Pan Asian Kitchen in Brighton and Hove

This is the worst takeaway I've ever had. The food was cold, soggy and generally unpleasant. The rice was a solid lump, the prawn crackers were so burnt that they were inedible. The salt and pepper squid was rubbery and tasteless and to top it all off, the tub of sauce has spilt all over everything inside the bag. Avoid at all costs!

Nos dirigimos aquí para el almuerzo después de que nos dijeron que era una larga espera en Riddle y finlandeses a la vuelta de la esquina. Tenían un pequeño patio que pudimos sentarnos, ya que era un día agradable. El personal era muy amable y nos obsequiaron con galletas de gambas y agua enseguida. Pedimos varios dim sum - el destaque siendo los bollos de niño pequeño adoptado de cerdo y pato. When in Brighton we prefer to eat Saturday lunch in Riddle and Finns - top seafood lunch, on this occasion we were slightly late and the lead time was an hour so we opted for their new venture - the Pan Asian Kitchen - literally a minute away, well we were in for treat, very stylish decor - excellent service, all food is freshly cooked and does tend to come out as it is ready which is fine if you are not in a hurry which we weren't, the scallops and squid to start were perfectly cooked - tables are communal, which encourages conversation, which we did, the black cod was excellent as were the udon noodles and the stir fried veg, a highly enjoyable, relaxed, entertaining experience, Riddle and Finns will have to fight to get us back- £50 for two, with a good wine - bargain
