I come to pams pantry most weeks as its family friendly there are high chairs and baby changing facilities, with toys available for the children to play with, the food is great with amazing value, I love that they offer plastic plates and cutlery for the kids. Love this place, highly recommend

A bit of a let down, tried supporting local business rather than do Macy’s ds, sausage n Tom con n tea, very small tea, cheap sausage and didn’t get asked if I wanted sauce, staff sat on sofa no mask? Really sorry but being honest not very enjoyable I’ll not be returning

Ordered 3 large afternoon teas and 1 small (all for 4 different addresses) but after checking and being told the small 1 fed only 1 person I upgraded the small afternoon tea to a large. In messages I'd explained a large afternoon tea was for my parents and another for us in our household (indicating more than 1 person) and still wasnt told that the large only fed 1 person just that the small fed 1 and was only told difference between a small and large was you got extra cake,a handful of crisps and a small sausage roll for £5.50 more (£6.50 for a small and £12 for a large). So it was a shock to find that each address had got 2 small boxes delivered with only enough food for 1, I'd hate to see how little you get in the small ones as these 'large' afternoon teas were far from large. I feel it's all been dealt with in a very misleading way when several times I'd said we and parents/neighbours (the s indicates more than 1 person) had been used and I even asked about how many the small one feeds and at no point was I told that both fed 1, I was just told the small fed 1 when I asked if there was enough for 2. Not good value for money at all and we wont be ordering again at all. Weve been for afternoon tea before here and got much better value then. It looks nice but everyone was highly disappointed. Fb page needs updating and more details providing and maybe try not to mislead your paying customer.

Having visited Nottingham with my son and family in tow, I can recommend this friendly and efficient sandwich/stop-over joint. Plenty of choice on the blackboard menu and nice wholesome fillings. Could go easier on the dressings but not without its plus points.

Popped in several times over the months for bacon or sausage cob after dropping my daughter at nursery. All food has been well cooked and they offer lots of choice from breakfast cobs to lunch. Has an indoor seating area if you want treat yourself to a full English indoors. The ladies that run it are bubbly and fun and welcome all customers brightly from what I have seen over my visits.

A party of 4 of us met for full english at Pams Pantry on a Saturday Morning before a bike run. With a busy passing trade our breakfast was served supper fast we took over the side eating area and stayed for a while after chatting and drinking coffee, they let us run up a tab and then pay at the end. Best cooked breakfast I've had in a long while and the bacon and sausage are good quality not the cheap nasty stuff normally sold, a good plateful of food and toast as well. Get yourselves down there the lady owners are a great laugh and listening to them chat with other customers it sounds like they are very popular with the surrounding business's and you can tell they have a lot of regulars. Can't see what you want on their board just ask as I know they will be only to happy to oblige ....I heard some very strange concoctions being asked for. Bargain price too.

So this place is under new management and what an amazing transformation! The food is great and you certainly get value for money - you wont leave hungry, guaranteed! As for the service, well with the new owners they will certainly keep you entertained - its fun and very friendly. They have also opened up another room, so you can sit in and eat - so sit back and list, or even join in, with all the banter whilst filling your face. A must visit if you are passing.......

Great Cob shop/cafe in a great location. I have lost my job making the hubby's sandwiches to the lovely Tina and Bex at Pam's Pantry because the food is good and fairly priced. They have great fresh breakfast and lunch cobs, jacket potatoes and more. Just opened the girls want to know if you like or dislike their new foods so they can make their service better =). Pam's Pantry is fresh food and the humor and smiles are free =)

Hi everyone, just had to tell you about Pam's Pantry formerly The Crusty Corner in Arnold its the one on the corner near Frank Keys. I stopped eating from this cob shop a few years ago due to the state of the shop and the food that was served in there. As of Monday this week 02/09/13 its under New Management....Wow!! this cob shop is now a cafe/cob shop its been cleaned up and the Ladies behind the counter are friendly and enthusiastic about their new venture I might add they are mad as hatters to boot, with a great sense of humour. I have been in 3 days on the trot now and feel like I've know them years they remember my name and asked me today would you like your usual or something else for a change......The food was great I asked them for something that wasn't on the menu, they were only to happy to oblige and didn't even charge me for it, just asked me to call in the next day and give my verdict telling me I was their guineapig.......simply brill!! I was more than happy to give them my verdict, had the same to eat again the following day. They have opened up a room with a seating area to be able to have a coffee and eat your lunch. Well done Tina and Bex for bringing some life, a great friendly atmosphere and above all else some great food to the part of Arnold that was in great need of a good cafe/cob shop, I am happy to eat every day there (great bacon butty today and served with a big smile too, you spoil me).

At age 72, good coffee has been a lifelong love. With its distinctive lime green livery you cannot miss this little gem of a business on Nottingham's Heathcote Street. Effy serves quite simply the best coffee I have ever had.
