Quite the worst customer service I have experienced. I made a mistake and called up literally a minute after to change it and they said it’s fine to change it with them without any issues. Twenty minutes later they call me to say it’s already been delievered somewhere else and I should try to use the app?! I would have cancelled it but they assured me that it’s all good until the food has left the place. Very rude, I tried to find out why they didn’t let me know earlier but I guess they wanted to get their money. Eventually they just hang up on me. No sorry, nothing. Because of that I’ll advise you to not order because clearly they can’t manage with an issue and are very impolite. I certainly will never order food from here even if it was the only place open left!

Order vegan chicken balls only to receive actual chicken! Having been veggie for over 8 years I had to get my boyfriend to confirm that these were in fact meat! Won’t be ordering from here again.

We traveled for over an hour to get here thanks to its offering of vegan food and promise of a “restaurant”. Once we arrived, we saw it said “restaurant” on the outside sign. Once inside, we asked if it was takeaway only due to its appearance and were met with hostility. She then disappeared for ages to work on Uber Eats / Deliveroo orders, prioritising those over people in the actual shop, before finally taking our order. When we’d finally got back from the bus ride, we were disappointed to find the vegan chicken satay skewers I was looking so forward to were missing their satay sauce, so they were just dry bits of soya on sticks.

Food was lovely but the fact that their was no complementary prawn crackers for fairly expensive Chinese is unacceptable.

Take away. Ordered pancake roll. No meat or prawns inside which may have been a blessing as smelt old and tasted like defrosted after several months in a freezer. Dire. Chinese curry was some weird chicken in a sauce clearly from a curry stock cube. The whole thing was 35 quid and now in the bin. When I am passing next they might receive a brick through the window. Outraged.

Tried this place after feeling a bit hungry. Despite some bad reviews, it was actually one of the best places I’ve eaten from. Yummy food and quick service, would 100% eat from again.

Only ordered from here because it looks like the Tasty Garden in Twickenham has closed down (such a shame). Ordered several dishes, Beef in Black Bean, Egg Fried Rice, BBQ Ribs. Beef in Black Bean was flavourless, hardly any Soy Sauce, barely any Garlic and very watery. BBQ Ribs didn't taste like BBQ, tasted like Honey Ribs. Egg Fried Rice was nice. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

£9 for crispy shredded beef and the portion is tiny (photo attached). Chicken in black bean sauce is mostly onion. Won't be ordering here again, far better Chinese restaurants to choose from.

Worst chicken chow mien & prawn crackers I’ve ever had. Small portion, extremely greasy & running in oil… no flavour … and expensive compared to others. Cannot suggest to avoid as much as possible.

Terrible experience. Ordered food for collection and was told it would be ready for 7.29pm. They hadn’t even started cooking it when we arrived. Had to wait another 20 minutes, we asked why they didn’t call us about the delay and they just responded with ‘we’re busy’. Have had bad experiences here in the past, thought we’d give them another try. Won’t be making that mistake again.

All raw onions and carrots. This was meant to be shredded honey chicken but there is NO chicken. Just crispy batter. SO DISAPPOINTED! We ordered 3 other dishes which tastes the same, sweet and contained the same raw onions and carrots

Food very disgusting,gave me wrong noodles,I rang,then called in next day with pics of my food they were very rude,denied the mix up,then says we are closed can't serve you.place not very clean I think they need to be checked by the local health and hygiene services.

Absolutely awful experience!!! Saturday night ready for some food order £30 Food came cold and then a long BLACK hair inside my rice! Called to complain and what absolutely awful customer service!!! Was told it’s not theres firstly no apologie and I explained well it ain’t mine as I’m blonde to then the lady on the phone then told me I had to then take my food back to her to prove it ain’t mine and called me a liar in regards to the food being cold after it’s been delivered plus a hour wait! Only was offered a refund and to organise the driver to collect the cold/ hairy food! No fresh food to be sent out Disgusting and outrageous AVOID and don’t waste your money!!!

Ordered twice through ubereats/deliveroo and they both have slightly different options. Lots of vegan stuff on the menu as well as usual takeaway favourites. Vegetable chow mein and crispy vegan wontons are very good. My friend wasn't a fan of the crispy chili chicken. Fair price and quick delivery

This place seems to be under new management, we were very happy with our meal, I would go as far as go say it was one of the best Chinese takeaways I have had in a long time. Portions were generous, well flavoured and delicious 🤤. A welcome surprise indeed, thank you Panda Garden 🏡.

