A FANTASTIC cafe.. Tasty food, great staff, really enjoyed lunch here.

Perfect cafe for breakfast brunch or a cuppa and cake. Small but cosy with comfortable seating. Warm friendly staff and a great menu and value for money. I had a delicious cheese tomato and onion toastie. Fresh ingredients and very tasty. Sadly too late to try breakfast but will be back soon before 12pm to try it.

Love it here - we go every Wednesday.

so pleased with this place. they were so accommodating for a group of 7 of us. our friend who is celiac was given many options- so attentive. the food was great and staff were very kind, with fast service. fab prices. will be back.

visiting from USA and came across this place while driving through. wasn’t a fan of our hotel buffet irish breakfast so we decided to give it another try and oh my goodness was it amazing!!!. they were cash only and we didn’t notice the few signs posted but our server was so sweet and directed us to the post office locally to exchange our euros for pounds. we wouldn’t have come in if we noticed cash only but glad we didn’t notice because we wouldn’t have stayed for such a wonderful breakfast! best breakfast we’ve had our entire trip and service! thank you to our woman server with glasses! (couldn’t catch her name but she said she wasn’t a fan of bread but loved bagels hehe) we loved every minute!!!

With plenty of choices to eat in Ballycastle we decided to pop into Our Dollys for lunch. There's a good selection of quality food and drink in decent sized portions at a decent price. Staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If I lived closer I'd definitely go more often.

This is the best we cafe in the country the staff so friendly the food out of this world and the prices very very good I just love this we place

Great food. Great service. Very reasonable prices. We can strongly recommend the Benedict Royale (with salmon), and the pancakes with stiped bacon. The hollandaise sauce and syrup were excellent.

Friendly place. Staff very good

Sat waiting min 20 mins before anyone came near us and before 12pm. By the time she decided to take our order on the breakfast menu that we wanted was only served to 12pm. 1 person taking food orders isn't great for a busy cafe. To be told ill check the cameras to see what time you cane in at just put us right off. 2 lots of waiting customers left while we were still waiting isn't good. Needless to say we won't be back.

Hours incorrect. Not open Saturday afternoon at 2pm.

Lovely place with lovely food with the added bonus of not accepting cards; that's how you keep prices low. Will be back again.

The vegetarian breakfast was nice but was maybe a bit greasy? Not quite sure if it deserves the rave reviews at least not for the food, but I would nonetheless recommend as a cheap and cheerful café. Service was prompt and friendly. Was cash only when we were there (Aug 2024).

Great value local cafe. Lots of fried food of top quality, but not a place for vegans. All the cafes in Ballycastle were busy when we visited.

We came for a typical English breakfast. The place is very nice, helpful staff and good food. We especially loved the pancakes. The only problem is the payment exclusively in cash which therefore forces you to have to withdraw before going there.

Service quick, and £5 for a fry...can't be beat!

I asked for a BLT Sandwich. They said they couldn't do it yet agreed to give me exactly the same only between two slices of toast instead of untoasted bread. But other than that strange decision the staff were lovely and my toasted BLT was great

Lovely cafe , great food , staff are brilliant

Restaurant is busy at time we went (11am). Outside looks small but theres are plenty of sitting space inside. We get seated quickly, order taken, drinks came and few minutes later our food order. The on-street parking is only for one hour and in our case we managed to get back to our car in around 45-50minutes otherwise you can use one of the Parking place thats well sign posted. The food we ordered (eggs benedict) taste good. Staff are friendly and the price is very reasonable. Would recommend.

Very good breakfast. The fadge was interesting but very nice, didn’t bloat me at all. The staff were very nice also.

Went on Sunday morning at 0930 as we were heading home from a break at Ballycastle. From the moment we walked in, all the staff were very nice and accommodating, we settled on the good old fry and it was plentiful and lovely, a couple of tray bakes to take away too. Very reasonable prices and great service, will be back nxt time we're up.

FANTASTIC EATERY!! As soon as we entered we were greeted and welcomed to our seats. ALL the staff are lovely and so friendly. The food is absolutely delicious, plentiful and very reasonable. £9.50 for the mains!! Cost double in the nearby pub/restaurants in Ballycastle. The atmosphere in Dolly's is wonderful. Warm, friendly and fabulous staff with personalities who chat and are sooo friendly and it was a wonderful dinning experience. They know a thing or three about customer service and customer care!! The place is spotless. All the tables and chairs are wiped down after the customers leave. Outstanding value for money, the food is gorgeous. Looking forward to going back soon ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went for breakfast prior to golf game and had the eggs Benny which were excellent and quite filling. Owners are very friendly and the place was packed with locals. Ignore Google saying it is closed on Thursday, that is not accurate. Note they only accept cash.

We all enjoyed our food, although as mentioned by other reviews, quite caloric and big portions! My peppered chicken was really tasty. They do not accept card payments, but maybe this was temporary.

Me and my nana went for our food today we both had burgers and chips and it was the best food we have ever ate out of a cafe/chipshop. The service was great and didnt rush you to order food was hot and cooked to perfection, bathroom was very clean and tidy, desserts was amazing i would definitely recommend eating out of there 😁

Weird smell inside, no ventilation and the food is mediocre.

Seriously bad service waited around 20 minutes to even get anyone to acknowledge us. Asked twice to order and they just blanked us, horrible service and people. If they didn't want to serve us they should of asked us to leave.

First time today in Dollys and returned two more times in the same day. Great food and wonderful service. One and only time I have had sugar put in my cappuccino before the chocolate is added, something that has annoyed me for years. We stayed past closing but the ladies were very accommodating. Lovely coffee shop and well recommended food.

Loved it. Had the Big Fry. Really well cooked. Probably a bit too much bread but not complaining. Was too late for the Eggs Benedict but will get them again. Pleasant staff. Ckean toilets. Very busy at lunchtime .

I had lunch here 3 times in February while staying in Ballycastle. The food was absolutely amazing! I had a chicken wrap, another time I had the fry and finally I had chicken and beef strips fried with peppers in a chilli sauce accompanied with garlic fries. OMG, they were delicious. The service is so friendly, I loved it.

Our first time in Dolly's but definitely not the last! We had a delicious breakfast - my husband had the potato stack and I had eggs Royale. So fresh and tasty. The staff are lovely too!

Breakfast was over cooked and cold. Fried egg was more like scrambled, bacon must have been yesterday's left over it was rock hard.nBeans were barely warm.

Lieu correct, nourriture plutôt bonne (mais beaucoup d'huile), un peu mitigée au niveau du personnel car on a eu une serveuse absolument adorable et une autre très "brut de décoffrage". Globalement une plutôt bonne expérience, bon rapport qualité/prix/proportion et sympa pour un petit déjeuner donc je recommande.

Went here for breakfast very recently as a group of young people and didn’t receive great service from a waitress. We asked for our Breakfast Bap to be made a certain way and the waitress responded quite rudely to one of my friends in a very condescending manner. We also paid 1.25 for a very small amount of apple juice. Apart from that, the food was lovely.
