Only place in the area that does fresh Halal Chicken sandwiches, and in a variety of flavors. The coronation is my favorite. Great for lunch as a treat from work. Happy small local business. Just a bit pricey if you're trying to save on lunch money but that's how it is with fresh meat.

Turkey roast baguette. Much smaller baguettes than previous and not a great texture. Filling was delicious but much less included as the person before me who was served by the owner. Maybe train staff.

Generous portion of lovely fish and chips with a complementary mug of tea. Just the job! Would recommend.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for breakfast, lunch or just a snack to head to Ozzies. The food is so fresh and with such a variety of fillings its well worth the trip. Coffee is proper coffee and more than reasonable. Customer service is second to none and you can always have a laugh and a joke with Sid and Vanessa. Best sandwich shop in Cardiff!

Best baguettes in cardiff hands down, we travel here from st mellons and are over the moon to work in witchurch knowing we get to come here for lunch, the girls in there always look after us. Highly reccomend the creamy chicken tikka baguettes and the brownies in there are amazing.

Disappointing, Baguette was so soft it was doughy, the mayo was runny and just tasted of vinegar, couldn't have what i wanted as they had turned the ovens off because it was too warm although it was a dull rainy day. The food looks good quality shame that it is not presented that way, there is also a good variety on the menu board although on a warm day dont expect to have what you fancy. Staff weren't very friendly or happy but guess thats the norm in Wales under the present government. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning.

On a working day i passed at this shop grabbing a quick lunch. What a great baguette I had. Mine was with pork, stuffing, apple sauce.. I have seen there are veggy and vegan choices too. The two lady were very welcoming big smile, shop was busy also. I wonder why.. 😃 very good. Will be around again for a quick lunch on a working day. Thank you for the service. Was delicious. Found this when looking for a baguette shop on google maps. Only small inside but a great choice of fillings for baguettes, panini's etc. All fresh and you get a choice of bread. Lady who served me was friendly and welcoming. Will go back when im in the area.

The best sandwich in Cardiff by a country mile. all food is fresh and the hot roast sandwich wow very very nice just like all the other food the do. So get down to Ozzy,s and get some delicious food u definitely won’t be disappointed

Absolutely fantastic little gem! I had the pork, stuffing and gravy baguette topped with Brie and cranberry in a soft yet crunchy white baguette…. OMG, it was amazing! I do not go here enough, stuff going to Tesco next door for a meal deal, go to Ozzy’s! You won’t be disappointed. Simply the best baguette I’ve had.

I go here more than I care to admit because they genuinely serve the best sandwiches and baguettes in Cardiff. Their hot roast baguettes I can’t recommend enough and are extremely good value. The cold ones come with a generous helping of salad (only if you want) and they are always so generous with the fillings. This is an incredible, friendly, independently run business that everyone should run out and visit immediately. Such good value for money and the quality of food is exceptional.

Went here to get lunch quite often on my secondment to a community nursing team in Whitchurch, Cardiff. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting or passing through Whitchurch. Make sure you stop here for lunch. You will not regret it. Sandwiches made fresh right in front of you(or put your order in by phone to collect later!), a very large and varied menu, choice of hot or cold sandwiches. Very generously filled and very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The family that run the sandwich bar were very kind to me during my visits. A hidden gem of Cardiff!

What can I say for a tiny baguette shop it fills large hungry tummys! The staff are always so nice and the food is gorgeous. Definitely the best baguette shop in Cardiff. Outstanding food, incredible service! Literally spoilt for choice with the incredible array of fillings on display, i find during these winter months i gravitate towards hot food more, the BBQ chicken melt or the Hot roast Turkey, stuffing & cranberry are amongst my faves! Paired with a latte to keep me extra toasty! The staff are always so polite & friendly, which makes such a difference! Excellent value for money without scrimping on taste!

The baguettes at Ozzys are amazing. I’ve been a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Great variety of fillings and the baguettes are always packed full with them! Vanessa (owner) is a legend, the staff she has there are great and the shop has character to match. Definitely worth a visit and trying out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Bespoke sandwiches and coffee made to measure. Service with a smile and dose of sarcasm which brings a smile every visit. Well worth a detour if you are within a 10mile radius just for the experience. Good parking access in front of the butchers shop; just don’t park too long.

¡Una joya escondida absoluta! Esta tienda de sándwiches nunca deja de decepcionarte para un regalo del mediodía, cada relleno que he probado ha sido tan delicioso como el anterior. Recomiendo encarecidamente una de las baguettes asadas a la caverna, o una papa de chaqueta (¡si tienes la suerte de agarrar una antes de que se acaben!). El servicio es absolutamente insuperable, ya que es administrado por una familia, el personal de Ozzy se esfuerza por que usted tenga una experiencia única y memorable: ¡tienen suficientes clientes habituales para demostrarlo! Definitivamente vale la pena intentarlo, te volverás adicto.

Tropezó con esta pequeña tienda de sándwiches en una iglesia administrada por el dueño del mismo nombre y su esposa. El baguette de pavo, arándano y relleno fue recomendado para mí y fue excelente. Había un pavo entero en el mostrador que estaba tallado para mi sándwich, me dijeron que era orgánico y sin duda sabía fresco. La baguette que me dieron estaba tan llena que apenas se mantenía unida y tenía un poco de sriracha con lo que pedí. Tanto el propietario como su esposa son agradables y me ayudaron a encontrar mi billetera después de que la perdí en la tienda.

Ozzy's is situated next to Tesco in Whitchurch and offers a great selection of fillings and a roast of the day. Good quality bread is used and and your order is prepared infront of you. The roast of the day is delicious, well worth trying.

He estado yendo a este bar de bocadillos con mi familia durante años. El personal es encantador, la comida es fresca, y los precios son razonables. La única cosa que me lleva a escribir una crítica de 4 estrellas sólo es que experimentó uno de los miembros del personal quizás no pensar antes hablaba. . . Felizmente tuve que esperar en la cola para ser servido como lo hace muy concurrido, y quería asegurarme de que no había queso en mi rollo, como los otros dos que había solicitado de queso para mis colegas y no recordar pedir no queso para minas como yo reaccionar mal a lácteos. Pregunté amablemente para asegurarse de que no había queso. Mientras, la señora shice me dejó sin palabras delante de otros clientes por responder con "no es todo acerca de ti! ". Pues sí. . No es, por soy enfermera overreacting pero saturado y quizás en mi descanso para comer no puede esperar ese tipo de comentario asqueroso! Una pena, pero este tiene algo que me desanima a volver.
