Pagoda in Magherafelt

Placed order and was missing stuff they said that they cant deliver back to me missing stuff, then said they only deliver if I pay for deliver which I already did paid for it which is ridiculous

Typical Chinese Takeaway. Great food and plenty of choices. Friendly, polite staff.

Very poor. Waited nearly an hour for my order in store (sat 9/12/23). Several patrons came in ordered and left in the period in between. Girl on till then checked and rewrote the order so it was clearly lost. No apology given. Very poor service. Will not be returning.

This pagoda literally has the best salt and garlic crispy chicken you will ever put in your mouth it’s my favourite food and i dont understand why this place only has 3 stars it’s absolutely amazing😭 My favourite place to eat!

Got a big order of 60 pound. Came home and was missing 2 dishes and 1 dish complelty wrong. Took it all the way back in. Front desk took the order down perfectly as read it bck to me. Explained we were missing two dishes and one was wrong. The wrong dish was replaced however the dish ended up being wrong again anyways. Seems to be an issue with the chefs as front desk again took what we wanted down correct. Chef refused to make the missing dishes as he said they where sent out and people do this to get free food witch is an understandable concern however we still paid for the two dishes and didn't get them so those waiting at home didn't get there food. I don't understand the logic as we paid 60 pound for the Chinese, why would we come all the way back for two free dishes? To let our food that was correct get stone cold? Not to mention one was wrong anyway? And when replaced was still wrong. Very poor food quality aswell. one example would be spring rolls dripping in grease to the point it's not fit for eating. Never usually leave review on anybtinf but this was very disappointing and frustrating as we paid for everything to be accused of coming back looking free food.

Order was wrong and would not deliver to correct order

Normally food great last Nights food was bad Beef curry fried rice ,salted chicken was burnt to the extent that it wasn’t eatable very disappointing ,same last week wasn’t great

Food is just gorgeous,favourite chinese always look forward to it once a week way my mate😍 never had a bad meal or bad experience absolutely recommend

Called in while passing through Maghera, scruffy place, no take out menus, only menu board to view with no prices, staff not great, decided to move on and no bother, more effort to accommodate customers with an appropriate menu to include prices or at least a take out menu

Absolutely disgusted in how I was spoken tonight by their "call handler". I called to advise that they got my order wrong and they went to check the docket and called back that I ordered chips with my meal rather than rice, I never ever order chips, I always order rice!! She then went on to say that she checked my order when on the phone, no, that's did not happen, she was too quick to get me off the phone that I didn't get a time my meal would arrive or a price. I tried to explain this and it wasn't taken on board at all and all I was met with was attitude. This will be followed up.

Disgusting, bought two chicken fried rice with curry (one teaspoon of curry on each). A Peking chicken with boiled rice, I got a chicken breast in a box of vinegar sauce. The whole meal was inedible. The whole place is filthy, avoid at all costs!

Good takeaway, good value for money, never really a long wait for collection. The menu a little confusing when it says chicken bites for some of the meal deals and chicken balls for the some of the meal deals but yet they tell u both items are the same...also haven't been able to get menu for over 3mths even tho have only been in 2-3 times in 3mths. Was a tad bemused the last time I collected an order as it was just an hr after opening time and they were getting a supply delivery and the delivery guys were allowed to walk in from the public entrance and carry the stuff through via the kitchen 🤔🤔🤔
