Papa John's in Greenwich

Ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms received one without any mushrooms. The vegan cheesy potato tots had jalapeno in them and I hate anything that's spicy. The Greenwich store is no better, there they give you a vegan pizza with dairy cheese. It doesn't seem like a lot but this place literally always disappoints, for them making mistakes is the standard. I'd say choose another pizza place over Papa John's (that's what I'll do).

Just brought a lunch pizza from here and as I've picked up the pizza the burning hot cheese slid right off the pizza bread and nearly seriously burnt my hand, can you imagine if I was carrying my baby, it would of ended up badly hurting him with me sueing this place, don't eat here! DANGEROUS

Great experience with friendly staff and delicious pizza. There was a total positive experience a 10 on 10. I would highly recommend this store.

Highly recommended for this place such a right to says “better ingredients better pizza”……. The guy make a very delicious pizza.and most important is offer £6.99 for any large pizza for collection. I ordered so many times in domino’s and Pizza Hut but try to say papa johns is such a right place to order it. Very hignenic & clean environment and very good staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst Papa Johns pizza I have ever had, dough seemed a bit stale, stingy on the toppings.

Do not order from here. It has been the second time I have found a hair in the pizza. They don’t cover up their hair when making. After asking for a refund or replacement the manager said no. As he don’t remember me. Clearly saw me yesterday and pick up here all the time. Rude and not professional. Will be reported to good standard agency for an inspection.

I just ordered the brownie and it took around 40/45 mins to come. Taste was horrible, what a complete waste of money. Won't be ordering from here again.

I've had over 40 pizzas in the last 30 days. Olivia Kirtley and Mark Shapiro should be in jail. He has no pizza experience, he's never been in the pizza category. I would just say, stay tuned, the day of reckoning will come, the record will be set straight.

Delivery Lady was lovely she deserves a raise with how lovely and kind she was the food is good, a lot more generous than most Papa John's or Pizza Joints out there. The food was piping hot; I had to leave it to cool down for a while. My food was crispy and cooked well. They arrived on time by 20 mins earlier than the expected delivery window.

First time trying papa Johns and it was great!

Missing item, tried to explain to the restaurant. Said that the driver delivered 3 boxes instead if 2. Manager rang us and Got very defensive, like he had had a stressed evening and was taking it our on us. I get mistakes happen. Just wanted a solution or just to be told it was not coming, but was met with aggression. Not accept able behaviour. Was willing to have a conversation but couldn't.

Food didn’t taste good, wasn’t crispy like it usually is, tasted undercooked

Was allowed to place an order as the restaurant closed which had been accepted but obviously no meal was delivered

The food was really late and not that great but the delivery woman completely made up for it. The restaurant forgot part of my order but the delivery driver went back and collected the forgotten item. She was extremely sweet.

My food was great it came on time and was quite fast and the delivery man was quite nice.

Had a message to say that my order would be delayed but it still showed up at the original time! Pizza was amazing and still very hot. Will definitely order again!

It's ok. Pizza was a bit dry and the base was a bit chewy. The cheesy sticks were a bit bland. Cinnamon swirls were nice enough. Delivery was pretty good. They do have really good vegetarian and vegan options though

The guy that suppose to serve was more interested in playing with his mobile phone than serving. Tried to call him 3 times, ignored me and than walk off to play with his mobile phone yet again. Left and got my pizza else where. Papa Johns, should seriously review the franchisee and vet them better, there are so many other pizza places out there. 😡🤬

Driver didn’t turn his GPS on so stayed outside in the rain my pizza is soaking wet if you turn the GPS on Chinese outside I would’ve known he was there.

Said they accepted my order on justeat when I called them they said there print out didn’t come out .. so my food was delayed .. definately a miss communication between staff and technology but overall food was very nice and hot!

I dont know if this is the real PapaJohns . It did not taste anything like papa johns . Pizza did not have meat , bread did not taste fresh . The after taste is just disappointing, wonder if they just used stale ingredients

Went to get a Pizza today from there, it was good, All orders in and got the Pizza Quite Quickly. Just a Little Disappointed when I got the wrong Pizza, And went to take it back, my friend went and asked the lady to change it back she said she wouldn't due to us dropping it on the floor even though we didn't and she was very clear that i did order that specific order. Anyway long story short, please Go over your Order one more time to check if they got the order right please. And it wasn't necessary for all this stuff to happen., they should of just listened to the customer but in the end at least we got the order in the end. Other than pizza was great too.

Food fine, location fine convenient near a Tesco and other pizza shops. Currently no card machine cash only. Big issue these days as not everyone holds cash and there are two other pizza shops close by. As well as a cash machine. But all in all I did enjoy my pizza and service just fortunately had cash on me.
