Best pizza I've had in ages. Really nice.

I went to Pablo's on Thursday for lunch with my group. Really good food, and the restaurant is in a lovely location with beautiful views.

Fantastic restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes, good quality wine, excellent service and beautiful location. Perfect choice for a sunny summer lunch but equally good for relaxing in the evenings. Fair prices for the great quality of food. As locals we often visit and look forward to our next!

Lovely food with excellent service.

The starter was lovely, and a good size. The main Lasagne was very small for the price of £14.95, very oily / watery and lacked flavour.

As always an amazing meal the prawn starter as a main in absolutely delish. We drive about 30 miles to eat here and it’s worth it!

One of the best seafood restaurants in the UK with great harbour view . Eastbourne is quite far from us but if I have ever the chance to go anywhere close to them , I would visit them 100% .Totally recommend that restaurant if you are seafood 🐙🦑🦐🦞 lovers.The seafood is delicious and people there are friendly.

A regular spot to grab a nice meal, service is always swift and friendly, general value for money is pretty good. Location is amazing on a nice summer's day.

We visited the restaurant on the 27th of January, the food was delicious. Wish we had something similar in London.

Booked for a special occasion online 5 days ago, only to get a call today saying they are shut on that evening for their Xmas do , on the 4th of February!!!!!!!!couldn't of told us sooner plans have been made for this occasion what's the point of online booking if it's not up to date

Visited here on a Saturday night glad we booked as was very busy.Really enjoyed our evening with Fab food and friendly staff would recommend and will re visit.

Kids loves the pizza and I like the atmosphere.

The service was overall good to very good. The food was like home cooking in our experience, so nothing special. The cooked vegetable were good enough though again nothing inspiring for the price. I think a restaurant should give that bit more out of the ordinary.

Horrible place I went one afternoon when the place was half empty A waitress just shoved me onto a table in the middle S Harbour may have some money with its holiday homes but it lacks basic manners The worst thing was the reaction of the other guests in the place Money but no class What rubbish

You can always get good quality and fair priced food and options, and all dishes can be ordered in child or starter sized portions so can fit everyone.

Absolutely delicious food, it was all really tasty and well presented. Great, friendly service, what's not to like? Perfect place for a family meal. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Tasty food, great location overlooking the marina, friendly helpful staff. Great 'proper' food for kids too!

Five of us walked in with kids and ordered 3 hot chocolate with soya milk and a flat white with soya milk. We have asked the waitress if we could have our drinks in a takeaway cups , we would still pay the drink in price, she said they dont have takeaway cups which is fair enough but then said we could go to the caffe opposite if we wanted takeway . When our drinks arrived I had a sip of the flat white but couldn't even swallow as it was sour off taste, clearly the milk was off. There was no tissue, the waitress just stared at me when i was struggling to keep the drink in my mouth as ididnt want to swallow the drink , my friend had to ask her to bring some tissue, drink was spilled on my cream jumper. We had to ask the waitresses to take them back. On the way out I said I was disappointed that they would serve off milk, the waitress brought back the milk carton and showed me that the date was not out of date, I then said sometimes if milk was opened long before the milk could go off, the bar staff became defensive instead of apologising they were agitated and said how are they suppose to know. I just asked to pay for the latte which was OK as it was made with ordinary milk. Our hope for a nice hot drink was ruined by unfriendly Service and bad quality product. I can't say anything about the food as we haven't ordered any therefore my rating is just about the service and hot drink.

Had a tabled book to celebrate my birthday with the family. Was 6.5 of us. Lovely venue with a nice space around it. Great atmosphere in the place, was packed which is always a good sign. Food came out nice and quick and was all fresh and enjoyable. Music selection was decent too, nice to have something different to listen to. All the waitresses were solid 10’s also. Highly recommend

We popped in here last year and the staff were brilliant. You can’t normally just drop by as a group of 10 and get seated but the staff managed to put a few tables together for us outside. Back down for another holiday this time with more family, this time we booked only 1 day in advance and they were able to cater for a group of 15 Service was fab, food amazing. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again next year

Visited here with my parents as our intended restaurant was closed, and I couldn't have been happier. There were plenty of food choices, including for my mother who is vegetarian. My father and I had chicken dishes which were delicious and generous portions. Particular praise for the staff who were attentive and helpful with the requests I made, nothing was too much trouble - unfortunately, I can't remember the name of our waitress. Will be returning the next time I am in the area.

Food always great service always slow but likely because they are always busy.

Disappointing. Having been told we need to book when we tried to we were informed that a telephone booking was no longer required. However when we turned up we were told that a table was not available as we hadn't pre booked! After a short discussion a table was found, however the service was slow and the food ordinary.

Thought we would try somewhere new. Lovely restaurant inside and outside overlooking the harbour. Staff friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We didn't fancy a full meal, so we ordered starters with fries and salad to share. Food was hot and freshly prepared 😋 very tasty. Only negative is it is slightly over priced. We will come back again to have a proper meal.

