We took our two little ones for lunch and were chuffed with the sandwich boxes on offer and also the colouring sheets - makes a big difference having something to keep them occupied! I ordered a Mac and cheese which was absolutely fantastic and my partner ordered the veg and lentil soup which was so delicious he ordered another one. Our 10 month old also loved the soup and so did our fussy 4 year old. It was busy when we visited although there's plenty of room and tables. Toilet facilities are good and there's also a baby changing/ disabled toilet which is very accessible. The staff were friendly and made a brilliant hot chocolate! It's our baby's first birthday soon and will be ordering a birthday cake from the cafe as they look brilliant. We also noticed another our place cafe in the arcade which is smaller but looked just as popular. We will definitely return.

Happened to be in Stirling and needed a quick lunch and saw our place and we weren’t disappointed! We both got the sandwich and soup deal and the soups were both gorgeous a big bowl full but also very tasty along with our hot panini we were very happy.

We are regulars here and go out of our way to ensure this is the place we go for lunch. The soup is outstanding as are the toasties and cakes. The staff are always friendly and helpful which, along with the excellent homemade food, is why it is always so popular. Do yourself a favour and try it out!

We wanted a light lunch and decided to try here on a wet day, I had a good bowl of soup and a sandwich while my husband tried the Macaroni cheese which he said was okay, the staff were warm and friendly and the service was good, all in all not a bad experience, certainly does not deserve the negative reviews.

Popped in here for a bacon roll and a cuppa. Don't know what's happened with all the negative reviews but if they're accurate I hope all gets resolved as this has always been a great wee cafe, reasonably priced and GREAT soup. I haven't been in for a while but I've been to the sister cafe which is great too. Today however the bacon roll was fab (no fat - very important - who wants to eat that unless it's VERY crispy) and a nice cup of tea with full flavour. The young lady who served me was charming and I was served very quickly. So, no complaints here.

I popped in there so a quite bit to eat and a cup of coffee waiting for friends to come. After walking in I had to wait about 5 mins before anyone even spoke to me didn't even get a hi or morning, ordered and was half way thru my coffee when my friends come they ordered the drinks but seeing as I was almost finished they got they theirs in a take away cup but then was told by the cocky manger Wendy that they had to pay a on extra 20p to sit in even tho I was almost finished. But coz I told her that they wants gonna be paying that so she got really rude. I've always find that this place is a waste of place and all bad service to customers. But this was the worst vist so far.

Went here for breakfast about half 10 on a Friday morning. Not been before so not knowing how things work in the place, we went in to just being ignored by staff behind the desk. After what felt like a couple of minutes we took our own seats. No menus or anything on the tables so I had to go up-to the till to order after deciding what to have I place my order for two breakfast and I was told they only had one black pudding left which at the time of day is not professional for a business in a busy city centre. They did replace it with another item but only because I asked. Did not prompt for drinks I again had to ask how it was done. It seems very much like self service with very little interaction from staff and I hate to say it but I have had better service and interaction from Wetherspoons than I did here. The staff were not friendly at all barely making eye contact. There Facebook page it comes across as a friendly business but on the contrary is was not what we experienced and part of the reason I wanted to try it. The food was ok but it felt like it was chucked at us on the table and no one came to check everything was ok which you would at least expect especially as there was only maybe another 6 people in at that time. I don’t think I will be in a hurry to return and will try somewhere else next time which was a shame as a was really looking forward to trying Our place cafe but felt really disappointed when leaving. The staff seemed really miserable that day but it can have an effect on your customers and I think it did on this day.

Really nice to go into a town centre large cafe and get home cooked food! Soups are amazing and great selection of both healthy options as well as homemade cakes etc. Talking about cakes I also couldn't help but notice the cakes they can bake to order too - amazing! Pity I'm not local as I would certainly avail of that service. The owner also told me about their second cafe in the Arcade. Hadn't even been in the Arcade before .... so quaint so my husband and I had coffee here the next day. Look forward to returning on my next visit to Stirling.

Went there with family for lunch. Everyone had soup apart from myself who had a baked potato. The soup came promptly and was very good. My potato didn't arrive, so I went to the till. It was obvious they ad forgotten it. It was another ten minutes and no sign of an apology. What a pity.

We were told by locals to try this place as the soup was lovely as was the food there were 4 of us nice seating arrangements and you order your food at the counter then they bring it to your table. We ordered soup and toasted sandwiches my only issue was the sandwiches were brought out first followed straight away with the soup so by the time we ate our soup the toasties were cold apart from that issue it was lovely

Thank you for a lovely meal last night, chicken stroganoff tasty and tender . Husband had babotie- tried some and had such delicate flavour, gorgeous. We were 30mins away but definitely worth the drive round , would recommend you try it . And should mention guy serving us, Mike I think, offered a warm & welcoming visit.

We have enjoyed visiting The Aizle many times over the past several years for both soup and a toastie or tea/coffee and cake. The staff are always friendly and efficient but the main attraction is the cakes which, although pricey are absolutely delicious. We had visited in May and had two teas and an americano coffee with hot milk and of course the cakes. Unfortunately, when we went there at the weekend, it is now apparently the practice to charge extra for the massive expense and effort involved in steaming a spoonful of milk to have with the coffee which means that a small cup of americano coffee which costs £2.65, presumably with cold milk, now has a surcharge of 75p, making it £3.40. We visit many restaurants and cafes and no-one else makes this additional charge so it really seems like greed. We won't be back.

With a few global giants nearby this independent knocks them for six in terms of quality and value. Recently reopened, post covid closure and I urge people to support this and other independent businesses, but only if they deserve it as this one clearly does. I had a bacon and a square sausage roll for breakfast and both were lovely. Returned on my last day for another bacon roll and had a couple of takeout rolls for later on the long train ride back home to Birmingham. Nice staff, nice place, deserves support. Recommended.

Beautiful little place serving tasty coffee & a fabulous menu. We only had scones which are freshly made & super tasty but I would prefer clotted cream not squirty cream. Friendly staff & fab decor & comfy seats. The window display is beautiful
