I ordered a pizza today from isleworth pappa johns today, after waiting for over an hour I called up to be told its on its way and its a new driver, I explained that as its been showing its on its way for over half an hour how long till it gets here, the lady who answered the phone told me the driver had left the store 45 minutes before. I told the lady that if its not hot I dont want it. The lady told me that she would get a new one made and delivered. 20 minutes later I got a call from the driver that left the store and had been over 45 minutes said he had the pizza and would be here in 2 minutes. I told the driver the lady I spoke to told me she was making a new one and would get it delivered. I then had to call up again snd speak to the same lady that said one hadn't been made, I asked her why she had told me she was getting a new pizza made and sent out if she wasn't. I asked to speak to the manager on duty who had a new one made and sent it out in 20 minutes. The driver turned up and told me I needed to pay, I showed him my receipt from my online order and he said ok. I called the store to make sure that the driver wouldn't be in trouble and the lady on the phone told me I hadn't paid and it was showing as not paid. I advised her I had paid online and showed the driver, she then said that she could see I have paid for it. The lady proceeded to laugh at me down the phone and when I said this isn't funny she kept laughing. As this is not the first issue we have had with pappa johns over the past few weeks and nothing is ever done when you complain and there is no contact number for head office for the store we have decided we won't be ordering anymore as when you ring up to complain they are sarcastic and laugh at you down the phone.

Pizza and side dishes arrived cold. It took them 20 mins at least to deliver when I am only barely a 3 minute drive from their branch. I rang in and asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not there. However the delivery guy confirmed he was. I left a message for the manager to call me back. 24 hours later still no one has called. They have lost any future business from me.

Absolutely awful in every way. I placed my order at 7.16pm and I know a Friday night would be a peak time for them so I assumed it would take between 60-75 minutes. By 9pm there was still no pizza and no answer at their shop. When I did eventually get through, they said it was out for delivery. Clearly it wasn’t because when I rang back at about 9.30pm they said it was just finishing being cooked, so they clearly lied before. They also contradicted themselves with the reasons why they were delivering late. Finally the pizza arrived at 9.52 pm even though I requested I didn’t want it anymore. And just to top things off, it arrived with warm-ish at best. So poor all round. Avoid this store.

Worst experience, pizza was cold which is quite the opposite of what a pizza should be when delivered. Staff were unhelpful to assist on top of that I was unable to understand what they were saying over the phone. How do none of them speak remotely even speak any good English. Go to your local pizza place will definitely be a better experience. Dissatisfied!

My regular walk-in to the store,I spoke with the staff Komal he is trying to explain but not convinced,this time i’ve ordered through uber eats and i have mentioned no bacon in my pizza BBQ chicken with stuffed crust but I received with bacon pizza how can they do with bacon when i requested for no bacon,very annoying and I binned the whole pizza, This should be the first and last time, very very disappointed

Great pizza, toppings are fresh and flavourful. Always very quick delivery. Couple of times I've placed wrong order or had problem online and had to phone the store - Pizza masters in store are always super helpful and help me out, lovely staff.

Undercooked and soggy. Not flavourful at all. Like frozen one. My pizza is in the owen now. Trying to make something out of it. First and last. Don't bother to order. I wish I can get a refund!

Ordered on 8/01/21. Wrong pizza topping came. Vegan cheese instead of regular. I'm still waiting for a new pizza to be delivered. I ordered at 8pm, it is now 11.30pm. I tried to get a refund but was assured a new pizza was out for delivery but that it would be cold. I said I'd happily eat it cold, no worries. But it's still not here. I've essentially eaten very expensive potato tots. Friendly enough on the phone but terrible service, making promises that are not fulfilled. Could you refund me please? I ended up eating toast for dinner. Update 12/01 and still waiting on that pizza! I know they said it would be cold but must also be mouldy by now!

Very unprofessional staff...the pizza 🍕 was so undercooked and soggy. Drivers doesn't even know how to handle the pizza, the food was scattered all over the pizza box. First and last order from papa john's. BYE BYE PAPA JOHNS.

I've been looking for one of my favourite ingredients, which is often disliked, and Papa Johns has it when the competitors (at least in my area) aren't stocking anchovies since the first lockdown, and it is impossible to find in nearby supermarkets. Not only that, but my two pizzas, and two sides (with drink) came really quickly! Honestly I think the entire thing was under 30 minutes. Usually when this happens it means there was a shortcut taken, but nope! The BBQ chicken wings were cooked all the way through, and when I say the pizza and sides were hot, I mean I had to be a bit quick in putting the chicken on my plate, and that was using my left hand (I practise bass guitar). The delivery driver also actually found my address without getting lost!! That has been a huge issue for a lot of other delivery places, but this guy found me no problem at all. Oh and the 1.5ltr drink was nice and cooold to boot. This just ticked all the boxes, and then some. Cheers guys, definitely satisfied my pizza cravings!

On the website it says it's delivered 40 minutes ago I call them and ask them and they say it's still in delivery, it's been 1 and a half hours since I ordered and still nothing has arrived. I've called them multiple times and said how long and every time they say 5 minutes and were only 15 minutes away. Worst service I have received from a takeaway, would not recommend their delivery service, just collect from store or go dominoes for a better service and food or Pizza hut for better service.

Love Papa John's but this branch is awful - wouldn't order from here. Waited 55 minutes for a pizza on a Thursday. When I called to find out how long it would be was spoken to really rudely and fobbed off. Then the order arrived with none of the extras we added and no dips. Pizza hut or Domino's locally is much better

I don't usually make reviews like this but on this occasion I have to say something. Food arrived stone cold, no hot bag was used by the delivery driver. When I call the branch, firstly the person who answered the phone had a very poor level of English, communicating with him was so difficult, they offered no apology, no offer to replace the food nothing. Last time I order from Papa John's. Nothing worse than a close pizza as far as I am concerned.

Ordered for a staff meeting in morning for afternoon delivery, which never came I called up and firstly was said there was no order then that the driver called, I checked work call logs and reception but no one came, then they said that manager tried to call also, when I checked with other staff and all logged calls were after my call,

The worst Pappa Johns ever. Two weeks in a row food an hour late despite ordering two hours earlier. Food arrived cold last week. Never again ordering from this branch. Latest update, food never arrived, no call, no apology, no refund despite lodging a complaint.
