Second time of visiting; delicious food with a wide range of gluten free options on the menu and a children’s menu that keeps fussy children happy. Try the Turkish tea, it’s delicious. And my kids love the Turkish bread!

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere, excellent staff. Extremely tasty food and a lot of gluten free items marked on the menu. No gluten free bread to go with the hummus unfortunately but LOTS of other gluten free choices. Staff seem knowledgeable about it too. Very fresh flavoursome food. Will definitely return

If you haven't eaten here before then you missing out. We went for dinner the first time this Thursday. We couldn't find one fault from the wonderful food and lovely staff to the atmosphere. Thankyou Meldiz for making my partner's birthday special.

Lovely food, portion sizes very generous, especially starters, although you are offered a doggy bag. Have the Meldiz Special Mix for 2 people, absolutely lovely. Will definitely return.

It started well, with the mezes and drinks. After waiting for our main course for an hour and half the head waiter/owner had been told by one of his staff we no longer wanted our main course. He was the one who took our order. Was offered another cocktail in but had enough drink by now. On my experience I would not recommend this restaurant.

This is the first time ive been to this restaurant, it definitely won't be the last. I had the lamb shank, it was amazing, very tasty, with so much meat. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and hospitable! Would highly recommend.

What a gem of a restaurant at the top of town. The food was authentic & delicious, the owner made us feel very welcome & genuinely wanted us to enjoy the whole experience. We had a great fun evening & will be back.

We visited this restaurant yesterday. We had heard about it but never visited previously and are so pleased we did. We ate from cross the menu, cold and hot mezze, the grills and kebabs and everything was delicious and well presented. The service was brilliant and wanted to ensure everything was perfect for us. Thoroughly recommend and will be back.

We went to Meldiz for Father's Day and it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is great. The hot starter platter is great value for money and the main dishes are very good. We had no room for dessert, except for our teenager who ordered the baklava, which look amazing. It is definitely worth a visit.

Excellent food, freshly served. Accommodated us Saturday night despite not previously booking. Greeted with professional and friendly staff. Impeccable service from all that served us. Food was outstanding as was the dining experience. If we was in the area we would return to dine there. Happily recommend. Lovely warm atmosphere for diners.

As soon as we walked in we had such a warm welcome from everyone. The owner came over and we had a good conversation with him and he gave us some food recommendations. When the food came out it was excellent. We’re looking forward to going back soon and trying out the other dishes on the menu.

This was our first visit here and we felt like we were abroad. The service is outstanding, the food is lovely and the overall atmosphere is just perfect. They were so good with our toddler m, he actually behaved well in there too which is a good sign. We will definitely be back, thanks for such a nice evening

Visited with 10 work colleagues for an early Xmas do. The service was fantastic and they couldn’t do enough for us. We had three starter platters followed by three main meal platters and have to say they were incredible. Really fresh ingredients and all cooked to perfection. I don't usually write reviews, but the experience was that good I felt I had to.

We ordered a platter to share and a couple of extra dishes plus a bottle of Turkish wine . All the good and drink was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive we had a lovely table by the window .

Ordered a takeaway for my fianceé''s birthday direct from their website. I won't go into detail but the owner went far beyond the call of duty to accommodate so we could have the best experience with freshly prepared food. The cold mezze was fantastic, hot mezze was cooked to perfection, lamb shank fell off the bone and succulent, rice was fluffy along with the potato mash. A fantastic experience and great Birthday meal! Thank you! We look forward to dining in next time!
