I ordered a BBQ Ranch burger without pork at the drive-thru and waited my turn to pay. When I reached the payment window, my order hadn’t been processed, so I had to reorder. Unfortunately, the cashier got it wrong again. She went to the kitchen to correct it, ensuring no pork was added. She then returned, confirmed the correction, and asked me to park further ahead while they prepared my order. After a few minutes, my food arrived, and I drove off. When I got home and looked at my burger, this is what the inside looked like.

Was a drive through they made a mistake instead of large fries the receipt said small and had to wait in the car park for my order.

Terrible service, waited ages for a simple breakfast order, waited and waited, complained and they got the order wrong, got my money back and left , slowest fast food ever and complacent, ignorant staff NO STARS!!!!!

Dont bother ordering a triple cheeseburger on just eat or uber eats as they only give you a double and also they undercut your 20 nuggets to 18/19, Sauces now that’s a whole other story. Sweet chilli nowhere to be seen £1.50 i wont see again. Time to boycott i guess…

The staff here are very helpful and accommodating when you explain your queries—they do their best to assist. However, the environment often feels unsafe, with occasional disruptions from individuals who may hassle you, take your food, or cause disturbances. It's especially concerning when on rare occasions children are involved in these incidents. Visiting during busier hours in the middle of the day might feel slightly safer, but the overall atmosphere still needs improvement to make customers feel secure(I came to this Mcdonalds recently a fair bit and prior to it being refurbished)

I haven't bought food from McDonalds in a while. Was hugely disappointed today. Part of my order was missing which is bad enough but also found a foreign object in my food. I have tried without success to try to contact a manager to bring this issue to their awareness. Clearly quality control was missing when my order was prepared.

A lot of items from the menu were unavailable, especially shakes and mcflurrys. It's definitely deliberate as this McDonald's only cares for takeaway orders by Uber Eats, deliverloo, etc. Asian staff talking to each other in their own language was casual and seems non-professional.

There was a brown hair in my Big Mac. McDonald’s won’t pickup the phone and app doesn’t have an option to report complaint. Fries not fresh.

I just want to say that the Cola tastes gross now. I've ordered on a few occasions and the coca cola has been having a really weird off-tasting flavour and smell. I didnt even drink it. McDonald's if you're seeing this, please clean your soda machines, and your icecream machine too while you're at it.

I ordered a large hot chocolate but when I receive it was just half cup. When I ask a member of staff named faizan why I reveive half cup only his reply was "we can add hot water if you want more. " So rudely. This is not a good approach for customer. I was a regular customer but will never be back again. Teach how to behave and deal with the customer to the member of staff.

Service is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's very fast, you get everything right and the food is still hot. Sometimes the food can be cold, they miss some items so you have to check and sometimes, you can see your order done and waiting in the kitchen but no one is bringing it to you for way too long.

Ordered meal and I didn’t get all my items. Store doesn’t pick up phone. App doesn’t allow you to report this. Terrible service, cold food. Only way to get a McDonald’s is to go there yourself and check before you drive off. How hard is it to count 4 items.

The new layout is spacious with ample seating. The new ordering booths are good and work well and keep queues down. The pick up area is really tiny and hard to speak to an actual person. This has lost its way They have a street entrance that is now blocked off. Not sure why

We ordered four burgers and four fries for the bundle meal and we receive only three burgers and for fries we try to get in touch w McDonald's but there aren't any way to get in touch with them not in the app and no calling as was Saturday so in the answer machine says working Monday to Friday from 9 to 4 or 5 o'clock it was ridiculous opened the delivery you see something missing you cannot get in touch with anybody I'm really disgusted with this McDonald's so worse place I do not trust them anymore and the burger was horrible dry hardly any veggies in the w e never by again from them do not deserve even one star

Find it difficult to understand some of the staff. The food was cold by the time we reached home. I don't believe you get value for your money. The food does not look as good as the television advert food. I think I'll try Kentucky fried chicken next time.

Very bad experience. Staffs attitude is the worst’s ever. Today I visited this place with my kid. I have ordered few items along with a cheese burger. But the cheese in the burger was frozen. When i have complained about the cheese burger is not hot , and requested to heat it up, the lady who attended me started arguing , by saying that it’s hot. When one of the customer who was there also agreed with me and told her that the cheese is still looks frozen, they have thrown the burger in to the trash. And returned my money back. I have requested to give another burger instead of money, but they refused to do so and said “we won’t serve you anymore “. I didn’t expected such a harsh behaviour from Mc Donald’s, since it’s a so called world class store. I didn’t experienced Such a pity attitude from anywhere…. I will never go to any of the Mc.donalds shops again and take a chance. The worsted part is that , the shift manager’s attitude is like he is the king and we are slaves there to eat what ever they give for our money.

