Papa John's in Redbridge

Delicious food delivered hot & on time. Only negative was the omission of the requested dips.

Ordered at 1910, turned up at 2100. Had tried calling, got through at 2035 and told 10 mins. Waited 10 mins and tried calling and was constantly engaged. When the food arrived it was just about warm. Told the delivery guy and he said call the restaurant. Next time I’ll order from dominos and suggest you do to. Really poor service.

Food arrived and was left at the door only just realized it was there, stone cold and ice cream melted.

On line order, shop called to say there would be a delay and then delivered this...all crust, little fillings and over cooked. Disappointed as usually Papa John’s never disappoint.

Food was great! - I just don't understand how to rate Restaurant service for a take away!

Fast delivery and good food- forgot the spicy dip for the cauliflower but it still tasted good!

No order was delivered to us and apparently it needs investigation. Good to know that they think the restaurants do their bit and apparently we are not believed.

Was cold and I ask for half and half pizza never got it plus not good for value

Was over half hour late so took an hour and a half all together and the pizza was stone cold when it arrived .. papa John is expensive so to get a cold pizza is just rubbish

Yummy Pizzas and variety of sides. I always order from this branch, never had any issue so far. Friendly staff, surprised by cleanliness & Fast service.

Owner is Currently being investigated by HMRC as he faked thousands of meals to be eligible for the eat out to help out scheme. Stealing a total of £250k of tax payers money.... scumbag

Papa John's use a third party company called Completesave to offer discounts ect, you are signed up without your knowledge via a 'Would you like a discount on your next purchase' button. Click this button at your peril. You are AUTOMATICALLY signed up to this less than honest 3rd party company who then proceed to take £15 a month from the card details you supplied to Papa John's. If you ask Papa John's or the 3rd party they tell you that you have to complete a online account form but this is not the case, just by clicking the discount button gets you an account with these fraudsters. Check Trustpilot 'Complestesave) Papa John's are not in the slightest bit interested in helping out!! Account closed and back to Dominoes

Nothing special, no real flavour, not impressed or satisfied

I wish actual Italians were making the pizza because whoever makes them can't cook, no flavour, no finesse. the base is so soft no crisp. Still as starving as I east before I ordered vecsuse I haven't eaten it. And for some reason the driver left an empty poxza box on my doorstep. Why?

As an NHS worker, they took my order, gave me a discount and added a few extras due to my status. Well gone guys for excellent service and keep up the good work 👍🏽❤️

Seriously one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. Full of flavour and perfect juices thanks! Definally ordering again. Best wings also.

The order that arrived was wrong and some items missing. I telephoned the restaurant directly and they told me they would re-deliver correct order. Upon re-delivery some items still missing.

One of the pizzas was not delivered. Not very good when there's we've got guests and we ordered 4 pizzas for everyone. I have had to stay without and am waiting for the pizza to arrive. 40 mins gone and still no sign of it. I told them to do it immediately given the situation but I'm still waiting. I feel i should be given a refund for the whole order as it's ruined our evening.

The people working here are really nice, they threw in a free drink because I gave them a review which I thought was a nice touch. Pizza is pretty average, I guess it depends what you get. Sometimes they have good deals on, bring coupons if you have them.

Quick service and the vegan pizzas were really nice. Only issue was their were hardly any toppings on, which I paid extra for.

Really quick delivery Food is delicious Portions are a good size And are generous with the pizza toppings Sides are good along with the desserts Delivery driver was nice and polite Will definitely order again

Food always arrives early and hot! Really good overall

The guidelines for delivery were 45mins-1hour but it arrived after just over an hour, which was disappointing. And when it arrived, the food was not hot. By this time we were so hungry didn't bother complaining. It's not rocket science, but my guess is that the food was prepared much much much earlier than it was delivered, so if it had been delivered when it was first prepared, it would have ARRIVED SOONER AND BEEN HOTTER AND TASTIER - win-win, rather than the lose-lose that we experienced. What a shame.

A pizza takes less than 10 minutes to cook and takes papa John's 1 hour and 20minutes to deliver - 3miles away. Maybe they walked here.

although the food was early the delivery time quoted by the app was one and a half hours. Two Pizzas should not take they long to be delivered on a Tuesday night. the pizzas were a little cold when delivered.

