I visited your store yesterday as I haven’t been in for a while and have heard you have some nice plant based foods, the freezer department was fine but when I finally located your chilled department I really wish I hadn’t it was full of meat with only a hand full of plant-based items which to be honest looked like they had just been dumped in there Wish I had taking a photo but I couldn’t get out there quick enough Will not be returning and spending my money in other supermarkets 😡😡😡

My meal was served to me and meat was off, tasted awful and smelt. I asked for no gravy my meal was taken away and gravy was washed off and re served back to me. My second meal was still off. Staff membrr said chef said meat was ok. I will not be returning.!!! A number of other people in party said it was off too. Not a pleasant experience.

4, ParkwayWorst KFC in east anglia by far. Takes 30 minutes+ to even get your food, people just walking round behind the till doing minting and all look clueless. In terms of food I think my 2 year old could make a better burger, do you guys even have lettuce because in my burger I get about 3 pieces everytime. Always missing stuff from my order and places is never ever clean. If could give 0 I would .
