Pacini's in South Lanarkshire

Waited 3 hours for a overcooked pizza and two bad bags of chips and pickles and best item had been the pickles not worth the money or wait

Do not understand why people go here. It’s always such a let down. Service poor, food average and delivery takes ages. Worst thing is, we’ve tried going in for it instead and waited a total of 45 mins to be served TWO PORTIONS OF CHIPS. honestly folks just avoid. Plenty other good chippys in ek. This is a big miss.

Such very good value and the fish and chips are amazing.

Just been in food was good! But the young girl serving was rude! Young boy asked her to come and help, she was throwing rolls and chip scoop about! Clearly not wanting to do job she paid to do! Been using Pacini's since it opened never had an experience like this ever! Very poor Pacini's won't be back!

It’s been 1.5hrs and iv still not received my ordered. Called the shop and they have told me it hasn’t even left yet and will be at least another 30 mins. Shop has told me I can cancel my order through just eat however there is no option to do so!

In ordinary circumstances I wouldn’t leave a decent review. There was a mix up and I was given the completely wrong order. Then they couldn’t fulfil my whole order. However, one of the senior people from the business delivered what they could and provided an apology and brought some free bits and pieces which I thought was very nice and fair indeed. Because of how it was handled I will be back as the food generally is always pretty good. Thanks guys

Food is always great from here & tonight was no exception. Staff are always super friendly when you’re in the shop too. However tonight I had to call up as my food had not arrived by the recommended time, 30 minutes later it arrived. I do appreciate that popular restaurants can be busy but maybe just the time on the app to let customers know ? . But I have to say when the food did finally arrive it was tasty.

Food was great as always restaurant was very busy tonight so it was a long wait for food but when it finally arrived it was hot and delicious as always.

Polite driver good portion of coleslaw… the chips were cooked beautifully but for £5.20 for a large and the container was half full that’s just so devastating looked like barely a medium didn’t know there was a national potato shortage… all in all was good food just a tiny portion of chips

Favourite chippy. Definitely a regular and delicious food. Highly recommend the macaroni and chips, or the fish. Dead cheap for delicious food.

Over 2 hours and still waiting for food the be delivered. Last time it was about 1.5 hours since I ordered. Even if the food is good then service is not worth waiting for. Never again.

ordered at 18:09 and 20:29 still no sign of my food. was supposed to be delivered 19:15 then changed to 20:15. we live about 10 minutes away. We've had food delivered from places 3-4 times the distance and get out food within the hour. never again

Pacini's food was great as usual. Twenty minutes late is disappointing, no message advising of the delay is poor by Just Eat.

Rude staff. Makes you feel like a total inconvenience to them for coming in. Went in at 8pm for a portion of macaroni and chips. To which they replied the microwaves have been cleaned we can’t give you the macaroni. If your going to be open til 10pm at least serve food til then.

Someone at pacinis needs a prize for picking such a good burger bun for their chicken burger. It was toasted so nicely and the burger was lovely. So often places sell burgers on soggy sweet buns. The only change I'd make is iceberg lettuce instead of the leafy stuff but overall a really great burger. Chips and curry sauce lovely as usual and creamy mac and cheese, the biscoff I've cream should be illegal. I've had to stop myself from going back to it. A job well done pacinis! Best chippy in Ek

Wow the fish supper I ordered from here was absolutely divine. It came with the fish separate which I thought was odd until I opened it and saw the size of it. It was huge and for a small fish supper the portion size as a whole was very generous. delivery was fast too and delivery driver very pleasant 👌

Food was rotten black pudding was so dry and hard couldn't eat it the fish actually smelled like fish won't be back so went down hill.

Food was good but it took 1 hour 30 mins to be delivered which is ridiculous, kept showing as delivered when it wasn’t.

special fish was really boney, quite dodgey and unpleasant eating.

First time ordering and certainly won’t be the last. Both pasta dishes were delicious. Lovely fresh chips and the Garlic bread was top notch!

The chips were mostly undercooked, the fish batter wasn't cooked through and left a gooey coating on the inside and the curry sauce was like water with almost no flavour.