Honestly has the best McDonald service staff I’ve ever seen. So polite, and always making sure everything is okay.

I’ve had it to my wit’s end with ordering from Thornton Heath McDonald’s via JustEat. There have been several occasions where some of food goes missing and I’m having to complain to JustEat. Once or twice, okay, but most of the orders? Not acceptable. Ordering food online is not cheap with extra charges, just so I don’t get what I was looking forward to.

Hello, good evening, I hereby announce a serious incident at Mc Donalds establishment 477 in Thornton Heath yesterday at around 9pm with one of the sift managers. These problems have been occurring for so long, as well as with other drivers. That's why I had to take this initiative. The person in question has the name Varusha in which she is one of the sift managers. Until now we are like a family available to serve our customers the best. Her arrogance has shown that she does not like the drivers and even humiliates the drivers. I come to appeal to try to get you to resolve this situation. Several people are being harmed because of her behavior that sometimes she even gives orders not to hand over orders to some drivers in question. My name is Moisés Júnior and this happened to me. I have worked with McDonald’s as a driver for 3 years. I arrive every day at 7 am and left around 11 pm. Not only me, but others also have families like me who are also responsible at work. I currently need a response from BM as quickly as possible. As far as I'm concerned, if this situation is not resolved, many of the drivers will not collect during her sift until this issue is resolved. If I don't have a response to this email, I will go directly eith some of the olders drivers and speak to the owner whose name is Ian.

Fire these good for nothing workers that take 1 hour to prepare a fast food item! How absolutely incapable can they be? No wonder all the reviews are bad and saying all orders are missing items or health and safety is not followed. Whoever opened this franchise - find a different career mate!

I waited 20 minutes for one hamburger and coffee, When I finally got it, the food was cold

Tbh I am disappointed. I normally order a fish burger and use the automated touch screen tills, customising my burger to add extra sauce, lettuce, onions and pickles, however, they have now removed all these options from their menu except the extra sauce option and the burger isn't half of what it used to be now. It's a real shame. Service is still good but I don't think I'll be going back to McDonald's again until this is back to how it used to be.

Staff always rude and unwelcoming. They don't know words such as Hi, Thank You. Every time I visit this McDonald I hope for better service but always disappointed with the people who worked there. Today was the last straw with this branch, the staff are so incompetent and struggle to actually get customers orders correct. I’m not sure what the struggle is with following a simple list of orders I get it’s fast food but customers are ordering specific items, not a pick n mix order.

This is the fifth time this branch has not included the main meal of my order in the delivery package and when you try to complain via the app they say speak with Uber eats. Like it is Uber eats that packs the food items. The last time I didn't want an item missing from breakfast meal, in the instructions I told the rider to check as this branch has a habit of not including items in the delivery. Very disappointing and now they have proved themselves again.

The burger was excellent. First time I have ever said this about my rare visits to McDonald's. Sat in the car in the car park with my dog. I assume it was a Big Mac, I didn't buy it.

This branch has extremely poor management and to be in specific it’s time to name and shame Kiri and Alex. I honestly don’t know who put them as managers. They both have disgusting attitudes and treat customers so poorly. I waited over an hour for my food and ordered through the app thinking it’d be more convenient since it’s McDonald’s very own app. My order was taking extremely long and after communicating with the driver multiple times I had to come in myself late at night. So called manager kiri was aware that the previous driver had taken my order but not accepted it and didn’t even bother telling the new driver or me that my order had left and that they would not bother remaking it. Not only did they waste my time, but also the drivers time. They were so rude and had poor communication skills. Very unprofessional and horrible people. Alex who is senior manager apparently, did not even bother speaking to me trying to resolve the situation instead they both were pointing fingers at each other saying he’s the manager speak to him or she’s the manager speak to her. They definitely should not be in charge if they can’t even communicate with customers. My 1 year old niece can communicate better and it’s such a shame on them.

Took me approximately 1 hour to get my food, bad costumer service,many people’s food thrown into the trash and dirty. I do not recommended this place at all.

After a long car trip we planned to stop at this particular McDonald's, charge our phones, toilet and have some food etc... They turn off all the sockets at night and the A/C is blasting on cool, bearing in mind there's 5°c outside. It feels worse in!! Eating while we're freezing, what an amazing meal. All of this because apparently they want to keep the delivery drivers outside. I've emailed the head office complaining because this is unacceptable.

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal boy to get home and it was a quarter pounder not double and I paid more money for it. My daughter ordered a double cheese burger and ended up with double bacon cheeseburger what a load of rubbish….. McDonald’s are absolute rubbish never get the order right and I am not driving back now that I have reached home. Not happy won’t be coming back
