Very quick and lovely service. Ordered 7 XXL pizzas and they had them all made fresh and hot for me. The lovely worker even helped me carry them all to the car. Went above and beyond!!!

Riz had some great customer service skills, he explained our options thoroughly and helped us find the best deal for our needs in our short lunch break! We collected and our food was nice hot and ready for the agreed time.

Absolutely fantastic service by Papa Johns at Huddersfield. The food was fresh and piping hot. My favourite branch when I’m in the West Yorkshire area. Well Done to Avais and his team for an excellent atmosphere in branch.

Finally tried this place after I’ve been wanting to try it for years and I kid you not it’s better than dominos , don’t think I’ll be chosing any other pizza place from now on 👏🏻

Pizza was dry and looked pale wasent what I was expecting from Wht I have ordered the same meal before the garlic sticks were burnt and were very chewy On the plus the chicken poppers were nice and hot wings were very juicy But on the whole will not be ordering again stick to dominoes

Never had Papa Johns before so I thought I'd give it a try. Ohmybloodygodandfuck it was REALLY good! will definitely be ordering again. I have put that the pizza was late but that wasn't really an issue at all. five 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕stars and well worth it 😘

Had my first delivery of a takeaway with newphew. And it was an hour delivery.. That’s not the issue but the amount of grease the pizzas are swimming in Made me feel sick and had bad heartburn from the grease.. even after blotting them with paper towels to soak up the grease.. That’s not how pizza is supposed to be!

This place is excellent. I have several people in my family with allergies and they go out of their way to show me how the allergens are kept out of the food. So the service is second to none. If that isn't enough the vegan works and vegan margarita is so delicious. As someone who used to eat cheese, vegan cheese is not great. However the vegan cheese at Papa Johns is the best vegan cheese I've tasted. So much so it makes the pizza. I would recommend this place to friends and family without hesitation, and therefore to all of you.

Food was due at quarter to 8 they didn’t update delivery information to say was going to be late so it said food had arrived I rang and the customer service was shocking was spoke to very rudely I understand might have been busy but could have updated me and spoke nicer after waiting 20 mins my food still hadn’t arrived

Polite staff member Qasim called ahead as they were out of stock for an item but suggested an alternative.

Quite tasty but did not have much cheese or tomato spread on it.

My usual place to go to for pizza as it's not as greasy as the other pizzerias. However today the pizza was just so dry, almost felt like it was old and cooked yesterday. It did not taste fresh at all. The cheese bread that my kids usually eat without a problem they just refused to as again overcooked, the edges were burned and the dough was just dry. Very disappointed.

The website is unusable I was unable to use it so went elsewhere. The food is usually good if a a little expensive.

Delivery guy was very angry and rude. He didn't knock on the door or ring the bell rather he banged on my sons bedroom window scaring him. The moment I opened the door he started on at me saying he had been ringing my phone (my phone had not been ringing and I had no missed calls)so I was shocked at his approach. I asked why he needed to ring me but he didn't answer. The pizza was also cold already because he had taken 30 mins from leaving the shop. I have ordered many times from Papa Johns and this is the first negative experience. This is the last time I will order from this place.

First time ordering here and sorry to say will be the last! Ordered the all meat pizza which had very little toppings and was soggy also the garlic fingers which was over cooked and hard to bite through only tasting of chives and nothing more disappointing for the prize it cost aswell

I need to remember not to order from Papa John's again, they put too much base sauce on, not enough cheese, and every time there is something wrong with my order but not something big enough to bother ringing back to complain. This time my "buffalo hot wings" didn't have any hot sauce with them, so they were very plain and tasteless. Not to mention on top if all that they're just very expensive. Highly unsatisfied.

They advertise that they are open till 11pm. I went in at 10:50pm and was advised that they had already closed... I appreciate that the staff probably want to go home, but I wasted a trip. Please either adjust your opening hours, or stay open until the advertised closing time! Thanks!

All the food came on time, I really liked the garlic bread sticks, however I didn't enjoy the potatoes tots as it was dry, flavourless and lumpy for me...their dessert was really nice, the food all came fresh and hot.

We got for our society event at uni, the guys were really helpful, asked what we wanted in advance made sure it was all ready to collect and they were all great We ordered vegan, margaritas and pepperoni all in XXL and all of them were fab Thankyou such a great team!

The vegan pizzas are amazing. Love them . Ready for collection in less than 15 minutes too . The guy at the till was friendly and I was in and out for collection in less than a minute.

Poor service ordered my food 2 hours ago and it’s still not arrived

Honestly awful! Chicken poppers are cheap and undercooked. Pressed on tuna by mistake and I phoned them within seconds of placing the order to ask them to change it to sweetcorn due to fish allergy. She wouldn’t do anything she said it was already in the oven 🧐 so an expensive meal had to be delivered literally just to be put in the bin. Not happy. First time going and my last. May as well have put £30 in the fire.

Not the greatest 1st order. Not a massive choice of pizza, would be nice to have a create your own option. 30 minutes after the due time I called to find out where our order was and was told that it hadn’t yet been made even though we’d had a message to say it was on its way. Obviously we were disappointed to hear that it was going to be a further 30 minutes, I was thankful for the restaurant’s honesty. We were told they’d send a free drink by way of apology which I thought was a nice, however, they didn’t send it. When we did eventually get our food it was very hot and tasted nice.

Despite contacting, food arrived over 1 hour late, lost appetite, didn't eat it, service terrible, offered chocolate brownie and after that another pizza before big match meal arrived. Worse £50 spent, will not use again and suggest others don't either.
