delivery time was spot on however the food wasn't up to the usual standard

Special fish was 5* chips perfect and pizza crunch first one in 15 years and it’s better than I remember. Best chippy I’ve had in ages.

Collected my order tonight, slight error with it, but resolved really quickly with a phone call and driver dropping it off, warm, fresh and always lovely food from here. Thanks so much for sorting!

unfortunately tonight was our worst meal from Pacini. Fish was very greasy and the pizza base felt old and dry. we are regulars and this was a disappointing meal

Made after waiting an hour and a half with no progress, had to go in and collect the order. it wasn't even ready and I had to wait again, found out whilst waiting no 12" pizzas left and we needed to wait on 10" being made from scratch. really poor service tonight when I was in the shop it was carnage and very clear no manager was visible all the younger staff seem to have been left to fend for themselves. Resteraunt was like a bomb had hit it and was a mess. Manager not visible at any point!

Over 2 hours for delivery really poor but when the food finally arrived it was hot and tasty.

Still giving Pacinis 5 for delivery even though it was late. Food was great, really hot. A 12" pizza had been ordered but, don't know if they'd ran out of 12' bases but, they sent 2 10" pizzas instead. Thank you Pacinis. Awesome

The meal was probably late as it was a Friday night but, it was worth the wait. My pizza was very tasty & the large fish suppers were superb. I was worried with the food being cold. It wasn't, it was lovely & hot

order about 1800. delivery 1840 to 1900. after txt calls finally got order at 2005. however no chips with the 2 fish suppers and extra chips also not there and no onion rings. does state on my just eat order that it was delivered at 1845. don't know how that works. do they just close off the order then forget about it??

Initially order deliver time was estimated at 50mins to 1hr. Once order placed it was 55mins to 1 hr 20 delivery, it actually arrived 2 hours after ordering after phoning up after 1 1/2 hrs. That’s not acceptable they should be more clear at the outset so you can decide if you want to wait that long or not. Food when it did arrive was delicious though although I’d have eaten a horse after waiting that long!

The family decide what chippy I go to, everyone is in agreement that Pacini's is the best.

2nd time I’ve had delivery. Both occasions delivery was just under 2 hours long. I wouldn’t recommend getting a delivery.

After giving a delivery time of up to an hour and a half we still waited for a further 45 mins before it arrived

stay 2 mins away had to wait 1 hours 40 mins for food

Great ,they phoned and said delivery was going to be a wee bit later then just eat estimated and that the ice cream I ordered they had ran out offered an alternative, great communication can't fault them 3 happy kids

Waited 3 hours for a overcooked pizza and two bad bags of chips and pickles and best item had been the pickles not worth the money or wait

Ordered at 5:21pm. Phoned shop at 6:30, was told it was ready to go out. Arrived at 7.00. Not the first time something like this has happened. Will be trying elsewhere in future.

3 hours for delivery. The burger was like eating a brick and tasted like a Birds Eye frozen one from Iceland next door. The Lasagne was dry and congealed. Practically inedible

we place order after 6pm come at 9pm. they lost our ticket so they said

We ordered mid week at 5.48pm, the restaurant said later they were really busy with orders. From the printed receipt looks like they didn't look at my order for 1 hour, the original delivery time was 6.25pm, this past and app said it had been delivered but hadn't. They didnt answer phone so Just Eat text them and they said updated time 7.15pm but that past again and said delivered. I managed to call and they said it was on it's way, didn't arrive till 7.30pm. Too late for kids dinner mid week!

Do not understand why people go here. It’s always such a let down. Service poor, food average and delivery takes ages. Worst thing is, we’ve tried going in for it instead and waited a total of 45 mins to be served TWO PORTIONS OF CHIPS. honestly folks just avoid. Plenty other good chippys in ek. This is a big miss.

When placing the order JustEat said 45-60 minutes, but it took 2 hours 25 minutes from order!!

Food was 2 hrs late. No update on the app to say until the restaurant was contacted. Appreciate they were busy but updates would be helpful. However once food finally arrived it was hot and tasted great.

Ordered food just after 6pm received food at 8:10pm , receipt says it was delivered at 19:09 after delivery time slot had come and gone , food had hardly any heat to it , not surprised after nearly 2 hours from ordering..

Usually great and never had any issues, but ordered last night and my order was marked as delivered right on the specified delivery time but we were still waiting. Called and we were told it had not left yet but should be delivered in around 5 mins, 20 mins later it arrived. Food was hot and tasty as usual

Just been in food was good! But the young girl serving was rude! Young boy asked her to come and help, she was throwing rolls and chip scoop about! Clearly not wanting to do job she paid to do! Been using Pacini's since it opened never had an experience like this ever! Very poor Pacini's won't be back!

