they missed the tuna and the dough was not cooked enough - not going back to papa johns

Ordered double pepperoni, that’s double cheese and double pepperoni. I got a pizza with less cheese than normal, a three inch thick crust so the centre of the pizza was tiny with no pepperoni on it at all. well done chaps, smashed it.

Food was very good when it finally arrived. Delivery Driver kept claiming on the phone that he could not find my address and requested I come to meet him. When my food was handed over to a relief driver, he found my house okay. Papa Johns dealt with my complaint okay. They were let down by the drivers incompetance.

Well I sent a very polite note with my order asking for extra Italian seasoning as thats why I order this pizza but they thought it would be funny to send it with none at all and it had barely any base sauce so I’ve spent my hard earned money on what was basically a very bland bit of bread,disgusted will never use this place again😡

Pizza looks like it has been rushed and when I called o was just told it was on its way. It still took 20mins past that.

It was my first time ordering from them and last time..they where late food was cold and was hardly any topings on the pizza..not worth the price.

I ordered double pineapple. But there was barley any on there :( other than that the food got there super fast and was nice and hot.

Wrong ice cream, so did not get the ice cream I paid for

Placed the order and received the confirmation. Nothing showed up and the app shows the order as "delivered". Brilliant.

Papa johns is an eternal disappointment... the food and service is consistently pathetic.... plus the staff lies when you call them.... the Maidenhead branch is down in the pits ... the chicken BBQ pizza had no chicken with the sauce squirted over... disgusting !

The pizza arrived 2 hrs after ordering and two phone calls later. Given the fact they are less than half a mile away the service was really bad.

Food didn't turn up and I still haven't had a refund.

Awful service, over an hour to arrive. When I called they asked ME to go to the end of my street at night and wait for the driver. I'm a young female that shouldn't have to be standing at street corners waiting for a cold pizza!

Awful experience; ordered 7.15, Just Eat app said 8.20, then amended to 8.30. nothing delivered by 8.35 though app now registering as Delivered.. Papa Johns number engaged endlessly. Rang JustEat who said they would check with PJ's and ring back but didn't. Finally rang PJs who said only just got the order from Just Eat-I checked my email and it had only been sent to me at 8.42. PJ's offered money back from Just Eat but when I said I wanted the pizzas they said it was in the oven. They said they would deliver in next half hour. by then it was just before 9pm. I rang Just Eat who rang PJs to check and this time called me back. I then checked with the delivery address and there was no pizza delivered by 9.30 so rang PJs who said driver was on the way. Final delivery was around 9.45pm. Never had this issue with a Just Eat order before so I think the problem must have been with Papa John not checking for online orders enough. It always seems empty when i walk past and now I know why. Abysmal service.

Last orde was never deliverd cut me off on the phone very dissapointed and will not use you again

Placed order at 6.30pm. Confirmed delivery for 7.20. Nothing by 7.40 and when I called they told me the delivery had left 15 minutes ago. Fast forward to 8pm. Still nothing. I called and got informed that the order wasn't actually processed?! They apologise but there's nothing they can do about it and it will be there in 25 minutes. A 1,5 hour wait with two hungry kids... by the time the food gets here it'll be two hours. Assuming it gets here at all. I won't be ordering from these people again.

Pizza was great - as usual. Delivery 30 mins late. Phoned 5 times before they answered the phone. Shame on you :-( Kids had to eat hot curry 'till the Pizza arrive - but they smiled when it did :-)

The only good thing about my pappajohns order, is knowing it was so bad I'll order from there again.

Absolutely rubbish, totally disappointed with both just eat and papa johns, ordered the pizza, an hour later I called to see where our order was, papa johns said it was 5 mins away, 20 mins later it turned up. I spoke to the manager who said it was not there fault the pizza was 1hr and 15 mins. Poor customer service from papa johns. Will not be ordering from them again

It was alright. Not the best pizza I've ever had but certainly not the worst. Potato wedges could have been hotter.

