Papa Johns in Sedgemoor

Made a mistake with the order so requested the order be changed, the food had not even started to be prepared but told by the (very miserable) server Amy that it’s too late the order has gone through, asked to speak to the manger (Ashleigh) to be told ‘it’s your fault for not reading the menu properly’ and the order can’t be changed, zero customer service skills for a so called manger and the worst customer service I have ever experienced, clearly not trained to deal with and appease any sort of complaint from a paying customer, the manager Ashleigh even felt the need to call security which is beyond belief when simply trying to cancel an order and reorder (despite the appalling customer service), basically ruined a weekend family break at Haven Burnham on Sea!

Had a Pizza on site but no where near Papa J's usual standard it seemed very expensive and just not as juicy and succulent as other Papa Johns we have used ...it was rather disappointing

Very pleased to find a PJ's on the Haven site in Burnham. This branch cannot be accessed via the PJ's main website, only via the Haven app, or by ringing them direct. A few offers available via the Haven ordering process, but it's best to visit this takeaway first, in order to pick up one of their leaflets. Numerous offers only available via the leaflets, use these & ring through your order. Delivery was fast, and the pizza delicious.

Chain quality pizza on the haven site, not the cheapest but very tasty and convenient if staying at haven

Stayed at Haven and had Papa Johns twice. Usual fayre and extras but lacks the top deals a most Papa John Outlets. Beats cooking and very handy to order for delivery to the Showbar.

We eat here every time we come to the holiday village. The food is always amazing but one thing we noticed was that the prices have shot up. A family feast was originally around £30 but now it's around £40. I would recommend the ''Papa's combo Meal for 1'' for £9.99. It's well worth the price and enough for almost 2 people.

We ordered the family feast and the kids meal deal, good value overall and good food, couldn't even finish all the food.

You won't ever get a bad pizza here, chives of topping could be a little more original and not the same as every one else, but is a classic pizza place, staff really nice, Good quality, yum

we had visitors at the holiday park and ordered a range of pizzas for adults and children. They were delivered to our caravan exactly as ordered; fresh, hot and very tasty.

Great deals, good choice and fresh all the way, staff really nice, the best by far, don't take my word for it, try it for your self

We ordered our meal at around 2030 on Friday night with an initial delivery estimate of 2120, we then received an email advising us an updated estimate of 2150, this was irritating when the food still hadn't arrived by 2200 I phoned the store and was told the food was on the road, it eventually arrived around 2215. Despite the lateness all the food was cold, not even lukewarm, stone cold. By this stage we were starving so we tucked in anyway, the chicken poppers were very nice but the "special" garlic sauce was just garlic butter that had started to congeal, the cheese and bacon bread sticks were disgusting with the bacon tasting very burnt and chemically, I suspect it was faux bacon instead of delicious pig. The BBQ chicken pizza was tasty but a tad heavy and again would have been better had it been hot. I doubt we'll be giving them another chance especially at full price.

The service was good with quick delivery and the pizzas were tasty. I thought it was a bit expensive and the man who took our order forgot to include one of the special offers so we got over charged, He did refund us afterwards but I still think it was expensive for what we got. Very strange how with certain size pizzas they only do in thin and crispy and others only in deep pan, not a problem for me just thought it was unusual for a pizza shop. Maybe its just me.

After looking at the menu, decided to order on our first night to save us going into town to find food. Very good value for money, especially for an outlet in a holiday village. Plenty for the four of us including drinks. Just a shame we couldn’t substitute wedges for something else as they weren’t the nicest and let the overall quality and quantity down.

Polite staff. Order made freshly and in good time. My only grudge is price, seems highly priced for what you get.

We ate here twice or should i say ordered and took back to our tent. The pizzas were nice (apart from the pineapple)

We were hungry and never tried Papa John's. Pizza was exquisite , full of flavour and more than enough for two people.

I am a big fan of papa johns however the quality at this take away isn't up to in town ones with less variety and available and not the same kind of deals. Overall food was okay but overpriced.

We had a family feast. Amazing value for money, friendly staff and very tasty. Tried the Ghost chilli wings wow they were hot :)

Very impressed by the quality and quantity of our meal. Certainly better than trying to cook it ourselves. Everyone got their favourite pizza and it didn't break the bank.

Absolutely brilliant pizza was lovely just a shame that the don't open earlier in the day on arrivall days

Teníamos dos pizzas grandes y algunas partes. Que alimentado por 4 adultos y 3 niños por un precio de 28 libras que en comparación con una comida en un restaurante me pareció razonable.

Pedimos dos pizzas de ellos durante su estancia en el holiday park, llegó rápidamente, muy caliente, bien preparada y muy abundante, lo recomendaría tanto para el precio y la calidad, tenía una mexicana y margherita.

No significant deals. Go to a pizza place in town. Any of them. This is a rip off ! pizza express is cheaper!!! They have a captive audience not cool papa John.

Really good to have this pizza take away on site. The pizzas are reasonably priced and tasty. We only had to wait about 10-15mins for ours and then we brought them back to our caravan. You can also order on the telephone and get them to deliver the pizzas to your caravan if you like.

Went to papa johns for pizza was greeted by young lad very friendly Took our order and he said that t would be about 15 mins Order came out and we took food homeReally good pizza pipping hot and tasty as good as any dominos I have had

Staying on the holiday park decided on a Papa Johns.Staff are Friendly and prompt. Food is nice and fresh just a little in pricier side. Would go back

This was our first night meal on holiday. It wasn't cheap but it was very tasty and I'm not a pizza lover!

We had it to takeaway. Lovely pizza you can tell it tastes fresh. Bit expensive to pizzas from other places. But a nice treat on holiday. Would recommend :)

Choose your pizza and have it delivered direct to your caravan. Their pizzas are great but could do with having a wider choice of toppings.

Had Pizza from here with my family. Great for all ages. Quick service and friendly staff. Highly recommended. We visited here carnival week.

Had one sharing Pizza and one adult - more than enough for the three of us in fact we had enough left over for our picnic the next day - both pizzas were delicious.

Pizza was ok but not as nice as what i would normally expect from papa johns, they said no delivery was availble on the night we ordered thier was also no lids for the drinks so they didnt fill them and you had to try and carry them without spilling them, No garlic dipping sauce with the pizza's. Wouldnt reccomend.

We rang for a delivery to be told they weren't delivering so we put our order in and walked over to collect it. When we got there the girl had forgot our order so we gave it again and said we would come back to collect in about 30mins. As Papa John's is within the arcade area we decided to play on the machines whilst waiting for our food. After 30mins we went back to the counter to be informed they had only cooked one of our pizzas as they had forgotten about the second pizza! We had to wait another 15mins for her to make the pizza but she did give us a free side of chicken for our trouble.When we finally got our order the pizza was actually pretty good and the chicken wings and cheesy jalapeno bites were fantastic. Be prepared for the prices though - we paid almost £40 for 2 pizza's, a side and 1 drink

Friendly staff, freshly cooked food, quick service, reasonably priced clean seating area....Excellent.

Mega expensive and a bit bland. Better off going to a supermarket and cooking it yourself. Last place we will ever go for something to eat.

You know what your getting when you order here the same as any pizza company.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great pizza from this venue onsite haven great offers too, wedges could have done a little longer . Overall good and tasty
