O2 Blueroom in Greenwich

The O2 Priority room is a mixed experience. It’s a small, two-floor club you can access before the concert if you're an O2 member. The DJ on our night, Pritnasha, was outstanding, and there are toilets, and a photo booth with a bar on both floors. However, once you're inside, you're pretty much stuck until the main concert doors open. If you’re not into the club vibe, this could feel like a bit of a drag. The biggest downside is the overpriced drinks. Even with a 20% discount as a Priority member, paying £8 to £10 for a low quality cocktail that's mostly ice in a small plastic cup is frustrating. We had just come from Gaucho, so the contrast in quality was clear and I must say, poor value too. Next time, I'd still go back to sample the DJ on the night, but I'll have my drinks beforehand and enjoy the music without getting ripped off.

Went there for a drink after a gig, 25 quid for a pint and a gin and lemonade, was told the o2 priority discount was only applicable early in the evening……just give this place a miss and go to one of the many other bars that are cheaper all night instead.

We went before a concert on a Friday night, they had a live DJ and it was incredibly loud, to the point we actually decided to leave and go into the venue instead of getting a second drink as planned. Note that once you're inside the venue you can't leave to choose a different bar outside. Cocktails were about £15-16 each but we were told one of the cocktails on the menu they don't do (why was it on the menu then?) While we went the photoroom was also free for one use with a code on the app, the queue stretched across the bar most of the time we were there. It's essentially what seems to be a painted old closet with a camera and screen, you get to take 4 photos and get one physical copy but can opt to get a digital copy emailed/texted, there are no props.

Absolute rubbish. Such a con ! You start by feeling special for receiving an invite from 02 thinking it's something special to end up in a bar at least twice the price of any other bar ! A bottle of savvy b was £68 and 4 vodka lemonades was £87! Gaucho was only £38 a bottle and a far nicer environment. 02 yoj really should be ashamed of yourselves fir taken advantage of people so drastically

Calm atmosphere great to have a drink before or after the concert. The toilets were also very clean!

Despite booking in advance and in accordance with instructions from O2, upon arrival we were refused entry as it was apparently full. Rather destroys the point of booking in advance.

Great place to relax and enjoy before the concert. Drinks were quite expensive Skipped the queues, good music live DJ. 02 angels were really helpful too! Totally recommend!

Arrived prior to Lewis Capaldi concert, we were advised it was 20% off all drinks for being an O2 Customer. Lounge was spacious and well decorated but needed more seating, we had to stand for 40 minutes. Ordered 1 pint of Draught Stella & a Pink Gin & Lemonade £23.95!! If it was 20% off drinks this made the draught beer £6.24 (£7.80 -20%). That means the Gin cost £17.71 - an outrageous price even in London. Asked for a receipt but couldn't have one. So to O2 customers enticed by the 20% Discount ... I'd look elsewhere!

Friendly staff and great drinks.

Went there before Blondie concert on 26/4/22... Have to say visiting made the concert more enjoyable..staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . They were a credit to their employers.. from the girl on check in who helped with the process for logging in, to the barmaid upstairs who went overboard to be helpful, to the door staff answering questions. Well done O2: your staff were a credit to you today. Highly recommended.

Perfect virgin mojitos, tunes and relaxing place before your concert.

The Blueroom entices you in thinking you're getting a good deal - you get 20% off already overpriced drinks but then you're waiting on the typical O2 bar staff who don't want to be there either who have no sense of urgency if you're lucky enough to get served the Blueroom numbers are restricted so why not enough seating to accommodate who you're catering for followed by a duo who clearly needed a sound engineer as all you could hear was this women's annoying vocal when trying to order a drink , there's a handful of really nice pubs in Greenwich - fill up there first

A great little side bar for O2 users. Gets you away from the main crowd. Nice selection of drinks though snacks are really expensive. Can’t complain was really relaxed before show.

Fab, skipped the queues and cloakroom services available ,only problem was the lift wasn't working at the end of the concert .Complimentary photo by the Xmas tree and the O2 angels were very helpful

Useful facility that has recently been enlarged. You can check your coats in and get a comfortable seat to enjoy a pre or post event drink

Made my experience 100% more enjoyable being able to leave my bags in a cloakroom and having a drink not having to wait in an hour queue just to get a good space in the arena

Nice place but feels a little rough around the edges, watch out if buying alcohol, they substitute things like Malibu for much more expensive versions! Single Jack n coke, and a double coconut rum with coke was £19.50!!!

I checked my receipt and got charged £17for 2 single rum and cokes so a bit expensive don't believe the o2 reception people when they say drinks are cheaper in there

An oasis of calm with blue lighting, comfy seating and mobile phone charging points. Lovely place to hang out and relax.

Great bar with easy access up to the 101 and 102 blocks. You need a wristband to enter and there's plenty of seating and a non overly busy bar. Service was a bit slow and the bar is expensive.

Worth being with o2 for this, comfy seats hardly any waiting relaxing atmosphere

Visit: Sunday 14th April Firstly being a O2 customer, I queued in the long priority lane to get in as it was shorter than the normal lanes. But actually the normal lanes were moving much quicker so I do not understand how it was a priority lane? Secondly, I couldn’t get a coffee! Queued ages at the O2 blueroom bar and asked for a coffee but the bar tender said they had run out of milk. This was at 7pm (an hour after doors opened) which I found highly unlikely as I couldn’t see anyone else drinking coffee! I suspect he fobbed us off as he couldn’t be bothered to make one. His general attitude was quite dismissive and not what I would expect from someone in a customer service role. Overall the general ambience was good and a great place to relax before the show.

Nice but too crowded and way to few baristas, way too much waiting in queue.

Worst service ever. Waited a long time to be served only to be told that only one bartender could make cocktails, waited for the other bartender who then ignored us and told us that we needed to wait our turn. We just left and went to one of the vendors outside - quick and expedient service.

The O2 blueroom is fantastic and chilled. It's a cosy moodlit bar with a mezzanine floor in which you can get away from the hustle in the O2 itself or ICON outlet. A range of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are Available and the staff are wonderful. There are places inside to work on laptops, quiet cosy booths, lounge chairs and a big screen, as well as a area for live music. A great new addition to the O2.
