I have had the luck to dine with Shaun in Australia where he is considered to be one of the best sushi chefs in the country. So glad to see him bring his amazing and unique dishes to London. Absolutely delicious.

Heerlijke Wagyu steak, super mals en super lekkere sausjes erbij. De shashimi was zeer vers met heerlijke dressing. Lekkere rode wijn en de toetjes waren super. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding!

We were celebrating a friend’s big Birthday and the food, wine and atmosphere were all superb. The waitress’ tip to turn the sushi upside down was a game changer! Highly recommend the Wagyu steak and the Grenache

Visited for the first time with friends 2 weeks ago. Popped in for a quick bite to eat after a recommendation from a work colleague and left 3 hours later after working our way through the entire menu. Wagyu beef is unreal and everything on the menu was well cooked and bursting with flavour. The house sake is excellent. Fantastic customer service and the head chef even came over to chat to us for a while. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an excellent time at Pacific. The atmosphere, service and setting are all fantastic, and the food itself was the best Japanese cuisine we’ve ever experienced. All of the dishes were expertly prepared, the wagyu steak was amazing! Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we’ll be back again soon.

I’d heard great things about this restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The food is out of this world , topped off by amazing staff and an amazing atmosphere , will definitely be going back !

This is a great new, and it seems temporary restaurant by Japanese trained Australia chef Shaun Presland. Recently discovered this little gem, and fortunately for me, not that well known or busy yet. Great cocktail with the Japanese whisky sour and a good selection of wines, though not too many by the glass. Fantastic sashimi Bondi roll ! Then some British wagyu beef superbly tender. Finished off with some simple very flavorful assortment of ice creams. Attentive and efficient service with a smile. I will be back on my next trip, as long as Shaun has not opened a rumored new restaurant in the works. One of the best meals I have had in London without a Michelin star to it.

I came here with a group of friends, the chef chose our food for us and there was not one dish that was not outstanding! I particularly liked the salmon and tuna nigiris and the Gyozas. The mandarin icecream was also delicious. I will definitely be back

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Pacific, the staff were welcoming and the food was top notch. I've never been a big fan of Brussel sprouts but the sprout kimchi is incredible (possibly the best dish I've tried this year!)! Also loved the monkfish Katsu sandwich & the wagyu beef. Will definitely be back soon!

One of the best fresh seafood ive ever tasted in London! The staff was just brilliant too and made the whole experience one to remember. Coming back as soon as possible... if i can get a table!

What a find! Visited Pacific as a group of 4 and had the most fantastic evening. The staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend dishes from the menu, like the Kimchi brussel sprouts, which we would never have tried but so glad we did! As a table we also shared the lobster tails, Wagyu steak, seabass sashimi, potato and mushroom croquette and the toothfish. Every dish was outstanding and all at very reasonable prices for Central London. The atmosphere was relaxed but the staff still attentive, it's somewhere you could go with a group of friends, as a couple or as a business lunch/dinner.  Overall I would highly recommend Pacific and will be visiting again soon!   

Really enjoyed Pacific - great cocktail list and excellent selection of fusion Japanese food. My personal favourite was the Monkfish Katsu sandwich - something I have seen around a lot but normally with Beef or chicken. The best fish sandwich ever!! Can't wait to go back.

I’d heard good things about Pacific and so suggested to a friend that we try it out and we certainly were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly and the food was AMAZING! The Patagonian tooth fish was my favourite and the sushi was delicious too. Sean (head chef) talked us through the different dishes and was a top man. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some quality Japanese fusion food with a modern vibe.

Myself and my wife visited Pacific last week. I’ve eaten at Shaun’s restaurants in Australia ( Sake) several times whilst I live there so I knew I could expect something special. What I experienced was some of the best Japanese food I’ve had in a long time! The dishes were unique, tasty and well presented. The service was outstanding! We’ve already booked again with friends to come over the Xmas period. If you want a change from Nobu or Zuma with quality food at less expensive prices then Pacific is worth a visit!
