Oriental Kitchen in Croydon

The chips were dry and the chicken chow mein we just could not eat it, it was that bad. the food was not nice at all never ordering from there again

Ordered a delivery. Was the worst experience. Ordered at 6pm - delivery said 7pm - waited until 710pm - called up - several times - they told me delivery driver on the way. I had to go down to restaurant at 8pm to find No Apology, Told delivery driver is at address about 5 miles away with no indication of when I can expect my food. No offer to make food on premises and told to get a refund off justeat. The team were still taking orders on the phone and in restaurant and a number of unhappy customers. I will never be ordering a delivery from this place again!! Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment of not getting your food and very unsatisfactory service.

Ordered food, it took 1hour 50min for delivery! When the food arrived did not get hoisin sauce or spring onions to go with the duck, duck was already shredded of the bone so was really dry and didn’t get our free bottle of drink with order over £30! Found the staff abrupt on the phone when answering “hello” no polite introduction, also told to come and collect my food as the delivery was so long being there fault! Been ordering with these over 5 years but won’t be ordering with these no more as finding the standards seem to be dropping. Such a shame!

The food arrived within half an hour and was hot, tasty and reasonably priced. Will definitely order from here again - it's taken the spot of my new local Chinese!

Food delivered to incorrect address.When food eventually arrived, was cold, order was incomplete and poor quality. Had to ask for our money back, but refund refused until we could prove we hadn't eaten it. They sent driver to collect. All food returned to takeaway in same condition it had been delivered. Think they have a trust issue! Will not recommend

Best chinese food ever. Never had chinese this tasty before.

I visited Oriental Kitchen today from 12:01-12:04pm.

Both the vegetarian and non vegetarian fare is good. Staff is courteous and the kitchen is hygenic.

Great affordable take out, myself and my family have been ordering here for about 6 years. They make the best salt & pepper chicken wings in the country - I’m convinced!

Delicious. Quick. Cheap. Friendly service. What’s not to like?

Food was on time but very disappointed with the food. Very blant and the meat had a wierd smell and taste.Will not order it from this place again.
