Cannot fault anything, from the warm welcome to the brilliant food. Special menu was recommended and was certainly value for money. Fresh cooked food, the mixed starters were very generous, chicken satay was the best I've ever had. Good choice of mains, finished with fritters and ice cream. Will be coming back.

Over one hour 30 minutes on a Tuesday day for delivery. Shocking service. Had to call multiple times. To be told “on its way” like a bad taxi company

Really enjoyed the meal, great little restaurant. We had to book, and glad we did, as it was full. Defo going back, and hope to be regulars.

We actually set out to dine elsewhere but because we regularly use Oriental for our takeaways we decided to try their restaurant, and what a good choice, the food was excellent the staff were friendly and chatty, although not a large restaurant it was well patronised with most diners having pre booked in fact we got the last table. We had a really good night

Brilliant little restaurant that you wouldn’t really know was a restaurant from the front!As it looks like a Takeaway. The food was outstanding. Great size potions and something on the menu for everyone to chose. We were the only table in the restaurant but the takeaway must of been busy as the only fault we could find was that we had to wait ages for our food to come out and waited along time in between our corses. As there were no other tables it must of been due to the takeaway.Which was a shame really but the children got a little anxious with waiting as did we all.

We ordered food at 6.30 to be told it would be delivered at 8.00pm. Actual delivery was 8..40pm!On opening our bag we found a main course to be missing.I rang back .Lady asked if we actually want it or should we have it on our next order ! We were told it would be another half hour however it was actually 1 and a half hour.So sorry for the delivery man he must get fed up of angry customers.Ridiculous service.Not even any extras to apologise.So nearly 4 hours after ordering we could eat .

We decided to eat at the ok because it had a good local repute we were not disappointed the food was seved hot and the staff friendly and helpful.I had sweet and sour chicken vegetable rice really delicious and not too greasy either.Price average for type of resterant.

Excellent choice of food and set bargain menu staff attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble visited many times and always good food and service cant speak highly enough of the value for money establishment x

I have been using this chinese for years. Food is fantastic, best ever, but it's a shame certain staff have to let it down. Phoned for delivery in the Blackpool area only to be told abruptly they don't deliver to this area. They delivered two weeks ago without any problems and I paid a delivery charge which was fair enough. The man on the phone eventually backed down but he was very condescending in his manner. Shame that because no doubt he'll be losing the business new customers. Ged rid of staff who have no idea of customer service and then it will be 5 stars.

On the strength of a trial take away decided to eat in. Fantastic service and such a friendly place.We had one of the set menus which was great value. Food is authentic and not greasy like some places we have tried.The take away service was constantly ringing which was a shame and the restaurant deserves to be as sucessful

My husband and I decided to try a takeaway from Oriental Kitchen, and we were not disappointed. The phone was engaged quite a few times when I tried ringing to place my order which showed just how busy they were. I eventually got through and the meal was delivered within the stated time. The portions were very good and the food was nice and hot and very very tasty. We will be trying this Chinese again in the very near future without a doubt. We’re thinking of trying the restaurant in the New Year to celebrate my husbands birthday.

We are new to the area and went to this place on the recommendation of trip advisor and where very disappointed On arrival it seems very clean and open and bright,more like going to good cafe bar We went for the offer £12.95 each for a soup ,starter , a main course with rice or noodles and a dessert which is a bargain I had 2 beers and waterThe soup was ok The starters not very exciting at all tasted boring The main chicken Szechuan dish was not good at all and prawn dish was tasteless Rice okish noodles nothing to write home about But the staff where very pleasant and service very slow,very drawn out no atmosphere at all My partner was not happy at all In total I paid £33 for the food and drink And I paid slightly more in poulton which is far better .

Ordered a takeaway which I collected, and I was genuinely surprised with how good the food was! I ordered chilli chips, chilli chicken and chilli prawns, and can honestly say it's the best I've had. Great value for money and will definitely be returning!

We went here based on Tripadvisor reviews which were spot on. Lovely clean dining area, our party was met by friendly wait staff and we were seated and served quickly. Lots of choice and all 4 of us thought dinner was very good value and it was all served on hot plates. We will certainly return.

Called in based on previous reviews, Decor clean and fresh. Service friendly and genuine. Food fantastic price to quality. Would definitely recommend. So many places now disappoint on quality. Please keep up the good work.

The food unbelievable, we have tried various Chinese takeaways, but we only order from here and have done for nearly 2 years. The food always comes on time and is hot. It's one to try and like us you won't go else where.

