Called them to ask about my order and had a rude answer and response, they didnt read my notes when i ordered and sent to wrong place, pizza was soggy

I come to papa johns occasionally and have never had a problem they are always cheap good and reliable and worth every penny customer service is good And even make a special request for me that is no longer on the menu

had to call twice to find out where my food was. First call (30mins late) was told it on the way. second call (1hr 20mins late) was told it was showing as delivered, apparently the security code is meaningless. THAT BEING SAID, the girl on the second call was pretty awesome and got my order re-made and has said she will deliver herself to make sure I get it. it's not here yet but she even told me the car to look out for, so I'm confident it should arrive!

Sadly food was below usual standards. We are regulars but food was undercooked this time and abit late. For the price paid this has put us off returning again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pizza is probably the best I have had in a long, long time.

The food is by far the worst delivery we’ve ever had. The pizzas had hardly any meat on, the bbq sauce tasted out of date. The chicken was grissly and very chewy. The potato tots were undercooked as if they’d be in for 1 minute and straight back out. Would never order from here again!

yesterday we tried pizza for the first time in this city. Our children are delighted. Friendly staff, I was surprised how clean this facility is. This is very important for us. Our family recommends this pizzeria, of course we will come back here again.

Placed a order at night and because they couldn't find my caravan on the holiday park they refused to deliver leaving my children hungry and fell asleep. Phoned the store next morning and got a rude man on the phone saying it's not his fault. I then emailed customer service who failed to respond. Opened a dispute on PayPal and got my refund back. Won't be ordering from papa johns again. Domino's going forward
