The doner meat was missing from my combination kebab, however, the chicken and lamb shish was really really nice and the chilli sauce was excellent. I would use this place again despite them not giving me what I wanted because the food was tasty, hot and good quality.

Awful, food came cold and meat was dry

It was delivered later than the latest estimated time and the food was not freshly cooked - seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for an hour.

Asked for mixed meat and chips and a combination kebab, left a note for chilli and garlic sauce on the kebab, it arrived with sauce on both, so my sons food was ruined, phoned them and said they wouldn’t change it, I was told meat and chips is a kebab? No a kebab is a kebab, meat and chips is meat and chips, if you can’t take clear instructions then you’re in the wrong business mate

Lawful delivery time still haven’t got it nearly 40 mins

Waited over 2.5 hours for my food, rung the restaurant and they refused to give me a refund even know I haven’t received any goods

After food being late and ringing and speaking to the resteraunt twice and being told the driver was in traffic and he would be 25 minutes more BOTH times.. 2.5 hours later after placing the order my partner tried to phone them to cancel but no answer. I tried from my phone and was spoken to by a very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional member of staff who refused consistently to give me a refund and repeatedly told me the food is on the way, and what do I want him to do about it as they don’t have a helicopter. Disgusting customer service, nothing to do with the delivery driver.

Food was cold and didn’t have any sauce on it even though I asked for it in the notes. Gotta be the worse kebab I’ve had in ages.

Ordered meat and chips had 3 mouth fulls and was not happy as the meat was very dry and the chips not good at all. Very disappointed as I was hungry. Put straight into the bin, £8 wasted. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I placed the order for the this food at 20:10 and the current time of me writing this review is 21:30 I still haven’t even received the food. When I rung the store for a update all I got was “I’m very busy” I understand that but to be waiting nearly 2 hours is crazy and I can’t even request to cancel the order

I ordered my food for 18.00 delivery time but it arrived at 17.00 which was way too early. someone from my home wasn't going to be home until 18.00 which was why I choose the delivery time that I did. So I was very unhappy that my food was delivered a whole hour early.

Midnight after flying home from holiday on a Sunday night and this place was open, he had just cleaned the grill but we were craving burgers and, bless him, he cooked us burgers and chips and even let me off a few pennies as I didnt have enough change due to everything being euros. Honestly such a lovely man and Im so grateful for that meal before a VERY long sleep! Thank you 🥰

We waited over an hour for our food, we ordered set meals that are supposed to come with drinks and we didn’t get the drinks the food was not hot either, I’m really disappointed as I’ve ordered from here before and had no problems.

Food never delivered because the driver refused to follow simple directions and instead got themselves lost at the end of the road. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still stuck there unable to find his way out.

The chips were cold and dry, i expected more from the chicken burger, however the meat in the chicken doner, chicken shish and kofte was amazing. The taste was beautiful. Communication on the lateness was patient, apologetic and attentive even on delivery.

Nice, but chicken shish was over done and dry and so to was the adana, shame. Hopefully next time it will be more tender

This is the worst place to order from. Just ordered a lamb donor/chips with burger. The chips were definitely from yesterday and the donnor smelt weird. Small chunks which were rock solid and looked like they had been cut and sitting in air from early afternoon. The garlic sauce which I paid £1.70 for was also disgusting. I’ve never tasted a sauce as horrible as this. I hate wasting food but I could only eat a quarter of lamb donnor chips. The burger wasn’t so bad but could’ve been better. I was contemplating GDK or this and regret going for this. A waste of food, money and my time. If you want to waste your money and eat food from yesterday - then order from here.

Food here is absolutely disgusting. If you want frozen food reheated in a deep fat fryer that hasn’t had its oil changed in years. I highly recommend this place. Kebabs are usually cold, under cooked and full of fat. Chips dripping in grease with funky taste. Chicken burger yeah we’ll slap a frozen bit of chicken in the fryer as well and then serve it up in a burnt stale bun. Thought it maybe be a one off but no it’s a common occurrence from this place, got food poisoning from here and was final straw definitely won’t be returning. Shops interior looks dirty as hell

Delivery was good and friendly guy who dropped it off. Food was hit and miss tbh. Portions compared to other places weren’t anywhere near as generous but tasted nice. The disappointment came with the chips, felt reheated/sat around for ages and the chicken was barely edible with how dry and chewy it was

Only got 1 pitta bread not 2 as advertised!

The food is ok. Paid £3.80 for a large portion of chips which turned out to be smaller than a small portion. They also charge £1.40 for a sauce. Even chilli sauce for the kebabs. Over all, not worth the money.

This used to be one of the best kebab shops in dartford but the last couple kebabs from here have been awful. The lamb shish is tastless and you get about 4 over cooked lumps of meat. The donner kebab they serve is very much full of hard/ chewy pieces and for 12.50 you get a tiny portion of cold kebab meat.

Almost Cold had to warm up, only ate some of it, was not very nice at all. I do not know the area but have since learnt that I am not alone in my opinion of their food

This man hire shouted at me and refused to collect the off smelling cold food he told me it was because we lived a bit further out but never had that before he was rude to me and my partner and I told him I was going to phone the police he said do it and put the phone down don’t order hire rotton food Iv also written to the hygiene place to
