good pizza, and quick delivery.

Mostly fine although a little late despite being preordered two hours before. Bit of a pain with small kids. Most annoyingly we ordered a large soft drink and got sent a small individual juice they did agree to send out another but it arrived long after we finished the meal. No contact / covid advice followed correctly. So not all bad.

Called restaurant, hang up. Say food was delivered, nothing turned up. Absolutely shocking never using these guys again.

We received the wrong order which was early, we then contacted PJ isleworth who advised it would be delivered. It was received 20 mins ++ late with an apology. It was cold!! On speaking to the branch they offered us a free pizza next time - ok fine ... We heated it up in our oven... Then 20 mins later we get a knock on the door and a repeat of our original order. The guy was arguing with us at the door step because we would t accept it! What a waste of food, it wasn’t what we ordered, it wasn’t what we agreed, so we are hoping the food is donated to the homeless!! What a poor experience and such a waste of food!! You need to listen to your customers, understand what their issues are and rectify it first time. Had you not come to our house with the third order, asked whether we were serious about accepting a replacement order the score may have been different. You have work to do isleworth team! You need to listen to your customers!

Driver couldn’t find address & hadn’t read the receipt with postcode on it which clearly states where I live

Not received my order called the restaurant and they said 20mins. 25 mins later still not received my order

Utterly shocking, ordered at 19:42 with an expected delivery time of 20:35, which once ordered changed to 21:35. The pizza did not arrive until 22:05. I would not have ordered if I had known it would take that long. They were understanding over the phone but waiting almost two and a half hours for one pizza? Laughable.

Food arrived over an hour late with no updates from the restaurant. It arrived cold. They were quite helpful on the phone but I won't ordering from here again.

Pizza was slightly dry. Too much sauce overpowered the other toppings. Garlic sticks, difficult to chew and more salty than garlicky.

First day pizza was great. Second day, it was rough, not cut properly. Taste wasn't there like the first day.

Food was excellent tasty, but pizza wasn't whole meal dough. So that's why not full star.

Very disapointed with the delivery time. Called the restaurant after 15 minutes late and they said it s on it way and the app delivery time was not updated. They re just too busy. It eventually arrived, all dried up.

La pizza llegó una hora y media tarde. Llegamos fríos, sin dip, mal pizza y mal lado. Tan mala experiencia

The pizzas are really tasty but way over priced in my opinion. Also the service was a disappointment. I asked for 2 garlic and 2 bbq dips instead got 4 garlic. I left clear instructions to call my mobile to let the driver in but never received a call after calling the restaurant 10 mins after the pizza was due was instructed to go outside and found the pizzas dumped on the kirb. Freezing outside so pizzas were cold by the time we ate them. Very disappointed for such expensive pizza

Pizza was cold when it arrived, I’m assuming it had been with the driver for awhile as it took over an hour from when I ordered.

The quality of the food wasn’t great the ham on the Hawaiian was really dry and both pizzas just weren’t up to scratch - really disappointed as I’ve had better from this Papa Johns in the past

Lovely and very tasty pizza. Will definitely be ordering again, although abit more expensive than my usual, was still really good and it was my first time ordering with them 👍🏻

La pizza ordenada se recogerá un domingo por la tarde. Conseguí un trato de pizza tan grande (griego) llegó a 8. 99. No está mal. El personal era amable y vagué 10 minutos después de haberlo pedido y allí estaba mi pizza! La pizza en sí era excelente, típico de Papa John's. Sin embargo, no estoy seguro de qué es la salsa de ajo. Es realmente repugnante. No soy muy quisquilloso con la comida, pero sinceramente no tengo palabras para decir lo malo que es. Aparte de eso, sin embargo, excelente! 5 *.

Food delivery was delayed by more than an hour. When it finally arrived it was cold and out. Utterly disappointed.

The delivery man come early and I don't expect. So when he give me my order said that forgot to bring my "7up" so I was disappointed, he said that will return my money back OK but he give me 1.50£and go because have a lot of orders. So how can I be happy. Thanks.

great food but the delivery driver made a big hoohah about having to give me ten pounds change even though I gave him a tip - called me a 'difficult customer' which I don't want to hear when paying £30 for pizzas thanks

I ordered at 7.30PM, and received it at 9.40PM after calling the restaurant. Apparently the missed my order....

They delivered 2 hours early. Told me it was my mistake and to "just take the food" then when I proved that it was their mistake and asked them to deliver it at the right time they said "don't count on it mate" so I had to call the store manager and complain but he just made poor excuses!

