Panda Oriental Chinese Takeaway in Northumberland

Food was not good quality. Prawns undercooked. salt and chilli chips were like frozen chips chucked in the oven with some onions and peppers added on. Curry sauce was hard with jelly bits. Definitely wouldn’t order from here again. Only positive was the early delivery.

Food was cold. Onions was not cooked, chips was dry, salt and pepper chips had no taste what so ever, beef was rock solid, sauce had no flavour. Curry sauce had no flavour. Over all it was not nice. We wont be back.

Fantastic food, been years since I’ve ordered from Panda but will def be ordering again.

Ordered our food on Xmas eve for the family and we have all been ill. My rice was so greasy and the duck was so dry. My husband had peking sauce and it was sweet and sour sauce. We won’t be coming back here again. Absously revolting

Food arrived 45 mins late, no apology at the door. Got the salt and pepper munchie box, and there was no taste to it, all bland. The sweet and sour sauce was far too vinegary that it ruined the taste. Normally have no complaints with this place but after today, feels like £30 got wasted. Won’t be ordering this again.

The fried rice was a very dark brown and looked more like Mexican re-fried rice and the chicken was dry. Tried a new place. Maybe I just picked the wrong dishes. Didn’t work out for me on this occasion but delivery was quick and with a smile too.

The best Chinese food around. Moved house to a different area. Tried others but nothing compares!

Food was great and nice and hot. We all enjoyed it. was a bit worried when saw the delivery time was over an hour and regretted ordering and having to wait but was delivered in about 45 mins which was much better. Thanks.

The worst Chinese food I’ve ever ate no exaggeration I could have papered my Walls with the curry sauce. The prawns were absolutely disgusting the chips were soggy and the chicken had more roids than a wwe wrestler. Refused refund from just eat. Just pure filth all round disgusting

Chips had mold growing and rice was rock hard.

Was a mix up with delivery (my fault) so took a little longer but the food still came steaming hot! Tastes great too

Ordered BBQ chicken omelette Egg fried chips and curry Vegetable spring rolls No veg in the spring rolls. All pastry. Ring up complained. We couldn't bring them all back as fed dog. Omelette dry. No sauce on rice chips and curry

Ordered the salt and pepper munchie box. No seasoning on anything, spring rolls missing, no meat on the ribs, one is literally just a bone. Curry sauce was thicker than the woman working behind the counter. Everything was drier than my grans elbow. Rang up to complain and don’t think she had any kind of customer service. Absolutely disgusting, wouldn’t bother going here to eat unless you enjoy being robbed and depressed

Ordered house fried rice it has a orange/red sauce on do t no what it was but never had that befor rice was claggy and curry was a thick blob that didn’t taste like curry first and last order

I have had many meals before from here but tonight’s meal I will never order again the prawn curry had no taste and the prawns rubbery the pork chow mein was tasteless the chicken fried rice was clumpy and very dry and very little taste the beef in black bean was nice but again little flavour the mushrooms tased slimy and disgusting sorry worst meal I’ve ever bought the bin got fed very very well as no one ate more than a mouthful of each thing

We ordered the food so that we could eat as a family when everyone was home - we had to reheat some of it as it was an hour early. Not acceptable and won’t be using this service or Panda Orient again

Gorgeous food, ordered a few times now and always been amazing! Such great quality and service. We also got a free pot of ice cream with our delivery tonight which was a wonderful gesture. Will always order from here!

Never had a bad Chinese from here! Rang to change the delivery time which they accommodated no problem. Food was nice and hot, delicious and delivered with a smile. My go to Chinese every time 👌🏽 wouldn’t order anywhere else.

Delivery on time and hot… Crab and sweetcorn soup was a bit watery, not much crab or sweetcorn. Salt and pepper spare ribs had a nice taste but the ribs were not great. The rest of the order was ok, but a little disappointed. I have had better.

A lot of money for a pizza box full of chips, there was next to no chicken along with spring roles and crispy chicken, normally it is great from here but last nights was lacking in everything other than chips. The curry sauce was half full and very very thick

Ordered from here loads and normally very good. But tonight, food was half an hour late and freezing cold. Curry sauce like jelly and cold. Rice was stale, mushy and cold. Just overall a massive disappointment to what is normally very good.
