Omg a real jewel! Fantastic atmosphere and the food will make you want to sing. I love it that the menu changes, so next time you go there, they may have something new and different

Great little diner with friendly staff and friendly customers.I never know what is being served . The food is nothing like a i usually eat but it is delicious. The chef will cook to taste if you dont like a lot of spice etc. The chef experiments sometimes with themes so look at the menu 'day Special''or give him a ring Now a regular haunt. Ps Bacon bap divine.

This place is brilliant, amazing kimchi pizza was such a great fusion dish! Spicy, crunchy, herby! Saw the tacos too which I will be back to try!

Really unique and delicious food, reasonably priced and friendly service! It’s a small place so sometimes a bit or a wait, but very well worth it!

This is a 10/10 place to eat. Absolutely delicious tacos. Far better value than Taco Bell and pretty much a similar price. All cooked fresh, different daily specials. Water is on the table ready for you, no need to ask. We've walked past it hundreds of times but the exterior belies the deliciousness to be had inside. I WILL be going back. I recommend you do the same.

The best lunch you could get in Eastbourne and wins by a country mile all food is fresh and knows what goes with what all the menu is forever changing up and keeping every meal very well put together I love this place

Another review called this place a hidden gem already, but I can't think of a better description. Blundered by, did a double take seeing bibimbap on the menu. £5.50 for a hefty portion of delicious food with pretty much every element (kimchi and all) homemade. Vince was a real gent, too.

An amazing welcome every time. The food is everything you want and need. Veg and vegan options that will rock your socks off!! Anything you need taken out of the option just ask, If it can be done it will be. Makes my day when I visit. Just be careful if you go just to try it out you might turn out to be a delicious habit.

The best place to eat ever. There's always something tasty on the menu; American, Mexican, Italian.. the best customer service, owned by a man who genuinely cares about his customers and the food that he puts out.

Incredible food and Vince is a really nice guy. It's great as instead of a standard menu he just cooks food he feels like eating on the day so seems like there is always something new and exciting to try. Today was our first visit but we plan on making this a weekly trip. £16 for two giant pulled pork tacos, a halloumi roasted veg sandwich on freshly baked ciabatta, and two cold drinks. Unbeatable value in Eastbourne

Excellent Breakfast Bap and Coffee for just £5! Beautifully cooked sausage, bacon and egg with a Lavatta coffee, what's not to like

Small establishment with limited seating however the quality and flavours of the food are outstanding. Easily one of the tastiest meals I've had in months. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Great job.

i’ve spent a year in uk as an exchange student, and it’s best thing i’ve ever had here, or maybe anywhere else ! i went three months ago and im still bringing back the memories of this place i went with a friend. we were just tryin to find a place to eat and miracles were made out of the few ingredients left. if i come back to eastbourne, it’ll be for Vince and his absolute excellent cooking skills :) can’t wait to come back !! i hope youre doing well see u soon at our place 🔆

Vince was fantastic along with his great food priced at a reasonable cost. Sweet potato fries off the scale along with his salads.

A wonderful find hidden away, ask what they have on their daily menu and you will receive a meal that is exquisite in taste and presented superbly we will visit again

Quirky little place Well worth a visit The food is fab because he has so much passion about his food! A lot of restaurants could take a leaf out of this guys book !

Super tasty food, very filling and reasonably priced!

Me and my work mate often visit if we’re working this side of Eastbourne, the owner cannot do enough for us each time we visit often swapping his menu a tad to suit us. Every dish we have we always say wow, the salt beef baguette is personal favourite.

I went our place Monday had a salad box with pulled pork was very impressed. Found my self back there again the next day to try something different, had the Middle Eastern chicken rice bowl me and my pal loved it can’t believe I’ve only just found this place. Amazing food cool music and the guy who runs it was sound to if I could have gone everyday this week I would have. Wicked little place, I’ll be back soon

Amazing food, amazing service. Definitely worth a visit

Visited Our Place for the 2nd time today as we were blown away by the burrito we had there the week before. This time we had the tacos and they have to be one of the best tacos we've eaten in the UK and maybe anywhere. So fresh, so tasty and all made with genuine love of food. Really affordable and perfect little lunch spot. Vince is such a nice chap too! Highly recommend.

If you're near Eastbourne Railway Station, you're hungry and you don't really know what you fancy, go here! Today I had Tacos, they were very nice (although I forgot the habanero sauce). This was only my second opportunity to grab some lunch from here and I will go here every opportunity. You can trust me, I really like food and I especially like tasty food, which Our Place provides.

Just had some of their goat tacos (a special) and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Don’t normally write reviews but I am truly in heaven and others need to try this!!! Thank you

Wow! Mexican food is always hit or miss in the UK but I walked by the special of the day sign for goat tacos and couldn’t resist. They were delicious and generously filled with tender, flavorful meat. 2 tacos with a salad or rice for £6 - I’ve found my new lunch spot!

Such a lovely place ! The dishes are very cheap (5£) and excellent. The cook is amazing and very friendly. Definitely recommend. :)

Our place feels like you've just popped in your mate's home and you're staying for lunch, this is how it feels for me, the food is amazingly good and healthy, and Vince is just the coolest and kindest guy, he wears his heart on his sleeve, as was said in a previous review, you kind of want to keep it to yourself but end up telling everyone around you! :)

Well made, tasty food and coffee. Well priced and independent. The ox cheek tacos on Friday had a great flavour and were delicious.

The food is delicious! Vince tailor-made our breakfasts baps to suit our preferences, and had vegan milk alternatives, which not all small, independent cafes do. Plus, he was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Came here for the first time today, I had a roasted mediteranean and halloumi chiabatta with onion chutney. It was well filled and very satisfying.

Absolutely outstanding food, with quick and friendly service from family run business. Amazing prices for those who need a quick home cooked meal from scratch, or those rushing to work. Don't let the prices fool you the coffee, deserts, and dinners are incredibly delicious! Will definitely be going back for more during my breaks at work! Owner Vince was kind and even played my style of music during my visit. Highly recommend this café.

Loved it. So nice to be able to get something other than an ordinary boring sandwich for lunch. Clearly a lot of love goes into the food. Definitely recommend it and I’ll be back to try some pasta soon.