I ordered the spaghetti marinara and told the waitress that I am dairy free. When the food came, she said that the chef had got confused and given me gluten free, too. As my partner's food had come too, I chose to accept my food although I generally dislike gluten free food, so we could eat together. The pasta was over cooked so it disintegrated on the fork, the seafood was overcooked and it was swimming in tomato sauce. Service was poor; the bread (toast??) and not extra virgin olive oil came with the main dishes and we had to get our own cutlery from the cutlery station. It was a below par experience and not worth the money we spent.

The food here is great however it it really let down by the service - we got our drinks which took a while to come however during the meal we ordered some more drinks and we had to ask for these two more times as they did not arrive - attention by staff was very slow and they seemed like they did not really want to deal with customers

Amazing staff, our waitress was fab and polite, and quickly sorted our table’s issue with the wrong dish. The service gives it the extra star but unfortunately the food was 3-star. Frozen or refried “special” (fritto misto) that was advertised as including tartare sauce. Well, it did - in a packet, sadly. As an ex-chef I know how quick, cheap and easy it is to make tartare from scratch, especially for a special. Bolognese was not bad and I did rate the delicious cake, though.

Surprised that some reviews complained about service as service was really great. My mother somehow got the wrong dish but they acted efficiency to bring something else. As for the food, good source and veg, but the meat tasted like it could have been out of the freezer. Price was ok given location. Would return for service and view of harbour.

I have to agree with a previous review, I ordered pizza and have to say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. Not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant, it tasted like a really cheap frozen pizza. Would certainly not recommend or return 😞

Had a table booked for 7pm on a Saturday, so we expected the place to be quite busy (which it was), but we didn't expect it to be quite so loud. The music playing was so loud people had to raise their voices to talk to each other, and then even more to be heard over other people's conversations. The atmosphere was nice, we were sat by the window so we had a lovely view of the water, and the decor inside was lovely. The food was alright - we ordered 3 pizzas, a side salad and a side of chips. The two pizzas with lots of toppings were great, but I just had a margherita pizza, and it was a little disappointing. The base was burnt, and there was about a third of it which looked like it didn't have anything on, no sauce or cheese. The parts that did have the toppings was lovely, but it would have been nice to enjoy the whole thing. Fairly average prices (about £12 for a pizza). The service was generally okay. The woman who brought us our drinks and took our order was lovely, the food came out in good time, but once we'd finished our meal, we had to wait about 20 minutes with empty plates in front of us before anyone came over to clear our plates, and even when they did, it was only because my partner called someone over. We asked for the bill and it was brought to us, then we asked for the card machine, and the server nodded, left to seemingly go and get it, but went straight back to laying other tables. Eventually we just paid in cash, and we still had to get up to find someone to give it to. My aunt, who was facing the front of the restaurant, said she felt like they were avoiding making eye contact with her while we were waiting to have our plates taken away. I understand it was quite busy, but there were times when the staff were standing and talking while we were trying to get their attention. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. I'd go back again, but I don't think it would be a first choice.

Unfortunately despite the lovely staff the food was not so lovely. Such a shame. Location amazing.

Was a busy Wednesday and luckily had a table free. Food was great, service was spot on and nice atmosphere. Very busy but didn't feel like we waited for anything.

Food tasty but really poor service, one member of staff had a really bad attitude and was argumentative when we told her there had been a mistake with our order. Do not recommend.

Great they have a vegan menu - though the vegan burger needs to be on it too. Terrible, terrible coctails and not v good service.

Very breezy in the day and the door flapped a bit. No reflection on the food which is always scrummy.

The service was nice but the food not so nice. The steak was frozen, cooked unevenly. The baked potatoes were molded. When we sent back the potatoes we got answer from the kitchen that that’s the skin and potatoes came in yesterday. Well. We all know how mold looks like. Very shocked and disappointed

Had a great lamb steak, roast vegetables and potatos with a glass of wine for £15.95, all cooked perfectly..

The food was amazing and the Tuna cooked as ordered (rare). Plenty of staff to attend you and reasonable prices, in fact I thought inexpensive for the location and quality of the food and very busy for a Monday evening. Get it right and you don't have to close on a Monday, like many other places do. Well done Pablos of Eastbourne.

Well over priced for what it is, very plain and standard carbonara for £13.95 and £4.95 for a completely flat pint of coke. Just not good enough for the price unfortunately

Friendly & welcoming waiting staff. Plenty of seating inside & outside, with great views of the harbour. Very varied menu, lots of choices, good value for money & a large selection of Gin menu. I recommend the seared tuna salad.

Lovely food, friendly staff, just a little loud for me.

Loved this place...had a table booked for 17.30....busy but not crazy....sat outside in the sunshine overlooking the marina...food was gorgeous fab pizza and desserts...only thing was not enough staff...left waiting ages to order desserts and got forgotten about when we asked for the bill...eventually went inside to pay as fed up waiting. Overall lovely.

