Been on an afternoon shift working all the way through dinner time as I had a pick up at Heathrow airport at 23.30 so I thought I can charge my car and as I'm extremely starving I pop into burger king as I see they close at 23.00 the guy behind counter said (we closed) now I was very disappointed with the poor communication skills which he could of said I'm really sorry sir we are closed also if you close early why the time hasn't been changed or updated on Google if you are going to use technology to build up your business at least use it the right way oh and teach your staff some customer service communication skills

Terrible service. Showed up on Friday at 8pm and the guy said he closed because it was quiet. We were very shocked to hear that you close just because it’s quiet at a given time. After a few minutes another family came and they said they closed because of no water and no food. After that we went to Costa and asked why it was closed and he said because it was a fire hazard, which makes no sense. As this was the only hot food place and we were staying at the travellodge, we had to go to Heston on the other side of the motorway and it takes 40 minutes to get back. Not impressed and will not be returning.

Customer service was good, fast, polite and professional.

Sometimes you need fuel for your body as well as your car when travelling and this fulfilled this need. The food was cooked fresh to order and was correct and quick. The empty tables were all dirty, but when this was mentioned to a member of staff, they promptly came out and cleaned them.

The plant-based Double Whopper is the most delicious thing I've tried so far. In my opinion, it's much better than those of its famous competitors, and it's even tastier than the real meat one. Also, it's super light. I highly recommend it. (Humble opinion of a former big meat eater).

Burger King without burgers?! No beef, only chicken? Absolute shambles and unbelievably expensive. Very disappointed.

Honestly useless late at night - always closed early. Staff there but they just shut up 20 mins early. Just change the closing time on the website?

Way over -riced! Prices here are at least twice as much as city branches. Didn't buy food here. Drove to a McDonald's instead.

Visited about 8pm on a Sunday night. We ordered using a kiosk and our order showed as cooking on the display fairly quickly. The food was cooked to order so took about 5 to 10 minutes but that meant it was hot and fresh. Not sure how long it would have taken with a queue but our order quickly the first in the queue quickly to start being prepared. The seating area is serviceable but a little tired. There were about 20 seats so not massive seating capacity. But for motorway services fast food not bad at all.

Sadly I have to stop here with the kids often, it's dirty, they always get your order wrong and for nearly 50 quid you expect a lot better. Shame on you.

Con merchants. Both menus display one price for a meal. Yet charge a quid more at till. Was told it's because I didn't order a normal drink. What a Croc. A meal is a burger, fries and ANY DRINK.

Spicy mayo had inside onion which was not written anywhere. Employee was very rude.

The place is hell🤮 I went to the counter to order my food and their was department manager preeti on the till taking order as she is very rude while taking order no sense of saying hello, thank you to the customer if the manager is like this how i can expect the staff should be 🤷🏼‍♂️ She needs to behave well with customer as we pay for our food and the service! I will not recommend this place to eat next time ❌❌❌

I stopped at the Burger King at Heston services for lunch and ordered the Bacon Double cheeseburger XL meal. A mixed bag really. There was a large queue for the ordering machines as only two were working. Eventually I just paid at the counter because I didn’t have too long. The seating area was quite dirty, the tables hadn’t been cleaned for a while and there are water stains on the walls. I don’t think this is Burger Kings fault though, I think the dining area is owned by the Heston Motorway Services so they should do a better job keeping it tidy. To be fair, I was at this service station last week and it was a lot tidier. My food was prepared fresh and promptly. The food server was very polite and friendly and the food itself was very good. Fries were hot and cooked well, the burger was juicy and succulent. Excellent food. I have to say I took my food out and ate in my car in the end, the dining area was off putting. If you are grabbing a quick burger and eating in your car, I would recommend this Burger King. Thanks for reading

This place is supposed to close at 11pm We got there at 10:30 last Friday (03/11/2023) and they told us they couldn't serve us as they were "Getting ready to close" Same thing today (10/11/2023) at 10:45 Either change the opening hours or sack the lazy staff!

The Worst burger king I have ever been. They give me Sandwich instead of burger and they tried to tell me that they don't sell a chicken burger over there like I'm dump person. Rude and without Shane to think that is so dump to believe burger king doesn't do chicken burgers anyway if that would be the truth then I should been informed when I did the order.

Advertisement for milkshakes yet there was no shakes at all! Small portion sizes. Service from the staff is becoming all to similar at these burger King services. What happened to Service with a smile.

POS system doesn’t work, printer paper out so no receipts. Don’t accept loyalty app, prices hiked up just because it is a service station. Only got food available and it all tastes like it has just been microwaved. Burgers are bland, bacon is uncooked. Lacks that “flame grilled” taste. Just disappointing. Seating is in a dark dull corner. Honestly I would go anywhere else if there was an option but there isn’t at off peak hours. Best avoided really.