Having lived and worked in Hong Kong in the early to mid 80's having one taste of the excellent food from OK Diner transported me back to the long hot summers of the New Territories Kowloon and Hong Kong Island itself

Had chinese from here after being recommended.Food was very quick. Lovely, warm and full of flavour.Great value and will for sure be having another one!

We found this place by chance a couple of years ago, we visit at least once a month and have never had a bad meal. Everyone must try this at least once in their calendar. Food excellent cleanliness superb staff friendly and polite. Prices are reasonable. The banquet for £12.50 is the best value around. Keep up the good work.

Went for family meal the other evening, and yet again was a shambles, we love the food in this chinese, but really dislike the service. This time was the worst, we went at 7, had one bowl of prawn crackers almost thrown on our table for 5 of us to share by only English waitress in there, (don't know her name) we had booked our table but she was more attentive to walk ins, every time someone came in she grimaced and raised her eyebrows, not nice skills for waitress, we waited half hour for our soup then another for starters, bearing in mind there was 5 of us she brought 1 tiny hoisin sauce and hardly any pancakes for our duck, by 9 we still were waiting for main course, unless George is there keeping control things go to pieces sometimes when he's there too. Sadly we are going to give it a miss next time we fancy chinese which is sad as we have been dozens of times in past couple of years, but service gets worse every time we go, unless it's completely dead, even then it's slow. And one more thing PLEASE CHANGE THE DISC IN CD PLAYER.

Returning home early evening after a rather fraught day did'nt fancy starting cooking and decided on a take-away. We had not used the OK before but it had been mentioned by friends who always use it when choosing to eat Chinese.A perusal of the menu identified two main courses and a couple of sides to our taste were chosen. A phone order placed - advising it would be ready for collection in just 10 minutes had me scurrying for the car keys! On arrival at the OK takeaway section (at the rear of the restaurant) our food was just being dished up. A very pleasant girl took our payment and on handing over our order presented us with a complimentary bag of prawn crackers. On arrival back home we found our food piping hot and very good sized portions.All in all an excellent experience and one we intend to repeat again soon! Recommended.

We had the set menu in restaurant and was very impressed that every course was delicious. We could not fault anything on the taste and quality of the food. The waiter ( George) was really friendly and very good at his job, nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend going to the Resturant for a mealThankyou

Great food which was served nice and hot. There was a good choice of food. The staff were friendly and obliging. The restaurant although small was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. My daughter thought it was the best Chinese she had had for a very long time. There was a part of 10 of us everything was served quickly, we were asked if we wanted a break after the starters before having the main meal. A lovely experience.

We visited here on recommendation, they where correct, it is a lovely place and the portions ate great, £1 for a coke and food prices also very reasonable, we will be back, it'd 10o times better than their competition around the corner.

I've eaten in at this restaurant several times with friends and family and it's always a pleasure, the staff are friendly and chatty and they're also very child friendly which is a huge plus when you want to eat out but don't have a babysitter. We often use the takeaway service also and the food always arrives piping hot at the door. The portion sizes are large in the restaurant and also when you order takeaway and the food is delicious, I love Chinese food but now I will not order from anywhere else because nowhere else measures up to the standard set by Oriental Kitchen Diner. I highly recommend both the restaurant and the takeaway to everyone!

bland tasteless food and even worse customer care poss worst Chinese in Lancashire don't care wot the customers say and are even lesss bothered by the satandard of food that they send out

This is our favourite Chinese. Always friendly staff, nothing every too much trouble. Food is delicious. Plenty of choice. Always get the banquet, loads of food, always very filling. Also use the take away, but we always collect.Great staff, great food, great place! :-)

This is our regular Chinese take-away and I've been a few times to eat in. Living a little way away (in Fleetwood) it speaks volumes that we haven't gone for any of the closer options. The food here is always delicious and well cooked, plenty of variety and never stodgy like some Chinese take-aways. I've yet to find another Chinese that compares to this one. Try the hors d'oeuvres and the salt & chilli chicken wings from the starters.

We have been to this restaurant twice but have used the take-away many times. Food is excellent with a good choice and is very reasonably priced. We were served both times by a lovely friendly lady. The restaurant is light and airy with a nice atmosphere. Toilets are very clean - something I think is important.

Just happened to visit this restaurant on the spur of the moment - the restaurant is very clean and tidy but I cannot say enough good things about the food. Hot, tasty and plenty of it. They will tweak the menu if you want an ingredient left out.We have since been to the take-away (which is round the back) and you can see straight into the kitchen which is also clean and tidy. They have recently been awared 5 out of 5 from the Food Standard Agency
