One of the best chinese food in the area, Curry was perfect and had lots of meat with it and the salt and pepper chips were delicious

Ordered the salt and pepper munchie box. No seasoning on anything, spring rolls missing, no meat on the ribs, one is literally just a bone. Curry sauce was thicker than the woman working behind the counter. Everything was drier than my grans elbow. Rang up to complain and don’t think she had any kind of customer service. Absolutely disgusting, wouldn’t bother going here to eat unless you enjoy being robbed and depressed

Ordered house fried rice it has a orange/red sauce on do t no what it was but never had that befor rice was claggy and curry was a thick blob that didn’t taste like curry first and last order

I have had many meals before from here but tonight’s meal I will never order again the prawn curry had no taste and the prawns rubbery the pork chow mein was tasteless the chicken fried rice was clumpy and very dry and very little taste the beef in black bean was nice but again little flavour the mushrooms tased slimy and disgusting sorry worst meal I’ve ever bought the bin got fed very very well as no one ate more than a mouthful of each thing

We ordered the food so that we could eat as a family when everyone was home - we had to reheat some of it as it was an hour early. Not acceptable and won’t be using this service or Panda Orient again

Was alright not the nicest Chinese takeaway I have been too but still nice food compared to some others and would say it’s very much in the middle of that makes sense, was warm when arrived and tasted fine.

Gorgeous food, ordered a few times now and always been amazing! Such great quality and service. We also got a free pot of ice cream with our delivery tonight which was a wonderful gesture. Will always order from here!

Never had a bad Chinese from here! Rang to change the delivery time which they accommodated no problem. Food was nice and hot, delicious and delivered with a smile. My go to Chinese every time 👌🏽 wouldn’t order anywhere else.

Delivery on time and hot… Crab and sweetcorn soup was a bit watery, not much crab or sweetcorn. Salt and pepper spare ribs had a nice taste but the ribs were not great. The rest of the order was ok, but a little disappointed. I have had better.

For the price of the munchy box it is shocking what you get in and the chicken balls were dry not be ordering from here again

A lot of money for a pizza box full of chips, there was next to no chicken along with spring roles and crispy chicken, normally it is great from here but last nights was lacking in everything other than chips. The curry sauce was half full and very very thick

Ordered from here loads and normally very good. But tonight, food was half an hour late and freezing cold. Curry sauce like jelly and cold. Rice was stale, mushy and cold. Just overall a massive disappointment to what is normally very good.

Ordered from here before and food was lovely However tonight it was very bland and quite dry had it not been for the sauce that comes in a separate container, ordered 'crispy', but instead was soggy, totally put me off, wont be ordering again

At first it said that the food had been delivered, I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times to get an ETA on the delivery and got no answer each time I attempted to call them. Eventually I was able to get a message on my phone explaining that there had been a delay. And thankfully the food was still warm, but I was still frustrated about how long it took to get a response from the restaurant concerning my order.

They switched something up for me and it was absolutely fantastic. Can't fault the food from here

Absolutely the worst Chinese in Bedlington and Northumberland. Food came super quick and was stone cold. Worst of all found a wire/staple in our food which is dangerous and unhygienic. This is the second time we’ve ordered from here and first time they got the wrong order delivered to us after waiting for 2 hours, both times have been disgusting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE.

The very worst Chinese food ever. Found a metal wire/staple in our food and it came within 15 minutes and managed to be stone cold!! Waiting for our money back. Disgusting place DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Early delivery and lovely food

Gorgeous hot and sour soup. Only five pancakes with the duck which came diced not shredded this time.

We usually order Chinese from here and it has always been good quality and value for money in the past. Tonight we ordered for the first time in a few months (times have been hard and we haven't had as many treats as we used to allow ourselves). We were so looking forward to it. When it arrived, we dished up and started tucking in. Almost immediately, myself, my husband and both of my children started twisting our faces and gagging. The chips had obviously been reheated (they had that chewy texture) but then had also arrived freezing cold. The starters were soft and soggy (spring rolls and wantons). Ribs and satay chicken were cold and slimy too. Rice was full of hard pieces and the prawn toast tasted sour! Worst ever takeaway (and to top it off prices must have increased as for 3 full meals and a starter box it cost £48 Inc delivery (no other extras or drinks!!!). So sad that we wasted so much money on the most disappointing meal we've ever had.

By far the best local Chinese take out on Just Eat. More veggie options than anywhere else I’ve found, veg and tofu is great quality and the satay is delicious 🙌🏼

Cold, soggy and waste of time. Over two and a half hours for an order of duck pancakes and chips. Had to chase for updates and uninterested staff. Save yourself hours of frustration and order from somewhere else

Yesterday's order was rancid!! Came far too quick for a sweet n sour HK KING PRAWN to have been made fresh, the sauce was congealed which suggests pre frozen portions. Chow mein was of equal poor quality.

My dad gave the food a huge thumbs up. He said all of the food ordered was flavourful. This is a big thing for him to say as he is very critical, given he was a chef in Chinese restaurants.

Delivered wrong order 35 mins later came to collect wrong order but didn’t fetch my order had to wait another 30mins was just about to order from elsewhere

Absolutely love this Chinese, don't have a bad word to say about it. Portions are big, flavour is amazing and never messed up an order.

Food was good and hot on collection, only problem was I was notified it was ready to collect 20 mins before my selected collection time. Called the shop and explained it was too early for collection and they apologised and re-did the order for the correct time.

Chips were raw! This is the 2nd time we have had very very under cooked chips!! How do you not know your chips are raw!!

Will never use this Chinese again rice had stringy bits in I ended up putting it in the bin faul infact it’s put my off Chinese

From time of receiving order confirmation 20:15, to the time of delivery it was 2hrs 15mins. By the time the food eventually arrived i was ready for bed.

Delicious food as always. Hot and sour soup a bit hotter than normal but still delicious. Delivery 30mins earlier than advised. Prices have gone up a little but worth it.

Unfortunately the food was so salty it was almost inedible. We got two munchie boxes and left one!
