Arrived very late and without the gluten free pizza I ordered. Having gluten free was the main reason I chose Papa John's in the first place. Went in person the next day to complain and after insisting was eventually promised a refund for the missing pizza within 4 to 5 days. A week later still no refund so I complained online. Finally, another week later have had email confirmation that I will get my refund but no discount or compensation for the very late delivery. Only lies. The shop blamed it on traffic, the email said they were very busy. Which one is true? Either way not acceptable to deliver an hour and a half after I ordered.

Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. They didn't want to know when I complained using the contact form on their website because I hadn't returned the pizza to the store on the night in question having eaten no more than 2 slices. Apparently that's in the terms and conditions of the Papa John's guarantee, but it's their choice to not care if you contact them the next day. Who wants to travel back to the store with a partial pizza on a Friday night when you have friends round? Very disappointing as I was looking forward to this new store opening in Winchester. It's sad that Papa John's no longer care since the founder had to step away from the company.

We were really excited when we saw that a new Papa Johns had opened in Winchester so imagine our disappointment when two slabs of cold tasteless cardboard turned up. The pizzas weren’t very hot, very little tomato sauce and and it all just tasted really bland. Hopefully just teething problems but we won’t be going back as they didn’t even respond to our messages. Shame really as PJ normally has a good reputation

Order for twenty pizzas delivered very efficiently and on time. Our food order was quite complicated but it was fulfilled perfectly and was well cooked, hot and tasty.

If there's an award for worst Burger King then I nominate this one. Staff seem pissed off that they have to serve you. They didn't bother salting the chips, The burger was stacked like it was done by a 3 year old and then threw it in the takeaway bag upside down so the chips ended up going everywhere. The qué was miles long because there were only 2 of the 3 self service kiosks working and they weren't taking orders at the counter. Oh and they don't accept the app here either. Other than that it was ok.