This was absolutely appalling it said on the app and the email that it had been delivered I have waited over an hour and a half and the food isn't even here yet

I wish I could give zero for delivery. I ordered at 1.10pm, called them at 2.10pm to be told my pizza was still in the kitchen and wouldn't be with me till at least 2.45!! Joke

The food was lovely and it arrived just after the time aloted, sadly our drink was missing from the order which we had already paid for, the delivery driver just left and didn't even offer any form of refund.

Appalling service. Still waiting an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. Have called the shop and been told that it is on its way - about half an hour ago. Very disappointed

Waited an hour, which was 15 Minutes after the delivery time, and then rang to see where the pizza was. Guy on the phone informed me it was still 14 minutes away from being ready. Didn't even explain why or apologise. If I wanted to eat at 9:30pm I wouldn't have ordered fast food at 8. It's not like Papa John's is cheap so I expect a decent delivery service.

Came late, wrong dessert and got charged twice. Spoke to Papa John's who states there system said unpaid, e-mailed Just Eat and still awaiting a reply after 75 hours.

They took 2 hours to deliver the pizza, when I rang up to see where it was the man was rude and I had no appology and was then hung up on.

Ordered this at 2pm, quoted 2:55 as delivery. Called takeaway at 3pm who said they just received the order. It's 15:51 and still no food!!?

Took an hour and a half, food was barely warm and wedges undercooked. Would not recommend.

The food was cold, there were only 5 buffalo wings one of the boxes when it is advertised as having 6, waited a 20 extra minutes after the max time of delivery for it to arrive. All i know is I like the garlic sauce so i'll be back.

Food was ordered at 7-26. Arrived at half 9 after two phone calls chasing. By the time it arrived the pizzas ordered were cold too.

Waited nearly 2 and a half bours for delivery customer service is rubbish called twice to chase up order and after spending 20 minites on the phone each time i was told it will be here in ten minutes. I wouldnt mind but the delivery address is only 2 minutes away!

Order was sent at 13:52 and only after phoning at 15:00 did they get the Just Eat email. Then I received a Peperoni Pizza instead of a Vegetarian which didn't work well with my Muslim friends - so had to wait another 30 mins for a new pizza to arrive. Will not be using Just Eat again if this is due to the interface with the restaurant.

If your from Marlow you have to pay an extra £6 to get it delivered but they don't tell you about it on there website not very good service

Waited over 2 hours for my food which was almost delivered to another house down my road, delivery man very rude! Never again!

The delivery guy refused to give me part of my order and then checked his bag again and it was in there and then didnt offer me the change once i gave him money

I found a hair in my pizza with my order last night so I immediately call the store for the manager to argue with me about the fact there could never be a hair on my pizza because it would have burnt in the oven. Poor, POOR case of customer service and HYGIENE!! I asked for a refund but got refused, after which after a minute or so I gave up trying and hung up. DONT ORDER HERE!!

We like ordering a take away from Maidenhead Papa John's as the food is great tasting and delivered hot. The delivery guys are polite, too.

Food was delivered an hour and a half after order for delivery ASAP - when I called to find out where it was I was rudely told "we're busy so you have to wait"

Food was good, arrived early which didn't help as our guests were stuck on the motorway. Unfortunately the cinnapie was out of stock, but they didn't remove it from the bill. When I called they said they would refund the amount but they haven't done so. Won't be using them again.

Pizza was good but only just warm. Delivery 75 minutes after ordering which was 30 minutes after the notified expected time

Great delivery always on time or slightly early, with consistent quality.

Taste wasn't what I was expecting from Papa Jones... I did order before from them in store at Hayes... Same pizza but very big difference in taste... Will not use their service again in that store.. Regards MK

Unfortunately dilute loving the food from Papa Johns, the lack of attention to detail when filling my order has left a bad taste! For the second time in a row, the order I placed is not what arrived at my door! Service was slow with over an hours wait then to not get what was ordered will make me think twice about ordering any time soon! Disappointing to say the least!

Took a long time, ignored my special instructions and they forgot to bring my sauces.

Very quick delivery and a lovely tasting pizza. However when i order a large pizza I have expected something a bit bigger for my £15. All in all I was very satisfied.

Had a slight problem with the just eat website but Papa Johns worked around it for us. Food was amazing as usual an the delivery was pretty much right on time. Good quality and will be using them as main pizza take out option.
