Absolutely fantastic food good size portions at a good price .

Ordered over the phone at 7pm to pick up at 7.30. Arrived dead on 7.30, to be told I would have to wait 15 minutes. I said to the lady 'why did you say 7.30 was OK when it wasn't going to be ready until 7.45? Anyway, I couldn't wait around so asked if I could get it delivered, to which the response was yes, but I would have to pay for delivery even though the mistake was theirs. As a customer I travelled to the shop on time but due to their mistake my order was not ready but they then still wanted me to pay for delivery! Used this Chinese for over 10 years once a fortnight but due to greed, they are willing to lose a customer instead of saying 'yes, this was our mistake, we will deliver it'..

1st impressions are always a good indicator of how good an establishment is regardless of the choice of establishment and as soon as you go in there's always a lovely smile or indeed as I first did, ring up and the lasses telephone manner was exceptional. The food is always excellent and ready for my collection. I'm always made to feel welcome and certainly not taken for granted. It's my go to place for exceptional service and food.

These guys know what they are doing with a wok! The ribs are fantastic and their curry sauce is delicious.

I tried out this takeaway due to it being anew one for me. It was so worth it. The food was soo much better than I expected, it was so fresh and so delicious. I didn't have to wait long at all and the staff were so lovely. I really recommend going here. I am definitely coming back again.

An amazing experience with incredibly warming staff, I got greeted with a smile as I walked through the door which is something you don’t really expect when you walk into a takeaway. I had a curry rice with chow mein and chips and some other sides, the curry was quite unique and full of taste as well as the chow mein, I’ve seen a review on how one of the curry pots melted however I think they’ve changed the curry pots into plastic pots that are also reusable now so it’s more child-friendly aswell. If you are going to order from home then you should definitely order slightly early as they are usually busy because of how many customers they usually get, overall a experience so great that I decided to make my first restaurant review. Me and my family will definitely will be coming back here.

Ordered at 7.15pm. Told 1hour 40mins delivery. Still waiting. I’ll be turning the driver away if they eventually turn up.

Did not enjoy this food. Sechuan chicken was salt and smelled of fish. The curry too spicy. The house special noodles were black with soy sauce. The house special sechuan fishy and tasteless. Won't recommend this it was disgusting

Picked up £50 worth of food at 7pm ... once home my daughter started pouring her curry sauce out of one of the polystyrene tubs The tub basically disintegrated as she poured the hot curry sauce , and it burnt her hand , sticking to her skin .. she was in agony even after we carried out first aid measures .. . Waste of £50 as no one felt like eating after this .. I rang Panda Inn and was told someone would ring me back the next day .... no one did .... Beware of these tubs ... very very dangerous

Rice was greasy. Sauces were watery and tasteless. Specials were more veg than meat. Thought we would treat ourselves and wished we hadn't. Won't be returning

Always enjoy the food from here

Having to give a rating so I can write a review. Having looked on the reviews, both negative and positive, I thought I'd give it a go for the first time. Over two hours late, everyone always says it'll be worth the wait well not in this case, I am sorry panda but the food was awful not to mention clap cold. I won't be ordering from here again that's for sure.

Amazing food, the best service in the world and the hardest working people I have ever seen. Will never go back to any other chinese takeaway again. I live an hour away and still drive to get my weekly takeaway. Get in 💪

I live in Ashington and for 2 years used the takeaway and use to be amazing. I guess the chef has changed or something else. This is now the 4th meal we have had that’s really disappointing. On the look-out for a new Chinese Takeaway. Shame

Watch delivery guy. Tried to short change me saying he had no more change. Said he would come back with it and never did. Then when I rang he told his boss that he did come back and pay the difference . Ridiculous. Thief. The money didn't bother me, it's the principle!!

Top quality food, never been disappointed yet and we use it a lot. Only gripe is you have to wait a while as they are soooo busy. book early to avoid disappointment.

Friendly staff and sezchuane chicken chow mein is yummy if you like spicy. You can ask for it to be more spicy if you want that extra ohhh laaa laa in your life....

Absolute disgrace, house special fried rice nothing special about it. 3 prawns 5 bits of chicken 3 bits of beef. Chicken curry more like onion & pea curry 👎