The food arrived almost two hours late. The manager on the phone didn’t even offer an explanation as to why there was a delay. No apology, didn’t even throw in free sauce! When pizza finally arrived it was as cold as the arctic. Not impressed papa johns!

Corn on the cob is pre-cooked and refridgerated. It arrived wrapped in foil to keep it warm which might have worked had it been heated up in the first place. It was ice cold! The pizza was like warm. I threw both away and made myself a sandwich. Not impressed for my first time ordering from here. Not sure I'll bother again. It was a very simple small order so no excuses really

Fantastic pizza and delivery service

Delivery time was very long, longer than it had said to start with but not much I could do once order placed. Food was ok, just a bit bland.

Early delivery, prompt service, great tasting pizza, temperature was good, came with a garlic butter sauce which was a perfect complement.

okay here we go. food from here speaks for it self normally. the driver left with our food and got lost with easy directions even to the point of sending my location to him through WhatsApp, he still went to another location and phoned me again. how hard is it to find south Mimms service station and the ramada hotel I'm sure that not rocket science as being a service station it it very well sign posted. paid for my food and being in the food industry I probed the food, with a food temperature probe into the garlic bread it was reading 6c and the pizza at 12c the garlic bread base was hard as nails due to the cold temperature that when you flicked it with your finger it was making sounds of a musical instrument called a drum, I wish it had a video facility here as I would of recorded it and present the poor quality of the food due to its temperature not impressed with you papa johns. as food tastes better hot not below warm to cold. normally your food is banging but this time round your food quality was infact below more than poor. not happy.

Papa Johns has always be one of my favourite pizza places however I was quite disappointed with the outcome of my pizza. When it arrived it was cold. The cheese wasn't as soft or melted and I didn't enjoy it as much as I usually would. I am not sure why it wasn't so hot but It was a little disappointing. I may order from here again.

Toppings were ok, but he dough! Save money, put the toppings straight onto the cardboard box, cook and deliver, - no-one would taste a difference!

Lovely pizza and chicken and they actually read the extra notes you leave as requests, so shall be ordering again

My food didn't come and after 2 hours of waiting I phoned up and the man said it would be here any second. 15 minuets later I still had not got my food so I phoned up again. Still not got my food.

Not ordering from here again. First time and I was disappointed in a] the temperature of the food and b] the quality was poor.... No point in complaining as I wouldn't want a reorder if they didn't get it right first time. Wedges were half manky too.

30 minutes late - so 1 1/2 hrs for pizza - the same the last time I ordered from them so won't be ordering again (they did throw in free starter and bottle of drink) it the food was also cold!

Shocking - after 50 mins (15 mins after expected delivery I called) - no real explanation for delay and it turned up 40 minutes later - 1 1/2 hour wait for pizza - they did add in free wedges which were cold and soggy - never again!

Terrible delivery, they tried to deliver late to the wrong house, went back to the branch to call and confirm address. I'd already left the house and called to follow up, "customer service" was "but you've got it now right". Good luck ordering from them

Super quick, just a little stodgy and not cooked through on the pizza

Worst pizza I have ever tasted.

The wedges clearly weren't fresh and had just been heated up... Presumably from the day prior. Wasn't impressed.

Over 2 hours after ordering (given an expected wait of 45 minutes) and I still don't have my pizza. I am massively unimpressed by the service offered.

I placed my order and it was meant to arrive at 9;40 but it didn't, so I rang them up at 10:10 and I was told it would be 20 mins after being put on hold for some reason and I didn't actually receive my order till after 11 which by this point my pizza was cold, my garlic bread was cold and my corn on the cob was un eadable, I am normally very happy when I order with papa johns but In this instance I am very disappointed

Take away never arrived!!! Ordered @ 10.52pm expected delivery was 11.35pm at 12.10am gave up!! Very disappointed

Delivery girl had no change so I had to pay more dident have the stuffed crust but I was called and told that and I ordered 2 honey mustard sauce and got sweet chillie and garlic and herb so ended up over paying for things that I dident really order and seriously hope il be getting some money back

The delivery time was so absurdly long! I have had good experience with these chaps but they are very late with my delivery today. What the hell guys? Its just a cheese pizza, not a not a three course meal at the halfway house.