Panda Garden has been my local Chinese for 25 years but todays effort has prompted me to place a review for the first time. We ordered at the shop and It appears they are focusing mostly on delivery during the current crisis, which is understandable but the dish i had was about half the size it normally is and was clearly microwaved as the cling film was still on the box and the eggfried rice was a colour i've not seen before...very disappointing, especially as the prices have recently gone up and they have now put an internal wall up so you can no longer see the food being prepared. We won't be returning anytime soon. UPDATE Gave this a second chance and equally disappointed, higher prices but less food. Chicken Chinese style was awful, no flavour to the sauce which was more like a watery gravy and all the signs it had been microwaved with the chicken dry. Not good and a waste of money.

We have been trying to find a decent Chinese takeaway. in Twickenham for a while now and tonight I think we found it. We ordered via Uber Eats and the food arrived in really good time. everything we had tasted fresh, the chicken with mixed veg was really tasty and the grilled pork dumplings we lovely. My other half had the chicken chow mwin and said that was delicious too. Best Chinese for months, thank you 😊

I was a customer here for a while and despite having previously received very lacking customer service experiences, I did enjoy some of the food. However, I've just experienced the worst customer service hell I've ever had anywhere. The person who took my order complained about everything throughout the call and even tried to charge me more money to which he also whined about. I was so exhausted by his rant I canxd my order and told him so. They had the nerve to still try and deliver it, but of course I had to find another restaurant afterwards due to his disgraceful outburst. When i had banging on my front door I told the delivery person I didn't want it and had made that clear during my call. The restaurant manager called me so I explained in full and precise detail the chain of events - no apology was offered and he also put me on loudspeaker whilst he continued a conversation with the rude man who then grabbed the phone and proceeded to shout at me at the top of his voice like a maniac. I'm still shaken my this and cannot believe they think this is acceptable in any way. I never want to experience abuse like that when I just wanted a simple transaction which should always be cordial. To your further rude response just now. What does " I NO LONGER WANT THIS ORDER" mean to you!!!!!! Perhaps you should be sent on a course of how not to treat customers which is not in your style in such a ferocious and abusive manner and never use expletives. I am beyond shocked.

Placed an order on Just Eat. Waited ages. Delivery was moved back and back and then they cancelled it (probably to avoid a bad score on the platform). Poor show.

Ordered “Mock” Chicken Sate with vegetable spring rolls (vegetarian) we received an incredibly low grade fatty cow or duck in watery sauce with prawn spring rolls. Spoke with someone on the phone who said it’s not meat, and refused to help. I had rice for dinner after over an hour wait. Don’t bother eating here.

Have been using the Panda Garden since 1993 they never disappoint. Great take away tonight arrive within the said 45 mins, perfect order. Delicious.

My food was so so disappointing some of it was cold plus the chicken curry was bland had no flavour at all and the mushroom rice I ordered was just rice with a very few boiled mushrooms that had been thrown in last minute no seasoning no flavour. Prawns were lovely but that was the only nice bit about it will never order from here again

Absolutely vile. The crispy shredded beef comes in chewy, tasteless strips not at all appetising. Noodles were raw, rice tasted like dirt. Vegetables in sweet and sour were raw. I would never order from there again.

The spare ribs are always good, sauce or no sauce. And the noodles in the chow mien are always perfectly prepared. Not over, not under. That's all you need to know.

I got food poisoning this morning from eating your food 6 hours ago. I had a very uncomfortable sleep. Normally the food is lovely! But I’m not happy that I have got food poisoning from your food. Please sort that how you cook your food so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We have been using Panda Garden for years but the last delivery was just poor. Dumplings had a thick heavy pastry ; duck pre shredded rather than a whole piece; egg fried rice not so good... New owners? Shame, now looking for another Chinese take away.

Possibly one of the worst managed Chinese I have ever ordered from... Bring back the old management. The new owners are awful with customer service, they have wacked the prices up, they lied to me and said it is the same chefs cooking and no changes, when they have infact changed everything. The crispy pancake rolls are a third of the size they used to be, not only that but they were inedible, they smelt like they had gone off aswell as taste like they had gone off. It's a shame. RIP Panda garden... The old management and recipes will be missed.

Dear traveller. If you want to wait 2 hours for burnt food; if you want noodles with very little meat and veg, if you want them to put the phone down on you. Come here. There are dozens of alternatives and they are ALL better. Be safe dear travellers.

