waited over a hour for food. wheb it did arrive it was cold and not pleasent

Spoke to a lady last week who was very helpful and patient. The food was delicious 😋

I am 36 weeks pregnant and waited two hours for my delivery to be made and when it arrived it was cold .. I would like a full refund of my meal and compensation

I had to go and meet my driver at the store to collect my food , only to then get home with cold food and see that half of my order is missing . Absolutely disgraceful

The fillet burgers had a weird chemical taste. Both of them went in the bin

Food was cold. The cold pepsi cans were put on top ofthe bucket of chicken. The fries were also cold. The chicken pieces were the smallest I have ever seen. This is the second time this KFC outlet has supplied cold food to me, and I only live 3 minutes from the shop. I recommend using a different outlet or buy a pizza.

Failed to pack drink - Courier had to return. Food was lukewarm.

No coleslaw in my meal even though it comes with it. My burger was not the right one and the piece of chicken wasn’t right either. Ricebox wasn’t even filled properly. Hardly any rice and there wasn’t any bean salsa in it either.

Addiscombe KFC is normally my go to. However, tonight’s food was terrible. The chicken was overdone and greasy - disappointing.

They got my order right and are very helpful.

I recently visited this KFC store brach and had a terrible experience. The chicken fillet I ordered was extremely salty, to the point where it was inedible. When I went back to the store to request an exchange, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager. Instead of addressing my concerns politely, they were dismissive and responded in the worst possible manner. It was clear they had no interest in helping or providing decent customer service. This experience was highly disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location again. Terrible food, even worse management! Really do visit another store in place of this store!!

I hereby inform you that I regrettably watched an episode in which I was extremely shocked. Today around of 9pm At the KFC in Addiscombe, I thought that poor customer service was already normal, but treating a driver the way I saw without the guy having done or said anything wrong was too much. I watched the whole thing from start to finish, so I am here to report my dissatisfaction as a customer as well. Because it is becoming repetitive, so today was the chosen day. I was supposedly treated with an arrogance that made me feel embarrassed. Now, as for the driver, I even found it unnecessary because he was just doing his job in good faith. The driver in question arrived there, said good evening and asked the employee who was there to check if his order was ready and if not, how long it would take. She replied that it would be ready in 20 minutes. The driver said ok and went outside. After a few minutes he came back and asked, “Madam, are you ready?” She turned to him impatiently and very stupidly and said, “No, only one is ready, another one will take another 20 minutes.” The shocked guy said, “Madam, why didn’t you say anything? I’ve been waiting here for ages and you’re there doing nothing. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long. Look, then we’ll do it this way. Tell me if it’s going to take long or I’ll cancel because the customer has been waiting for a long time and so have I.” She quickly shouted, “Oh, I’m going to report your account and I don’t care.” In other words, the poor guy who didn’t do anything will end up with the account reported, which is where the employee should be. For mistreating the drivers and providing terrible service to the customers. I honestly felt very disappointed and to tell the truth, I don’t think I’ll be going back there. I didn't get my order was missing bottle of coke 2 pieces of chicken. no corn on the cob. delivery driver said he would come back but as of yet has not .

Staff at this branch are useless! Ordered via uber eats, missing items, zinger burger was dry and had 1 skimpy bit of lettuce and no mayo/sauce chips were soggy and cold. No napkins or other condiments in bag, called store staff were useless and basically said nothing they can do! Well they can start with doing better! Serve food that you would be happy to eat yourself and get people's orders right!!

Not sure what’s going on with KFC at the moment but it’s not tasting the same……or is it that other chicken places have improved. Not sure but KFC is no longer my ‘go to place for chicken’

The food was stone cold and hard. The map didn’t work so no clue when food was arriving. Poor driver behaviour.

If they could get online orders right..it would be a miracle. Going in the store is even worse, staff are so slow..snails might even be faster. Used to be a good KFC but has gone downhill a lot.

With only two self service screens to place your order, it can be a bit of a wait before one becomes free. The menus are easy to navigate, and payment straightforward. Bit of a wait again for the order to be prepared - yours is up against all the online orders that are coming in at the same time. The burger itself was OK. The portion of fries, whilst tasy and hot, was small. The drink didn't come with ice. Not sure if it is even available, but would've been nice for keeping the drink cold.

This branch always gets the order wrong. By just a little bit to make it annoying. They also off load the chicken others don't want to delivery orders. out of an order of six pieces, two were wings and two wee drum sticks. I would recommend choosing another branch if you can

Absolute dreadful service. Food arrived completely cold, crushed and with torn packaging. Contacted Just Eat and despite sending photo's and additional information they refuse to uphold my claim. Never EVER ordering from this joke of a service again.

It said expected 25 to 30 minutes for delivery, but it took an hour. Saw on the map the delivery guy has been on the road for a while, and he was on pedal bike. The food arrived luke warm, not hot food. Totally disappointed. This is the 2nd time.

watched courier on map, half way to mine he stopped, for approx 5 minutes, then turned back, stopped again for another 5 minutes. Arrived at mine late, drove straight past and went further up the road before finding me waiting outside. Food was stone cold. Straight in bin. Not impressed.

Food was stone cold, soaked by the rain and the chicken burnt. Two small drumsticks and a boney thigh piece given in three piece meal. Awful quality couldn’t be eaten. Waste of time and money.

I would like a full refund. The food was ordered at 20:30 and arrived at 22:00. The estimate delivery time was 20:40-21:00. The kfc was due to close at 22:00 so at 21:50 I went to collect the food - when I arrived they said the food had been collected. The food was cold on arrival.

Driver seemed to take so long the food is lukewarm, initally told delivery at 20:15, then between 20:30 - 20:50, and eventually turned up at 20:55. The popcorn chicken is cold and the can is lukewarm,, must have bee either sitting in the restaurant for a driver or the driver took too long to deliver. barely edible, had to as paid for it.

After taking a 30mins detour he got lost in the building.

Where do I even start! Absolutely disgusting customer service. I called the restaurant before even ordering to make sure they answered because I can’t eat mayonnaise or my kids! So they answered and said it’s fine for me to ring back after doing my order to explain how it needs to be done! Safe to say this restaurant is run by a munch of morons because 115 calls later, answering my calls and hanging up and leaving the phone on the side so it would be user busy! Food was freezing!