Not happy, wife left her wedding ring on table we went back 5 minutes after leaving and table was cleaned down - waiter/The Manager, who cleared the table laughed at me for wanting to take the rubbish bag to search for it - he clearly knew it was pointless as he had stolen it. Owner didn’t seem to care that he employs a thief and wasn’t interested in helping. Will be reporting to the Police.

The mussels cooked in white wine, cream, garlic and parsley sauce is definitely way above my expectations. Will go again just for this dish!

The service was not as expected, no smile it’s like everyone is on hurry, I felt like we were bothering the staff, we’ve ordered something and we’ve had something else, the food quality was bad and cold. I really hope they will improve cuz the location is nice.

Possibly the worst pizza I have eaten. Base was somehow dry but also undercooked. Not enough tomatoes sauce or cheese. Honestly wish I had gone to Asda and cooked the pizza on my boat.

Decent food for a decent price.

It was nice, staff looked a little stressed, not many smiles and a door was being opened and closed so we began to get cold. Food was nice but not extra special. I would go again.

Normally I would award this restaurant 5*plus as we have been eating there for many years introducing many friends to the restaurant. However today I am hard pressed to even give 3*. I ordered from their 'special menu', a dish which includes mussels, which I cannot eat, scallops and prawns. I asked, as I have many times before, for the mussels to be replaced with a couple of extra prawns which is then delicious. Unfortunately the chef got the request wrong and served the meal with mussels so it had to go back. However when the meal was served again all the scallops had been taken out and the rest reheated, rather than a fresh meal. Also the added king prawns were still in their shells and It would have taken so long to shell all the prawns the meal would have been stone cold. I was not best pleased. I then discovered that some mussels had been missed so knew it had not been cooked fresh the second time and for this reason the meal was sent back again. Consequently I am now feeling unwell having had a twice reheated pasta dish with mussels which I cannot tolerate. When asking for the bill I fully expected the £19 dish to be excluded or at least discounted but it was added to the bill at full price. After complaining we got a 10% reduction which I thought under the circumstances was totally unfair. As said we were a long standing customer and had expected to have been treated better. Will not be returning any time soon, if ever.

Food is definitely the best part of this place, staff when we went weren't very attentive and the acoustics of the place make it difficult to hear people speak. But worth a visit for the food

Always liked coming here especially in Summer but had dinner last night and the service and food was absolutely excellent. Attentive and very friendly and really took the time to look into offering various options for me given my intolerances. Thank you for such a lovely meal. Can't wait to come back.

Disappointing visit. Booked in advance, no booking when we arrived. We were found a table. A very large, loud party ( 2 very large tables ) possibly 50 + people were celebrating a birthday. The waiting staff were shouting at the top of their voices trying to locate the correct meals. We had to shout to the people on our table to be heard. Not the partys fault, but the restaurant should have closed the restaurant for a private party. We were ignored, having to wave to get the staffs attention. Not the atmosphere we expected !

This place was nice the food was of a very high standard but unfortunately the service was not the same to many staff where just larking around playing with the helium from the balloons left over from valentine's day to notice we were waiting over 10 minutes just to get our bill , unfortunate as the food was excellent.

Made a order from uber eats and was taking some nearly hour had passed still nothing called the restaurant through the uber eats app and they said they have not received the order and nothing they can do so does that mean they don't confirm orders recieved from uber eats so could be sitting at home paid and waiting all that time to be told they not recieved the order now who's at fault.

What has happened to Pablo’s? After years of good food and good presentation. Today (Monday) disappointed. Specials board needs to show what’s actually available or the staff need to tell you when they seat you. Not wait to order then be told it’s not available. Starter had more limp lettuce than calamari and what’s with the sauce sachets on the side? Whoever thought putting large chunks of carrot with peppers and courgettes and bake them together with salmon on top, re think… carrot raw peppers and courgettes over cooked and mushy, salmon dry and barely tasted of pesto. Bruschetta needs to be toasted not barely warmed as once topping on top goes soggy. Beyond disappointed this visit.

A bit noisy and service was 'efficient' rather than friendly. The seafood pasta dish was good but the steak was pretty average. Overall it was ok but we wouldn't hurry back.

Had a late lunch there today on a whim. Never been before, really nice place, extensive menu so very hard to decide what to have.

Love this place. Staff friendly, drivers friendly, food amazing and service fast. Any mistakes rarely happen but when they do a super fast resolve. Whole family very pleased. We had calzione pizza mozzarella garlic bread and creamy chicken mushroom risotto x

Fabulous location. Amazing views. Pizzas are greasy and the toppings slide off. I have tried most dishes and not been impresses which is such a shane as its an amazing location. Staff are helpful and I just hope the food improves

Been to this place on a few occasions as it's local, but the standard appears to be slipping. The food was mediocre, it's lost its sparkle over time it's like they peaked and now nosedived. The Carbonara was 5/10.
