Oriental Tree in Stafford

Food was awful. Been using this takeaway for years, today meal was dreadful. The salad in the chicken satay starter was “cooked” by the sauce and unpleasant. The sweet and sour chicken ball came with a sour “vinegary” tasting sauce! Not one bit of sweetness in it. The chicken fried rice was ok. Nothing tasted as per their usual meal. In today meal would not recommend at all.

Fantastic service as always, food is wonderful, only place I will go for my Chinese. Delivery is ideal and ordering online means I can order at any time and have it delivered at what time is best for me

My favourite Chinese takeaway in Stafford, staff are really friendly,the website is really good with a great choice of food ,the salt and pepper chicken balls are amazing and the Singapore chow mein too, food is always hot and it's cheap too,so I would highly recommend this restaurant 👌👌

Since this restaurant opened a good few years ago on the estate , I live so close I am local, Over all the years, I have ordered deliveries from this restaurant. And I can honestly say hand on heart I have never had a bad dish, In fact , I would class as always being very good to excellent. Good delivery times and pleasant drivers with Manners and thanks. So I can honestly say I do not understand some of the negative reviews., I use this restaurant 3 to 4 times a month. And will carry on doing so.

Never had a bad experience at this buffet. They always seat us if we've not booked. The place is clean, used plates are quickly removed. There is a good range of food especially in the evenings and weekends and the trays are replenished regularly. The desserts are 'supermarket' but there is always fruit and the ice cream machine plus chocolate fountain in the evenings. It's not gine dining but we've always enjoyed our visits

Have been using this takeaway for many years the food was always excellent. The delivery on our last order arrived on time but the food was awful both meals tasted very strange. Chicken chow main with vermicelli noodles tasted sweet and the Thai chicken dish had no veg as described and just tasted of sugar. Will not use them again

Been a very good customer service and food gone down hill staff on phone shocking tried to charge me £22 for a set menu for one i only want a larger fried rice no apology when I questioned in an when I wrote a review on Facebook they have blocked me thankfully we have found a much better Chinese stay away

Found a chickens foot in my dinner made me sick absolutely disgusted ans they even told me it was flour when she pulled it apart and still had the thin bones walked out

Saw an add on their Facebook and looked very good. At work tonight lots of us ordered from here and majority of us were disappointed. Waited 80mins (don't mind waiting for decent food) but when arrived mine was cold. I ordered a salt n pepper box and extra portion of salt n pepper chips. Could not taste salt and pepper, chips were hard and noodles were just plain noodles, no veg or anything in as advertised. The 2 chicken balls in the box, spring rolls and onion rings were soggy because it had all been wrapped in foil before being put into the box. Compared to others it was not worth £20! My chips had a black looking salt but again they did not taste as expected and had no onion/peppers/chilli's. Rices were missing and everyone who ordered chicken balls had different amounts. In fairness I did call up and they apologised and sent the rest of the items out quickly. Given we only get a small timeframe for our breaks we couldn't enjoy dinner and will sadly not be returning :(

Had salt and pepper box delivered, specifically asked for no salt and pepper and it came covered in salt and pepper , could have all been warmer also as the chips were cold and soggy but you don’t know how many deliveries he had before ours. All in all we will not be using them again in the foreseeable future.

Food com after waiting 75 minutes and the chips but cooked missed a rice off the delivery! Food taste was salty and appalling it got pinged in the microwave and ended up in the bin! £37 well spent …… nope !! CHOWMEIN was salty cold had two pieces of chicken in and the fried rice tasted like cheap Asda own boil bag rice and my plate had water in from the rice !! Never going again and I will not recommend this company!! Abysmal!! Best hit was the 8 prawn crackers! Gutted I tipped the delivery driver!🤬

2nd time we have ordered well pleased said it would be here in1hr but came in 30mins they were very pleasant on the phone and the delivery man will order again