Order was made at 1800 and didn't arrive not until 1916. Staff was rude arguing that I only ordered at 1839 when I order at 1800 via just eat. What he meant to say they didn't pick up the order until 40 mins later. Rubbish delivery service very disappointed

food got delivered within half an hour but was cold and weong order....i had ordered the hot wings (harbanero) but got sweet bbq instead and same with the chicken poppers...!!!

Arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. Piping hot American Hot pizza (amazing base) and delicious cheesy garlic bread. Even the large bottle of Fanta was ice cold. New favourite

It delivered on time, which is great, however, it came cold and it was the wrong order.

I usually have good service but this time I order some chicken wings that were not cooked. I called to let them know and asked if I could just have more I don't mind waiting. The guy refused and repeated himself even though I was trying to be nice in just informing so it doesn't happen to customers. I was apprently talking to the manager. Customer skills need improving.

Always forget to bring additional items I order

I love Papa John's. But they really really need to sort out the delivery times. being over 55mins late as an order is not good enough. it is too slow. They also continually forget some extras like dips and sides. It is such a shame as the pizza are the best quality around.

Chicken tasted off , felt like it was just thrown together Dissatisfied

I ordered a pizza and small bottle of 7up. Foods were arrived earlier than expected time. But the 7up bottle was opened and it was not full. I didn't notice about that when delivery man passed the foods to me. What a diss appointed. I don't want to order the food again :(

Good pizza, crispy, bit sweet for my taste but that's just a personal choice

We ordered brownies which were delivered burnt. Called the takeaway and they delivered a second one which was less burnt. Emailed the online service who said I would need to talk to the store manager in order to be compensated. I took pictures of both and was really surprised as I've never had a problem with them before. Delivery people were nice.

The pizza was overlooked and was overloaded with tomato paste so it's all you could taste. The garlic knots were swimming in butter so that it had leaked through the box through the cinnamon roll box and into thepizza boxes! Although it wasn't very garlicky, i don't want my whole meal tasting of garlic! The cinnamon rolls were fine though, apart from the garlic butter!. It was also expensive for a 2 pizza meal. I've had better pizzas for less money locally in Twickenham!

They tried to deliver to the wrong address and said it was my mistake. It was clearly in my order and in the confirmation.

Not ordered the double layered premium pepperoni before, so have no reference point, but found it to be a bit on the too salty side, maybe down to the Italian seasoning used? Other than that it was great.

All round a very delicious pizza. Definitely getting again.

Garlic knots were delicious, chicken was nice too, the wedges were ok could of been cooked a bit more. But the desserts were quite a let down the lava cake and the chocolate orange mousse were tasty but very small

There was no bacon but a decent amount of pepperoni, but not an extra £1.40 worth of it.

The food came on time and everything was great until we started eating. Not only was the food cold... And we had to reheat it but the food gave us indigestion and we were puking the whole day the next day. Both me and my partner who ate. Never ordering from here ever again.

Always more expensive than visiting in person. From experience, the high advertised costs are a starting point with this chain. Therefore, if you're going to order take away, you'll pay top dollar. Always excellent quality food though even if about 30-40% overpriced (in my own view).

Despite the rugby In twickenham and blocked roads they delivered sooner than expected. Food was excellent and the giant cookie is delicious!!

Best takeaway we have had this year! Food was hot and delivered on time.

The speed of my takeaway was swift and timely. They didn't take into account however the notes section on my order asking to remove the Mushrooms on my pizza. It wasn't vital but it would have been nice attention to detail. The delivery man however was a very nice man.

Slightly annoying that there was no Papa Johns signature sauce in my pizza and when I called to ask where it was they said it doesn't come with the thin crust pizza which is bizarre. Too expensive for the quality of pizza. Very average

Wings were horrible not the best I have had in terms of flavour and neither the pizza have tasted much better!!

Best pizza I've had in the area yet. Great taste. It is pricey though. Just one slight complaint, the border is a bit thick and the part of the dough not covered with the topping is a bit dry

Best pizza in town! Tastes deliciously fresh. More expensive than the rest but I'm happy to pay more for quality fresh pizza which this definitely seems to be. Not the fastest delivery but is worth it when you are getting real pizza and not processed junk which would arrive much faster which is what we have had when ordering from all the other food places around here.. Worth the extra cost/wait and as long as the quality stays the same we won't be getting pizza from anywhere else!

They keep sending diet Pepsi instead of coke zero. Might not seem like much but you might as well be putting ham on the pizzas instead of pepperoni. Driver didn't speak any English so couldn't rectify it! If you don't stock it don't advertise it.
