Papa John's in Hillingdon

Pizza order via their website, arrived cold and distance was 2miles at 11pm google showes 8 mins drive. 2 Pizza cost above £35. Unacceptable.

Vishal is such a friendly and kind member of staff, it's always nice to see him. He's often working when I collect in the evening and every time he's served me he has provided exceptional customer service.

An hour and half to deliver two pizzas half a mile down the road. Called to complain on the hour mark and was told my order would be refunded. Two weeks later and still no sign. This is an amateur outfit. Stick with Dominos or Pizza Hut.

Total waste of money, time, and appetite. Should have gone to regular place dominos or pizza express. Staff not aware of deals. Started on wrong foot but later the staff member sorted things, so no negative feedback about the staff. Food was unpalatable, though.

Ordered for a thin crust received an original crust. Informed the shop who provided a thin crust without much hassle

Stuff changed some time ago so I went back and I must admit that everything is good as it should. I have been few times since my review and every time I was happy with my purchase, so I believe it's time to change review. I like papa johns a lot, was really happy there is one on high street. And was going there few times a month. Today have ordered 2 pizzas. Waited only to find out one of my pizzas was given away. They asked to wait while they will make a new one. After waiting for 35 minutes end up with one warm pizza(coldish by the time we got home)and one hot. Very cheap especially that it cost them almost nothing to make one. Have asked also to get garlic and herbs dip got garlic only. Sad , terrible service. Next time Alforno, Melisi, pizzas express, domino's manor, anything but this place.

absolutely terrible customer service!! no pizza for 2 hours someone then hung up on me ! and was told refund takes a week ! no apology so rude will never order here againn!!!!!

Took over 90 min to arrive. Back to Domino’s I go…

Ordered this evening and 50mins later even though the app showed that the pizza had been delivered it hadn’t. Was told it was on the way and be with us in 10mins. Arrived after 15mins. We realised that they had forgotten the ice cream that was ordered so when we called, they said they didn’t even have the ice cream in stock (though still took payment), but offered a different ice cream and said that for the inconvenience they would send two in about half an hour. 1.5hr later no ice cream. Would never order from this branch again, absolute awful experience and not the first time.

I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, and they sent me another free of charge! Plus it’s delicious :)

Great pizza as always, ordered many times, always prompt delivery, hot and tasty. Great discounts as well.

The delivery was quick and food was nice. Mr Patel was very accomodating and responsive on the call. Highly recommend the place.

If you decide you're not going to do delivery then why dont you state that on your website??! Atleast state no delivery available! Instead of me wasting my time looking for the delivery option and cancelling my order!

Patel and his team are wonderful - friendly, efficient and happy to help. Food is always presented well and delivered in good time. Gives these guys some love. :) PS, the vegan pepperoni.

The service seems to have deteriorated. Last week, ordered my usual, didn't arrive or show as on its way after an hour. No one contacted me so I called and was told there was an issue and pizzas are now being made. Waited another hour before I called again, and there was another problem that no one told me about. Then the order tracker showed as delivered but I hadn't received anything and had to call again. Nearly 4 hours later, after chasing again, got my order (with the whole family taking their frustrations out on me). The store said if I call back next week, my order will be free as compensation. Called back following week and was told that is not the case, I felt like they thought I was a chancer. and made me feel bad Not sure I will risk this store again.

I have walk in and ordered pizza take away for my child...I was shock when I saw the guy taking money...work with money on the till,and then straight away put his hands to make a dough without washing his hands ,he touched everything everywhere, and straight away going to prepare pizza ,sad...I haven't expect to see that tbh especially this time in this pandemic they should be more careful as they work with food and money they should wash them hands more often ....I feel disgusted never order again ,they look not professional at all.soo sorry to say that 😕

Order online, the online tracker crashes, 1 hour later you have no clue where the pizza is, phone the shop, takes an age to get through, finally get through, have to repeat my postcode 5 times, then told that there are 20-30 orders in front of me and the order is not even prepared. Complete joke and one to avoid. Not even 1 star

We order pizza every week from this store for about over a year now. And since last 6 months the service is deteriorating from this store. From late pizzas, to pizza cut up in all sorts of irregular ways and today..... they are over half hour late and have sent a pizza with THE BAKING TRAY STILL IN IT. Not to mention when we were trying to chase up our pizza they keep putting down phone on us..... including a photo to show what we found.... appalling service and appalling staff.... except for the delivery guy who was very apologetic. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this store ever again.

I wanted a half and half create your own pizza deal which is impossible to order on the website, I called the Ruislip branch to make the order and was just told to order online, tried to explain I cant and the person said they cnt take my order and kept telling me to order online, bad customer service on this occasion and sadly I wont be ordering from here again...

So we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides. When the app showed as delivered, we called them, the gentleman said it will be with us in 15 mins.we gave 20 mins. When called again was told due to high demand they will have to re do our order. This by now it’s 715 and kids have not eaten. By the time it came which was before 8pm the kids pizza was a little burnt at the bottom. No courtesy call to say how was it. Left it and our order number was #45824863 icing on the cake was we ordered a Pepsi max as we have a diabetic and what we got was a normal full sugar Pepsi.

Spoke to Mr Patel - very friendly person - I called to change my order slightly which I placed online. I wasn't looking forward to calling as most takeaway places get annoyed with changes but mr patel at ruislip high st was very polite, the process was stress free. thank you Mr Patel

Recently starting ordering and they have been superb everytime. No matter what time i order the food is piping hot on delivery. Always fresh and and full of flavor, top notch Pizza 👍.

Enjoyed a delicious, home delivered Hawaiian pizza which was a medium size. Considering it cost £19.49 plus delivery, I was really surprised how small it was. Definitely not value for money even though a good pizza.

Had a very nice experience. This staff member named Anantaa was soo polite and had very nice phone manners. Also, my husband loves the authentic taste of papa Jones pizzas. I had a great experience it's worth it.

Good food but really poor delivery service. A simple order took 1.5 hours and two deliveries. Half was delivered after 60 minutes and the rest was delivered 30 minutes later after an angry phone call. To cap it off there were no apologies and the delivery guy delivered 5 extra pizzas from the wrong house too. Poor very poor.

AVOIIDD!!!!! Waiting for my order on friday, saw a mouse run across the floor, down the back corridor. Mentioned it to one of the staff, they replied with "no no we are pest free". Cancelled my order, walked straight out of there. I know what i saw!!!

Terrible food!!!! Seriously do not waste your money, we spent over £20 and could not eat it. Will never order from them again, even the dips were bad.

Various decent deals offering more reasonable prices. The ingredients are good, rich tomato sauce and flavoursome anchovies. They have a vegan option which in itself is good and even better is that it actually tastes alright. Service on the phone got a little muddled but with ordering and preparation, all completed within 30 minutes which isn't bad.

Worst experience ever. Ordered at 7.30pm on Friday and heard nothing from the restaurant until 9.15pm. Called them twice only to be told that its still cooking (took 2 hrs to bake a pizza). Finally spoke to them to cancel the order and got a normal customer service response without meaning it.
