Bolognesely in Eastbourne

For a traditional take on pasta freshly made the bologesne was really tasty and the lemon milk shake was a perfect pallet cleanser check this place out

Really kind, perfectly tasty, absolutely clean ! I had a bolognese home-made pasta . And was told that the plates are all home-made. I would like to try everything here and visit everyday.

Great service, great portion at reasonable price. Highly recommended the Tiramisu and Cream Caramel. Garlic bread and onion rings are out of expectations too. Sadly haven't tried the sauces and soups as we are too full to have more. Will visit in future.

We have recently moved to Eastbourne and stumbled upon Bolognesely, and really pleased we did. A fabulous, cosy restaurant with a very pleasant and welcoming owner, Adrianna, who made us feel like we were around her family table. We loved hearing about how Bolognesely was born and how it has evolved over the last few years. And the Bolognese itself...... Just wait until you try it!! We spent a long time here in great company with Adrianna and we just couldn't leave without also thanking her husband, the head chef. A really pleasurable evening and we look forward to coming back very soon.

Really enjoyed my first visit to meet Arianna. The menu is full of delicious homemade meals but I had to try the cooked breakfast and it was perfect! They were also pleased to display a Buy Local sticker in the window.

Authentic home cooked flavours, and one of the best (if not the best) burgers going and the cottage pie made owth spicy bolognese sauce was a lovely culture combo . We are lucky to have such a friendly place so close to the town centre. According to my wife the cream caramel was exceptionally nice, but I didn't get to try it because I am on a diet so she thoughtfully, brought it home and scoffed it while I was out.

The best chicken vegetable soup I’ve ever tasted. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, especially as I had to feed my baby daughter. I rarely leave reviews but I felt Bolognese truly deserves it and I will return next time I visit Eastbourne.

Bolognesely is indeed the place to go if you enjoy tasty and delicious food. I have been there a couple of times so far and have also bought the home made sauces that are delicious for pasta or any other dishes you want to add them to. The owners always make you feel very welcome too!

Ordered through Uber as Just Eat was having issues and food arrived really quickly...the lasagna was amazing..not many places use beef and pork! Gorgeous profiteroles too with a rich sauce..will be back for sure

Absolutely superb. Excellent service . We had omelettes, perfect. If we are in Eastbourne again we will definitely come back and also recommend it.

Amazing, fresh and tasty food! The quality was superb and we could feel all the flavours. We ordered take away but the place was lovely and the owners so sweet. They recommended us the lasagna for the next time which we'll definitely try! A strong 5 out of 5!

Ordered from here for lunch today and wow what an amazing find! The paninis are lovely and the chocolate milkshake is a must have. The staff are sooo nice which makes the experience even better if we could give 10 stars we would. Will definitely return. Thank you ❤️

Found the most amazing place to eat and have a very relaxing coffee. The property is very clean and the food is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This place is definetly worth a visit. I will be coming back many times