It's certainly not the most upscale Chinese takeaway I've ever had, but there are a few specific dishes here that are honestly so delicious and we keep coming back. They make a seriously tasty Sweet & Sour chicken (Hong Kong style) and we also really like their pork dumplings. Especially good after a night of drinking :)

Not good, Anemic looking King Prawn Curry that was very bland so all you can taste is the over-salted rice. Crispy shredded chilli beef drenched in a vinegar tasting sauce that overwhelms. No taste of chilli at all. Singapore noodles were good enough though. Has to be better than this in Twickenham at reasonable prices

Had a series of let downs around this area and tried panda garden absolutely brilliant was delivered on time and very clean and tasty food will definitely be ordering from them next time

Food came on time order was wrong I asked for no veg as it seems takeaways like giving you more veg than meat. This order had veg in everything. I ask for them to change this as it also has peanuts in it too they said there was nothing he could do. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Stay clear

Best Chinese in the area! We came here for the first time tonight late at around 11:45 as we were craving Chinese food after the theatre.. this place was closing yet they still cooked our food with no problems and then when we ate the food it was delicious! We ordered a couple of chow meins and a pork curry with rice and all were amazing! Sooo good nicest Chinese we have had around teddington and we will come back! Just what we needed after a long day/night out 😊 thankyou !

Had takeaways from here before and they were good until tonight. Sorely disappointed. Food had no flavour, Couldn't tell the difference from the plain chow mein and the roast pork chow mein, the prawns in ginger lacked ginger and the szechuan beef with chilli was tasteless. Waste of £27!

Not gourmet but priced as such. Dire English spoken here. Avoid curry puffs like the plague. Remarkably it is the second worst Chinese in the Borough.. Isleworth wins easily. I arrived to collect food ordered, waited outside for 40 minutes as I couldn't park then had to go to work abandoning my prospective dinner. The food arrived at my home front door an hour later which was of no use to me whatsoever as I was five miles away. This place is too unreliable to use regularly which is a pity.

Liked it.. bit basic, no special touch on the food to set them apart from other places but it was hot, was pleasant and decent sized portions served in a timely manner.

The Panda Garden is the best Chinese takeaway ever..... they also do a meal for one which is great as so many other places make you to get a separate rice and main, which makes dinner expensive. The menu has everything you expect to see and it's all very tasty. A double thumbs up from me.

This used to be the best chinese take-away in the Twickenham area for about 10 years or more. Just recently it has gone rapidly downhill. I suspect a change of ownership and cooks.

Excellent British style Chinese food. Very generous portions. I recommend the chicken balls and the house special rice. The prawn crackers are of a high quality compared to other take aways. The chefs are also very accommodating to small modifications of their menu e.g. adding light batter to the chicken in their delicious Kong po chicken dish. Thoroughly recommend. Support your local takeaway by ordering by phone or in person to collect!

This is our go to Chinese, prices are good, staff are really friendly and service is fast - I love the duck and hot and sour soup! Yum!

The place has gone down hill. Since the change in management the food has gotten much worse and today, was terrible will not be eating there again.

Extremely disappointed with hygenic.I spend £10 on their food and took away home with high expectation.Service was ok but the person behind cooking my food was with very bad attitude.As a result, when i open my fried rice at home, the off stink smell of rice, soggy and sloppy unlike normal looking fried rice. Meat was cooked from frozen, nothing smell or look fresh. It was my first time at this place. I went in there to get something to take home to eat with my family coz this shop is in a good location. I expected that food will be great but NO NO NO. Please dont go people. I had to throw all what i bought.

Called in on a Saturday evening and ordered for 4. Staff said it would be 10 mins and it was. You can see straight into the kitchen with everything being prepared. It was good value and a good choice.

don't know what other people have been eating from here to write good reviews, but I have ordered takeaway from here 3 times (i don't like to write a place off without giving it a chance), and every time it has been either rubbish or mediocre - prawn toast dripping in oil, salt and pepper ribs like cardboard and the singapore fried rice had almost no meat in it - AVOID!!

Really tasty Chinese food cooked openly. Large portion sizes so there is always some left over.I always have a spicy prawn dish and chow mein, delicious.

I always order from Panda Garden. The food is just your Standard Chinese Food - It is fairly cheap so you cant expect too much. The staff aren't too friendly but that doesn't really bother me as long as I get my food on time....
