Absolutely recommend Pacinos! They have a great menu and it’s good to see something a bit different in Clacton other than the usual kebab and pizza places! A*****

Ordered and arrived very promptly, but missing a burger and had to come back which took an additional 15 mins, no compensation or free items at all

lemon and herb chicken was very, very dry. the Lebanese chicken was dry and tasteless and the chips were undercooked. this place is usually pretty good but this time it was absolutely horrific.

Ordered from here multiple times, literally the best chicken burger in town! Only problem i do believe prices are very high and order size vary depending on who is doing the food. We have had a load of chips for the same price when once recieving a very small portion. Over all very polite and kind staff.

You could make this better at home. It looks like they used cheap oven chips - they were pale and barely cooked. The beef seemed to be an oven burger that they've crumbled up.

Was outside about to go in. Young lady serving had very long hair. Completely uncovered. This is not acceptable in this day and age. Went somewhere else

Warning: this place overcharges. We are obvious tourists and if you see the photos attached to this review they overcharged us. Will be reporting to training standards. And it was not an error as the receipt clearly shows the full chicken ordered and the price which is totally different to the menu in the store.

The food was not fresh as always. I was a bit disappointed. It was about to go bad.

Ordered for delivery. No problem ordering or with delivery, BUT first order my burger was wrong, had cheese which I didn't want but was edible. Second order my burger was again wrong, this time the fillings were all good but the patty had pieces of chilli in it and was far too spicy for me. Such a shame as I was looking forward to a delicious meal. If they can get the order wrong twice, I WILL NOT be trying for a third time lucky

Food is always amazing when I order from here. Can’t find a better take away. Milkshakes are amazing. I’ve had their grilled chicken lemon and herb wraps twice and it’s the best wrap I’ve had. Deffo ordering here again.

Had a takeaway from there a few weeks ago and really nice . Just had the same Louisiana burger and it was all burnt . On top of that , no one wears an apron preparing food , and two staff were actually eating bits out of the food they were making . Not particularly friendly in there either . We won’t be going back unfortunately.

It seems the food quality has reduced :(

I can't rate Pacino's highly enough, worthy of more than 5 stars. Food is always top notch👌, lovely and hot 🔥, and packed with flavour. Very nicely presented. I'm a fairly regular customer, and I've never had a bad meal or experience in the years I've been ordering, it's pretty much my only takeaway. Very friendly staff, and an immaculate looking kitchen and premises from when I've collected. Absolute pros👌

Food was hot and fresh and tasty! Peri Peri chicken burger was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Only thing that let it down was the milkshakes were bland tasted like and vanilla milkshake with a hint of chocolate. But overall happy, just wouldn’t order the milkshakes again.

Buy food from here often, it always tastes great and arrives on time or earlier. Definitely recommend.

We always order from heat. And always lovely. Although tonight everything was stone cold. Not even warm cold. The wrap halloumi was cooked properly. If this was our first time we wouldn’t order again

The wings were overly charred could, burnt taste overpowered the marinade wasn’t nice only ate a few threw the rest in bin

The driver dropped my food then looked at me and just shrugged his shoulders. Pacino replaced it for me no thanks to just eats driver. It was nice once I got it. Thanks Pacino.

Ordered spaghetti bolognese, I got a bowl of spaghetti with a load of cheese on top, no bolognese, £8.50 for a bowl of pasta, I'd give it a miss next time

Ordered the flame grilled chicken - medium spice, spicy rice and salad. Absolutely delicious food, good quality, good portion size, nice and fresh. If you like Nando's, you'll love this.

Burger was amazing abit confused as to why it was spicy when it was a normal double cheese burger but it was great none the less, also wish the burger came with fries as I payed 9 pound for a burger by its self

Food was cold and extremely greasy I couldn't eat it. Chips and onion rings way over cooked. The spaghetti was soaked in melted cheese that had gone cold and was really oily.

First time trying pacino's and we will definitely be back. It is on the pricey side but a lil treat now and then, it's well worth it. Portion sizes are very good too. Thx guys 😊

We’ve had the Louisiana Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger about 5 times and never been disappointed . The size of the burger is impressive. The flavour is awesome and the chicken burger is cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend

Burger was tasteless, asked for mayo and the burger was smothered in it. Chips where undercooked and chicken on top was not nice. Sauce on top was disgusting. Was so much better when the previous owners had it.

Tried something different tonight A chicken wrap and a cheeseburger Usually have the buttermilk chicken burger which is amazing (had 4 times never been dissatisfied ) The wrap was solid loads of chicken and filling, the cheeseburger was great too but my fiancée found a bit spicy (not knowing if any spice was in burger itself) Fully recommend

I don’t know what the burger was but what I do know is that it was drier than Ghandis flip flop.. very disappointed
