Haven't been in 20 years food was ok the steak pie was disappointing although tasty no soggy puff pastry the service was absolutely brilliant and the cocktails were ace thanks for such a lovely meal we will come back

Paco’s is a carbon copy of Littlejohns from 30 years ago and as such is a hit in my eyes

Never disappoints us. We’ve enjoyed every visit. The most amazing atmosphere with 1900s jazz music and theme which transcends the experience. Delicious selection of food and for a great price. Fitting for any occasion. Dates, anniversaries, families and groups. The staff have all been kind each time we’ve been and go above and beyond for you. We will definitely be back and are excited to introduce it to more people. 100% recommend. Thank you, Paco’s.

Been going to Paco’s for over 10 years and never had a bad meal. It’s that good we were in Santa Ponsa for 4 night and ate in Pacos 2 of the nights. Lovely food, lovely staff and service. Especially loved the garlic chicken

Hidden Gem. Best restaurant in perth. Huge menu of food and drink choices, large seating capacity makes for a great atmosphere even when not full. Suits all types of dining. Highley recommend

Busy, but great food, friendly service.

Starters were very average and disappointing. Steaks were nice, pasta was nice. What let our night down was the poor service. Pity. Perhaps we were on a training night. We had to chase up a few things, not the greatest experience for the prices charged.

Ordered a simple order of a pizza and the server managed to get it wrong. Had to go and ask for my bill not the best of service

Prawn cocktail was disappointing, service was also disappointing. No water on the table, had to ask for it. Steaks were outstanding. We had to ask for cutlery to eat it. Coffee didn't arrive, we had to chase them up. Service needs improvement.

Taking into account the limitations of food in the UK, if the little they do is done well, this is the restaurant where you can eat good English food.

First time at Paco's and had a great experience. All staff very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and reasonably priced and the atmosphere and setting was really relaxed and had an old timey feel to it. Highly recommended for anyone in the area who wants to grab food.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I feel like this restaurant deserves it. My favourite part is how friendly and inviting it felt. Great food, and good portions.

Great food and atmosphere, very tasty

OMG, where do I start with this review. We ended up booking a table online an hour before they opened on a Monday as we were only in Perth for a few hours. We were greeted with a really friendly waitress who sat us down and gave us our menus. We ordered our starters (prawns) and then my wife and I both fancied a steak. So glad we did as the steaks are amazing and of course cooked to your individual liking. I had the T-bone with haggis on top with fries. My wife had a sirloin with jacket potato. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anybody going to Perth. We will 100% be going back.

Disappointed by the new menu as it seems to have cut down on the vegan selections. The vegan menu does not have meals with protein, it’s all just vegetable based courses.

Unfortunately the food does not match the decor. Food is painfully average. Spent £16.75 on a Calzone that honestly wasn’t worth £6. Felt like I was eating a massive dry mince pie. Partner was also not best pleased with her spaghetti & meatballs. This place is Frankie & bennys in disguise.

The food won't disappoint however if you can make sure you are seated beside the wall as the wall embellishments are intriguing and worth a visit just for themselves

7 of us went to eat. The food is very well prepared. The service is perfect, they are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant is very beautiful. I recommend it if you pass through this city.

Amazing place to eat. Good selection of food and drink. Service was very good and staff were polite. The decor is absolutely amazing, I could spend hours just looking at all the stuff around the walls.

We have always had a good experience at Pacos, and this time was no exception. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food, for all 5 of us, was excellent, both in quality and presentation. We had one wrong coffee sent to our table, but this was corrected quickly without fuss or question. There was air conditioning on, but with this being the end of summer we felt it was just a bit chilly at our table (we were sitting right in front of the air-conditioning unit). I asked the manager if it could be switched off, which he did without question. All-in-all it was a very pleasant and satisfying meal, and very good value for money.

First time visit to Pacos took our daughter and grandchildren as they were visiting from Eastbourne. Great meal, great friendly service and an all round great experience, we will definitely return. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere, staff were excellent. Starters were a little disappointing in terms of flavour amd presentstion. Main courses were outstanding. Would definately recommend.

We came into perth today walked around for 2 hours trying to find a good place to eat and found this amazing Paco's restaurant. And boy it was fantastic beautiful place amazing staff and Food Delisous

Very eclectic place with a huge collection of memorabilia on the walls. Very professional maitre d'hi and friendly waitresses. I had pork medallions and they were a bit chewy for me. Husband had sea bass and he enjoyed it.