Ordered on the app at 6.20. Called shop at 7.40. Order was about to leave shop. 10 mins later food arrives delivery driver very pleasant. Opened food sausage in curry was hardly warm fritters were like rubber. I asked for a pickled egg and they put it with sausage and curry sauce. Been here a few times now and food has been brilliant but I’m afraid I have deleted the app now. Not long till the kraken chippy opens

We are huge fans of Pacini's but, tonight our meal fell a bit short. Burger was rare in the middle, chips were barely warm, and the fish was overcooked. We were collecting ourselves and live 3 minutes away so, for anything to be cold was not good, there was a wait in the shop too. This was my mother's day treat, it was disappointing. We will be back, and when it's better next time, I'll be sure to leave a more positive review

Food is excellent and reasonably priced

Not sure what's been going on here lately, but it's taken a turn. Last few orders we've had things arrive wrong or old and stale, and wasn't until this one I finally cracked and refunded the wrong item. Looks like it's time for us to find a new chippy.

sent pickled eggs instead of pickled onions! no relish on the burger either I dod and for no lettuce or tomatoes but wanted relish

Was x looking forward to a meal C with the family but at 6.30pm our welcome was, I was just about to put the chairs away as it was quiet. The service taking the order was very abrupt and stand offish as though we were an inconvenience coming in at that time. We got asked what we would like to drink with our meal. I asked what do you have? The reply was Tea or cans? As our time in the restaurant went on it did get a bit better. It was such a shame as the food was good. I would use the takeaway but keep clear of the restaurant. Just not the service I would expect.

Shocking service just been in chippy 5 staff in not 1 person even acknowledged I was there . 1 was talking to friends , 1 was new I guess .might only be 2 minutes i waited ,it would have taken a second for someone to say i will get you soon or even hello . Have always said what a great chippy this is .not be getting my money again

I placed an order online and set a time for collection, but when I went to collect at the designated time, it wasn't ready, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

Never been disappointed in the meals from Pacini. Excellent food

This is the second time we've ordered from here and on both occasions the delivery was hopelessly late. I was going out on a night shift - and expected the order between 18.50 and 19.10 at the latest. It arrived at 19.35 - 5 minutes after I needed to leave for work. Very similar to the only other time we ordered from them. Their food IS excellent, but if they can't deliver on time, what's the point? We order plenty from other establishments who are also very busy and they can deliver earlier than suggested, so why can't Pacinis?

Over an hour late and food didn’t taste hot or fresh. Part of the order was wrong. Has to call twice to chase this order. Big disappointment after waiting for 2 hours. I won’t be ordering again

The shop is closed. It is has taken payment and not even open today. How do I get a refund?

I received a notification to say that my order had been delivered but it hasn't been. I have tried calling the restaurant several times with no answer. I hate leave poor reviews but I am seriously disappointed in the service received.

My order defaulted to work address ( by mistake ) so driver called me thankfully .. and then brought it to home address ( still local ) but def above and beyond service. So thank you very much. Food was awesome as always 5⭐️s

Fritters ordered but none came as they were sold out. Money returned.

Hi it is a bit expensive but it is worth it the food is lovely and the staff are brilliantand the portions are massive you won't be disappointed I highly recommend it.

More great food from this fab chippy. We use pacinis more than we should probably, but quality of food is always first class. Favourites has to be the freshly made beef burgers and oven pizzas.

As usual, piping hot food and very tasty. Every request was completed properly .

30 mins late over the just eat stated time. Food was cold. It was put straight in the bin. £14 it cost me. That is not on. I can say the delivery person was really nice but said that the just eat delivery times are not realistic. It seems the only loser out of this is me. I use just eat all the time. Time for a change I think

I was in for my birthday tea. Just myself. I got a table, no problem, and my order was taken very quickly. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I asked for more for my tea as I'd drunk my first cup so quickly. It was very reasonably priced, and the takeaway was constantly busy. I'd thoroughly recommend it. Wednesday, 24 October , I and my friends visited again tonight. ✨️ great food and fantastic service. Not to be missed. Go on, give it a visit you're sure to like it also. You won't make a haddy of yoursel' 😅

I ordered the home made steak pie supper, the meat and gravy was lovely but some of the chips were undercooked and none of them in the least bit crispy. It was barely warm when it arrived so overall disappointing.
