Thursday special but a burger get one free! Nice location friendly staff, food & drinks are great, chips and sides are fabulous. Really enjoy it nice dessert menu too! Sticky Toffee pudding 😋

This place never disappoints us. The food is well cooked and delicious. Great gammon steak and a really tasty pie. Best service in the county from Nicola and Luke. Massive thanks to the chefs for such an enjoyable meal.

Came for a family lunch, son ordered the mixed grill, it looked lovely,the meals where very nice, staff where attentative, allthough young girl was quite annoying, she must have passed our table 25 times, my son need the toilet, and she came to take his meal away, i told her we are not finishes she came to clear the table 5 to 6 more times, we felt we where being rushed to eat our food even though the place was almost empty. so on that score we will stick with the jolly drovers.and won't return to the pack horse.

On holiday nearby and had lunch in this great pub. If you love meaty meals, then you will love it here. This is a Flaming Grill, and really lives up to its name. Great food good prices, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff, and dog friendly which is important to us.

Fast service popped in for quick meal at tea time was seated straight away asked for the table to be cleaned first though but food was served fast and was delicious and staff are pleasent

Exceptional,this is a one off pub dinner,from the Great Staff,quality service and price,unbeatable 2 for one menu,a place where you are made welcome from starting to leave ,really more than easy to become a local at this ,which i think we have now become , what better way to enjoy life ! This a place that never disappoints, even when really busy the staff still manage to offer excellent service. Friendly young staff who are really good at their job. This is a flaming grill pub that offers standard pub food, it's hot, well presented and reasonably priced. We come here often and dined this time with our grandchildren and it was really busy, thank you for a really nice time.

Fantastic place, on arrival was greeted with a friendly hello from staff, we found our own table and browsed menu, lovely friendly staff took our food and drink order from our table! This is unusual as with Green King pubs you order your food at the bar with your table number and pay. This was a lovely touch. We ordered mixed grills with added mushrooms and sauces. I chose Diane sauce and my partner chose peppercorn. The drinks arrived quickly and the food not much later. All cooked to perfection, there was no fat or gristle on any of the meats. The chips and onion rings were all fresh and hot. Have no complaints whatsoever and will defo be going back
