Last time I visited this store I was given frozen chicken in my sandwich for which I was offered a free cookie as compensation...Really? Decided to try it again this morning but wanted to double check the food wasn't frozen to be spoken to with a really bad attitude so I decided to leave. This is the worst Subway ever, wouldn't recommend at all!

Their pizza is lovely my son really enjoy's it sadly it's so hard to get food from here as the past 3 times I've phoned no one answers the phone even after trying for at least 15 mins it jst rings so sadly I've had to go somewhere else and on all 3 occasions they missed out on an order of £50.+ as have a lot of ppl here when we do a delivery this place would be 5 ⭐'s across the board if they sorted this problem out.

Stayed there last night, room was bloody boiling, smelt of smoke, water was gushing in through the window, couldn't sleep through the sound of sirens and had some idiot at my window on a ladder shouting for me to get out, won't be staying there again, Edit.. came down check out, apparently there was fire

Saturday morning started splendidly, until I came through the drive through. First of all, I made the ill-judged decision to trust you with my morning breakfast. I paid £6.68 for a double-bacon and egg McMuffin meal with an extra hash brown, to which I received a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal after having to wait 10 minutes in the car park - feeling like another number on their system, rather than an individual customer. To my disappointment, no double bacon and egg McMuffin meal came. TWICE. I have been SHUNNED, HUMILIATED, not only once but twice, and had to WALK from my car to the in store facilities to deal with their mistake. The incompetent staff member clearly does not understand instructions and embarrassed me after laughing at me with colleagues. I have left unsatisfied as your unprofessional staff member decided to give me the wrong order AGAIN. At this point, I was already in my car as I believed and trusted that you would not betray me a third time. I drove off, furious, hungry, and let down. As a human being, forced to live in a cost of living CRISIS, where my hard-earned money is already strained, and used to provide for my children, this was my TREAT, before my 12 hour shift on a Saturday! I know deep down you don't care much about one measly customer, but I am not the only one. 88% of 1 star reviews on TrustPilot also feel betrayed, underwhelmed by your service and staff. I WANT A REFUND. FROM THIS BURNT BUN, PLASTIC SAUSAGE THAT I DID NOT ORDER, HOWEVER your hash browns fill a small hole in my heart. Honestly we expect so much from Mcds but always get let down.
