Delicious food and good options with either rice or noodles

AVOID! Honestly, the worst, most careless service I've seen in years. I counted 7 people who stood waiting, were not acknowledged and gave up. My food was brought out of the kitchen, left on the side for 5 mins before handing it to me, lukewarm at best. £3.70 for half a small coffee. And the cook was dressed in a filthy apron...disgusting.

Chozen noodle is a very good alternative to the usual service station food and I don't get the heart burn that comes with fast food. prices are good for what you get wheel chair accessible seating inside clean and tidy

Stopped to grab a Maccys and Costa coffee, but spotted Chozen Noodle just before we got to McDonald’s. It looked great and potentially more healthy option than the Golden Arches. I went for the Katsu Curry and it was absolutely amazing! Cannot believe it’s service station food! The lady serving let my partner try a few of the other dishes before ordering too. Absolutely recommend!!!

Awesome experience at Chozen Noodle this morning. I’m one of very few truckers 🚚 that track their calories and it’s always difficult when attending motorway services to continue the habit, however Chozen Noodle made it easy by supplying me with scrambled eggs and bacon 🥓 and I must say it was delicious accompanied with great customer service and a smile 😃 thank you very much 🙏

Two nights in a row staff are rude and ignorant where do you find these people?

Thank you so much to ellie (i hope i spelled it right). I just found out i had a gluten problem and asked if they had anything that works for me. No hesitation from her. Showed me what i could have. Knew rice was my only other option. And was just very lovely bout it. Absolute credit to the company. I will be back as i drive lorrys and pass here 3 times a week.

It's so nice to have the choice of something healthy at a service station rather than the typical fast food places. I had the Korean chicken with noodles and some duck rolls. Very delicious and reasonable priced for anywhere let alone a service station who normally hike up prices on food. The lady who was running it was very polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I can't believe so many people just walked past this without even checking it out - they really missed out.

Highly recommend the Sweet chilli teriyaki and the hoi sin duck dishes! Lovely meal, really nice server, would defo come back!

Ordered Thai vegetable curry with rice. Gorgeous! Paid £5.99 and felt full after consuming it. Now, that is a rare statement with the food prices on motorway services. Much healthier than the highly processed fast food next door but one. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend.

What an absolute rip off this concession is. Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki with Rice. Paid about £6.00 for it. What I got was massive bowl of Rice and just 2 paltry spoon fulls of Chicken Teriyaki. Not enough for a child, let alone an adult. When challenged I was told it was company policy only to give 2 scoops. I asked for the manager who came out and repeated the company policy of '2 scoops'. Perhaps this should be made clear to customers prior to taking payment. I negotiated '3 scoops' but felt like little Oliver asking for more. I can't speak for all Chozen Noodle outlets but avoid this one at Stafford Services at all costs. Absolute jobsworth rip off merchants.

I had a really lovely cinemony pumpkin katsu curry here and ate it outside looking at a duck and fish pond with a fountain. The lady who served me was lovely, it was quiet so they made it fresh and brought to to where I was seated I will defiantly come here again

How has this place only got 3 stars?! I deliberately sit in traffic jams on the M1 and M6 to eat here on the way home. Way better than McDonald's and is nearly always quiet 😋

Not much choice of you want something that won't land you in coronary care...

It is not the first time I eat at Chozen Noodle but it wascthe first time I stoped at this service area . It was like I got the food for free ....rice and some small.... very small peaces of meat .... The bowl they gave me was not even full. I had to go buy something else because I was stil hungry .

Way overpriced, served cold fish and chips. Do yourself a massive favour, go to the Mcdonalds next door.

This is the most miserable concession it has ever been my misfortune to go to. The food was terrible, two dishes available and some sweaty old spring rolls. Service was disgraceful.

Tasty and just the standard chozen noodle! Highly recommend the chicken katsu with noodles.

Nice food. Its a shame they dont start serving earlier. I always aim for a service station that has chozen noodles but feel annoyed when they dont open at 11 or 11.30. Then I end up eating at at competitors place. Please open up earlier. I am not alone in this request.

Decent food, great price but the most important AMAZING SERVICE, big THANKS to the guy behind the counter who made his best to let us feel like in good restaurant. My visit took place on 28th in the evening 6.30pm. He definitely should get a pay rise, he was all by himself running two ‘restaurants’ and done really well!