Went here on a Wednesday evening and was surprised how busy it was which we saw as a good sign. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is nice but a bit noisy with lots of chatter. Food was mixed. Starters were good, chicken wings and goats cheese toast. However moans mixed, I had a pizza platter which was lovely and freshly cooked. Hubby had fajitas and first thought was they were stingy on the pots of sour cream, salsa and guacamole. He also said it wasn't spicy at all, the chicken or the salsa so he wouldn't order them again. It would be nice if vegetarian options were marked on the menu, there are a lot of vegan options but not as much vegetarian (don't like fake meat or vegan cheese).

Service was friendly and efficient. Food was very tasty and good value. Wine was great.

I had the pizza platter which was disappointing. The pizza base was not great. The cheese was not tasty. The fries were tasteless.

despite the chaotic decor pacos manages to have a cosy atmosphere :) i really recommend the enchiladas, they taste so good!! also tried their frozen strawberry margarita for first time and loved it so much 🍓🍸

Have come here multiple times and loved every minute of it! The cocktails are exceptional, as well as the food, ambiance, and service.

Walking in, the atmosphere was nice, it is a large restaurant, fairly dimly lit, but with lots of dark wood and random antiques (or at least 'old stuff') on the walls. The music is classic jazz, I thought at the right volume - you hear it if no-one is talking but it's still easy to hear everyone on the table speak. The service was good, friendly, polite and all correct. The menu choices were good. Something familiar and good for everyone I think. The quality of the food was ok. I've had better calzone in Naples but perhaps that's a very high standard to hold them to? I'm amazed (pleasantly surprised) to find that it's not a chain restaurant. Would definitely recommend, especially for children/teenagers.

Had a lovely pre theatre meal with friends . A menu to suit everyone staff very efficient and attentive . We ordered Argentina chicken kebabs which were outstanding never had such moist tasty chicken . Would highly recommend this item . Another member had steak perfectly cooked . Only one minor issue one of the starters goats cheese should have been served warmer than it was normally melting but it was lukewarm however no huge issue . This is a really nice casual dining restaurant that caters for lots of different tastes and look forward to returning

Easy online booking process at the time we wanted. On arrival met and shown straight to our table and met our server Drinks order was taken within a few minutes and delivered just as quick... Nice cold fresh tasting Prosecco. Main courses chosen from a wide variety.of options, maybe slightly pricier than would prefer. Mains served within a reasonable wait and we're hot and well presented. We both enjoyed our dishes (sirloin steak strips on a abed of mixed salad and chicken enchiladas) really enjoyed the food and felt looked after without being intrusive. An enjoyable brief visit that did what was needed in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Over priced for a basic steak , if there was seasoning on it I couldn’t taste it . I wanted chicken but there was next to no chicken on the menu apart from fajitas, this is the second time I’ve been disappointed with the steak so wont be rushing back any time soon

In Perth to see Sarah Millican and went to Pacos to have a drink and perhaps something to eat before the show. There was no one sitting outside, at the many tables, and only one table occupied inside. We were turned away with the excuse that they think they are going to be busy in the next hour. Disappointed to say the least and won’t be returning!! Last time we ate here it wasn’t the best anyway and we’ve taken our custom elsewhere 🤪

We were a party of 9 people with a booking for 1730 on Sunday. Table was ready and were were attended to quickly. Food was great for everyone. No complaints whatsoever.

Another excellent pre-theatre meal. Wonderful service and a well organised, diverse menu. Only point of concern, the prices seem to be rising quite high. But don’t let that stop you - its a great place for a meal in Perth.

We went there twice on Friday, 28/06. First time just to explore and second time because we immensely liked there - such perfect old school detailed service... And the food, and the drinks and the interior...almost expecting Great Gatsby coming in at any time...

Stopping in Perth for a night whilst touring Scotland and we were really struggling to find a decent restaurant in the whole of the town that didn't look like a cheap and cheerful chain.. found Paco's and what a great restaurant, service was first class and food was so tasty. Recommend the hot and spicy chicken wings starter and for mains we had Fajitas. The decor and booths are a really good touch and make for a great dining experience. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Couldn't fault this at all. Food was hot and tasted amazing. We were served our mains within 5 minutes of ordering them. Staff were friendly and responsive. Almost every table was full in what is a large seating area tells it's own story. I'll be coming back to explore the menu further. Not related to the restaurant but if you're ever wanting a non alcoholic lager, try the Peroni. Tastes the real deal and accompanied the meal perfectly!