Customer service is 0/5 .Samatha gave dirty looks although being nice at times.Workers had to be called although seeing customers waiting.Chips were cold and not fresh

Utterly rude, don't understand why employees think it's ok to make customers feel uncomfortable with sniggering and generally being mean. Oh well at least my health will be better if I don't eat here. 🤷

Busy place, service sometimes slow

unfortunately this is the second time visited and still no better. 3 self service machines none of which work as 'POS unavailable' or printer not working. Can't mobile order through the app either. Whats the point of expensive fancy tech if it never works

For 4£ hardly i can taste the cheese, cold fries. Ridiculous price ... i wont get it anymore from Heston

They service eat in but they don’t give you a tray. They give you fries but no where to put them. Even the burger got no box it comes in a wrap. You end up messing the table. Cheap service.

The burger sns salad was delicious, plenty of it but could have been a bit hotter. The service was monosyllabic no interaction with the customer whatsoever. This particular burger King isn't a restaurant as such but just a big space within the Treaty Centre where you can sit and eat. Wasn't particularly busy so that's a bonus but not a particularly pleasant experience.

A joke, the front counter staff are unable to take a order ! Orders take forever , this isn't fast food but slow serving food

Food here was really good, decided to try some of the new vegan items on the menu and they were so so good! Service was a little slow but the food made up for it.

Been to many burger king, but I would give only 4 star for the food as it is good as every burger king I've been also for the one person who understood my childs dietary Needs but the rest staff was rude and unprofessional customer service. They were also not child friendly, Would have not return back again at this location but changed my mind because of one man (staff) who was excellent.

Turned up 20 minutes before closing time (10pm) and no food available due to the two staff cleaning and closing up.

Waited foe ages to be served, in an empty restaurant. Called for staff, they ignored me. Spoke ro staff emptying bins and he was not interested. I must say this is very poor service.

Looked like they hadn't tidied in hours, absolutely disgusting tables that hadn't been wiped bin overflowing rubbish on the floor and to top it off Luke warm food despite being almost no customers.

Received poor service at this restaurant. They had no hot drinks accept tea, and plain coffee, and no fizzy drinks. I was surprised as, it was so early in the morning 10am, not to have certain things available. I asked for an alternative or discount as I did not want any drinks they had to offer. I was told by the manager himself Milsin 'that if I am not happy there are other shops'. My friend really wanted a burger so we continued to buy our food. We were very disappointed with the service, there were no trays for customers who were eating in, lack of drinks and the customer service we received from the manager was appalling

Shocking and very upset! We checked what time this BK closed and it clearly says 10pm on their website, we went there at 9:40pm for them to say they are closed (but clearly still open)! This was because they had started the cleaning for the night and it was pretty obvious they didn’t want to have to cook anything because of it! So 6 of us had to go without food that night. We were staying at the hotel next door and there is nowhere else to eat! Diabolical! If it says 10 YOU SHOULD CLOSE AT 10 AND NOT refuse service at 9:40!

Very bad service...long delivery waiting time...poor food quality.... burnt chips 🍟 cooked in Very dirty oil came cold...they don't read special instructions as I ask for Very little sauce on burger but came soggy bums.... for bk prices you expect good hot food. I complaint but with Bk the customer is never right.. so I would never be ordering from them again.. will be sticking to my favourite McDonald's never had any problems and if I did ther look after ther customer ..

I have been to the this Burger King today to try the vegan nuggets. They were fried while I was waiting after I placed the order from the self order Terminal. The staff was very friendly. Nuggets tasted great I had them with sweet chili sauce.

Not very nice, tasted reheated and wasn't warm enough and the chicken royale had a fishy taste which wasn't great. Onion rings were nice

Rude staff, cold and uneatable food. Staff just chilling and laughing not willing to help customers. Paid 8 pounds for a cold burger and some onion rings they might have left over from the day before.

Positives. It was fast and hot. Onion rings were alright. Negatives. Staff didn’t say a word to me. Burgers were dry and no sauce in it. Coffee had no milk in it and I wasn’t given any, which I didn’t realise until I was back in the car. Didn’t look very clean.

Tables filthy. Lady asked the man to clean them. He ran round with a bottle of spray and never used it, just swept the previous debris on the floor. Disgusting.

So I bought a large diet coke . . . . twice as I spilled my first one so I went back. 1st time took forever as the person out front called Hannah, just had to deal with each person in turn. Take the order then wait however long for the food to arrive to give to that person before even taking the next order. You do realise you can take an order, then take the next one WHILE you wait so there's several orders being seen to at once and you're not standing around doing nothing. Then someone like me just wanting a diet coke, can be sorted and done in half a minute flat and the other customers aren't affected. 2nd time there was no queue, shoulda been all done and sorted in 90 seconds at most. However Hannah again, just had to finish cleaning and clearing the tables first. Even if I'd ordered food, she could've used that precious waiting time to finish the job. But no, had to wait before giving my order then had to wait AGAIN as she went back to talk to people in the kitchen before simply pouring a drink. It's a machine, it's automatic. Just get a cup, press a button, go talk to whoever about whatever then it's done by the time you come back!

staff told me they were closed at 9:30 when i walked in, when opening times on google suggested it was a 10pm closing time. and it also said the opening hours had been adjusted a week ago BY THE BUSINESS. so im not sure if just lazy staff or if burger king are just changing their hours every week without updating.
