had to call twice to find out where my food was. First call (30mins late) was told it on the way. second call (1hr 20mins late) was told it was showing as delivered, apparently the security code is meaningless. THAT BEING SAID, the girl on the second call was pretty awesome and got my order re-made and has said she will deliver herself to make sure I get it. it's not here yet but she even told me the car to look out for, so I'm confident it should arrive!

Sadly food was below usual standards. We are regulars but food was undercooked this time and abit late. For the price paid this has put us off returning again.

The food is by far the worst delivery we’ve ever had. The pizzas had hardly any meat on, the bbq sauce tasted out of date. The chicken was grissly and very chewy. The potato tots were undercooked as if they’d be in for 1 minute and straight back out. Would never order from here again!

yesterday we tried pizza for the first time in this city. Our children are delighted. Friendly staff, I was surprised how clean this facility is. This is very important for us. Our family recommends this pizzeria, of course we will come back here again.

Placed a order at night and because they couldn't find my caravan on the holiday park they refused to deliver leaving my children hungry and fell asleep. Phoned the store next morning and got a rude man on the phone saying it's not his fault. I then emailed customer service who failed to respond. Opened a dispute on PayPal and got my refund back. Won't be ordering from papa johns again. Domino's going forward

The amount of BBQ sauce on the pizza was way too much! Had to scrap it off as all you could taste was BBQ sauce

This is a take away pizza place. On the market currently with the fair outside. The lady that served us was very nice and helped my daughter choose her sized cheese pizza The food was delicious and my hawaiian pizza was also delicious. I would recommend this shop

Yet again BBQ chicken wings with no BBQ sauce on them. Such a shame as these are banging when done how they should be. Main reason I come here. 2nd time this has happened. No consistency. Will go back to my other pizza people from now on. Atleast I know what I’m getting each time! Disappointing.

I love this place! Makes me feel at home. Delicious pizza, great service, friendly owner and atmosphere. It's really better than all the other pizzerias around. A great place to dine with the family. We just moved here recently, and this is just along the same road, so decided to pop in last night to give it a try and support a local business, so glad we did! Under new management, and if they keep this standard up, they will do very well, really delicious food. Really tasty and great value for money, I'll be recommending this place to my own business customers for sure, and family and friends, and have taken some leaflets to share with them. We will definitely be returning again, thanks guys for a great meal!

The food is banging good Better than dominos they don’t really give much about their customers. All the time I get dominos pizza they forget something but papa pizza is best they never forget anything everything is to it expectations Sorry to say dominos you lost long time ago

Normally have no problems ordering from here, however when I received my food last night it was borderline cold and chewy

Ordered a no mushroom on my pizza however it came with mushrooms. It also came pretty late but I didn’t care much till I saw that the pizza order was messed up. They gave us a extra small pizza they didn’t explain the reason to why they did really well they said it was busy.

Update 2024: Not sure what happened in the last 7 months but i would no longer recommend going here. The pizza is burnt and has basically no sauce anymore. The person on the till also put the wrong offer through and overcharged me by £4. So i got overcharged and got a naff pizzas Old Review (Mid 2023): Great pizza and the supervisor is super chill
