Panku Streetfood - ASDA Bury St Edmunds in St Edmundsbury

My meal was served to me and meat was off, tasted awful and smelt. I asked for no gravy my meal was taken away and gravy was washed off and re served back to me. My second meal was still off. Staff membrr said chef said meat was ok. I will not be returning.!!! A number of other people in party said it was off too. Not a pleasant experience.

Waiting for absolutely ages for our food, filthy restaurant, our food order was wrong and the staff looked like they couldn't care less. They definitely weren't in a rush to get the orders out.

They have a new menu and a week ago I tried their chicken schnitzel ceasar salad with fries on the side Great! Today I ordered the same thing and NO WAY did it resemble anything like the original Either the chef didn’t know what a Caesar salad was ( or a chicken schnitzel) or. Couldn’t care less! My schnitzel was covered in bbq sauce and what looked like mozzarella cheese! The ceasar salad was 3 lettuce leaves and tomato!!!!! The dressing was some clear bitty liquid/ not ceasar dressing! AND no Parmesan cheese. What a total fun up. ! Finally the waitress gave me the bill without 30% discount for mains, Don’t they train their staff?!!

terrible customer service!! i’m am truly disappointed!! I recently ordered from Papa John's and was really disappointed with my experience. The pizza arrived cold and soggy, which made it unappetizing. I also found that the toppings were sparse, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to address my concerns , i called them repeatedly and was getting little to no response, i could not even hear what they were saying , they kept calling me man and not being helpful and had very poor communication, soon i asked for a manger and they hung up the phone on me!! truly upset with this !Overall, I expected better quality for the price I paid. I won’t be ordering from them again