Best restaurant in Perth for sure. Great food, great ambience and the staff were first first class. We will definitely be back next time we are in Perth.

Very tasty good quality food. Lovely, helpful, polite staff. Clean toilets. Handy location in the town centre, opposite Perth Concert Hall. We always go to Pacos when we go to the theatre.

Chilli was amazing, service was good, a lovely team of waitresses. Only quibble was the server who, on our arrival sprinted off to take us to our table leaving my hubby miles behind as he was on crutches.

Pre theatre supper. Nicely decorated venue a bit noisy as it was a busy Friday night. Waiting staff pleasant but very busy. We had two different chicken salads both lacklustre with dry chicken and limp salad.

Pacos was amazing as always we always go for celebrations and it never disappoints. Menu is great for all. Our son is a fussy eater but the junior menu is great for him. The 0% mocktails are delicious and even when my partner asked for a old fashion nothing was too much for them to make him one with his pick of bourbon. Staff were amazing and very helpful and the welcoming also. We had a great dinner as always and will be back soon

Went for a meal here for the first time in years and did not disappoint. Food, drinks and service was nothing but perfect!

Really nice place. The decor and the set up are A1. Service and atmosphere was great and food was not a disappointment. Great gluten free menu, inc pizza and pasta. Ribs were fantastic and no issues switching out fried for another corn on the cob as some places get funny about these things. Good value and 5 stars.

Lovely meal with excellent service and good value for money

Was recommended to go to pacos whilst visiting Perth. My daughter ordered the Parmesan chicken burger which came pink throughout and very under cooked. I brought this to the attention of the young male waiter took it back to the kitchen, came back empty handed (it had one bite out of it and had been cut to look at) with a terrible rude attitude to announce the chef had insisted it was a vein and that it’d been probed on leaving the kitchen!! I’m nearly 50 yrs old, a mother of 3 and I cook daily - IT WAS UNDER COOKED!! I did not like his attitude at all and my daughter had no dinner! The manager eventually took the burger off the bill very reluctantly however had it just been admitted that it was under cooked we’d have preferred another burger cooked properly. Shocking service and rude staff!! AVOID!!!!

We had a small event to celebrate and the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and professional. Only down side would be it was a wee bit noisy making it a bit hard to hear sometimes. This won’t stop me from returning however.

Dining at Pacos is a consistently good experience and has been for all the years we have been dining there. They had clearly arranged to have staff in early to accommodate a small number of us who were prepared to eat at 4pm before a 7.30pm concert in the adjacent concert hall. Customer service at its best.

Adorable restaurant which is literally a feast to the eyes because they have so much history going-on on the walls and decoration. Feels like you are transported into another century. Food was great and straightforward. Service was great too. Meter parking nearby.

Came to this restaurant with a large group of friends and none of us had a bad word to say after leaving. Accommodating staff with excellent service, great cocktails and not forgetting great food and atmosphere. The inside of the restaurant itself was amazing, loads of vintage items placed everywhere. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!!

The restaurant was very busy but we were seated on time, noisy caused by very large groups but not uncomfortable, the server was quick, polite and attentive. The food was well prepared plentiful, and very good. We use the restaurant regularly and have never been let down. Great place for a family meal!!!!

We saw this in TA and saw the great reviews and it did not disappoint. Lots of choice on the menu (both food and drink) . I went for the chicken and beef fahitas and my partner had the Argentina chicken skewers both were really nice. We had envy when we saw the various sundaes being brought out so we finished off our meal with a lovely toffee nut sundae as well. great cocktail menu to compliment our meal, it was fab all round. Service top notch too, we have already said when we come back to Perth we will make sure we book to come back here.

Had our wedding anniversary dinner here tonight, food was served piping hot and without being rushed between courses. Waiting staff were attentive but not intrusive. Great interaction from the new manager Matthew who seemed to attentive to the whole restaurants needs and had time to ensure our service and food was up to standard.

Paco’s is an amazing restaurant with so much to see and the food is amazing. The staff are so helpful and obliging and go out of their way to make your stay with good dinning experience. This is well worth try and the pizzas are delicious.