Hands down the best chippy in ek and affordable

It’s been 1.5hrs and iv still not received my ordered. Called the shop and they have told me it hasn’t even left yet and will be at least another 30 mins. Shop has told me I can cancel my order through just eat however there is no option to do so!

In ordinary circumstances I wouldn’t leave a decent review. There was a mix up and I was given the completely wrong order. Then they couldn’t fulfil my whole order. However, one of the senior people from the business delivered what they could and provided an apology and brought some free bits and pieces which I thought was very nice and fair indeed. Because of how it was handled I will be back as the food generally is always pretty good. Thanks guys

Food is always great from here & tonight was no exception. Staff are always super friendly when you’re in the shop too. However tonight I had to call up as my food had not arrived by the recommended time, 30 minutes later it arrived. I do appreciate that popular restaurants can be busy but maybe just the time on the app to let customers know ? . But I have to say when the food did finally arrive it was tasty.

Polite driver good portion of coleslaw… the chips were cooked beautifully but for £5.20 for a large and the container was half full that’s just so devastating looked like barely a medium didn’t know there was a national potato shortage… all in all was good food just a tiny portion of chips

Over 2 hours and still waiting for food the be delivered. Last time it was about 1.5 hours since I ordered. Even if the food is good then service is not worth waiting for. Never again.

ordered at 18:09 and 20:29 still no sign of my food. was supposed to be delivered 19:15 then changed to 20:15. we live about 10 minutes away. We've had food delivered from places 3-4 times the distance and get out food within the hour. never again

Pacini's food was great as usual. Twenty minutes late is disappointing, no message advising of the delay is poor by Just Eat.

Rude staff. Makes you feel like a total inconvenience to them for coming in. Went in at 8pm for a portion of macaroni and chips. To which they replied the microwaves have been cleaned we can’t give you the macaroni. If your going to be open til 10pm at least serve food til then.

Someone at pacinis needs a prize for picking such a good burger bun for their chicken burger. It was toasted so nicely and the burger was lovely. So often places sell burgers on soggy sweet buns. The only change I'd make is iceberg lettuce instead of the leafy stuff but overall a really great burger. Chips and curry sauce lovely as usual and creamy mac and cheese, the biscoff I've cream should be illegal. I've had to stop myself from going back to it. A job well done pacinis! Best chippy in Ek

Wow the fish supper I ordered from here was absolutely divine. It came with the fish separate which I thought was odd until I opened it and saw the size of it. It was huge and for a small fish supper the portion size as a whole was very generous. delivery was fast too and delivery driver very pleasant 👌

Food was rotten black pudding was so dry and hard couldn't eat it the fish actually smelled like fish won't be back so went down hill.

Food was good but it took 1 hour 30 mins to be delivered which is ridiculous, kept showing as delivered when it wasn’t.

First time ordering and certainly won’t be the last. Both pasta dishes were delicious. Lovely fresh chips and the Garlic bread was top notch!

The chips were mostly undercooked, the fish batter wasn't cooked through and left a gooey coating on the inside and the curry sauce was like water with almost no flavour.

Ordered on the app at 6.20. Called shop at 7.40. Order was about to leave shop. 10 mins later food arrives delivery driver very pleasant. Opened food sausage in curry was hardly warm fritters were like rubber. I asked for a pickled egg and they put it with sausage and curry sauce. Been here a few times now and food has been brilliant but I’m afraid I have deleted the app now. Not long till the kraken chippy opens

We are huge fans of Pacini's but, tonight our meal fell a bit short. Burger was rare in the middle, chips were barely warm, and the fish was overcooked. We were collecting ourselves and live 3 minutes away so, for anything to be cold was not good, there was a wait in the shop too. This was my mother's day treat, it was disappointing. We will be back, and when it's better next time, I'll be sure to leave a more positive review

Food is excellent and reasonably priced

Not sure what's been going on here lately, but it's taken a turn. Last few orders we've had things arrive wrong or old and stale, and wasn't until this one I finally cracked and refunded the wrong item. Looks like it's time for us to find a new chippy.

Was x looking forward to a meal C with the family but at 6.30pm our welcome was, I was just about to put the chairs away as it was quiet. The service taking the order was very abrupt and stand offish as though we were an inconvenience coming in at that time. We got asked what we would like to drink with our meal. I asked what do you have? The reply was Tea or cans? As our time in the restaurant went on it did get a bit better. It was such a shame as the food was good. I would use the takeaway but keep clear of the restaurant. Just not the service I would expect.
