I don’t understand why I ordered a variety meal and items were missing. No note nothing. Save your money

Very bad behaviour from the staff at till. A guy who works usually night he is working tonight 2nd of August 2024. He is so rude and its not first time, tonight was 2nd time and if he keeps doing it he will get it back from someone one day. He needs to change behaviour, next time if it happens again he will be responsible for the situation.

They never delivered my food but said they did I’ve ordered from this place many times before and never had this problem im very unhappy

We have ordered 3 box of wings meal and given me only one box. The staff not listening to the customer always on the phone. Very bad service they kept waiting me 10 minutes.

Don’t buy from this shop ever. Zero marks for cleanliness and hygiene. Chicken fillet thrown on grill with bare hands while cleaning of shop. Other person came from outside, thrown keys into counter and started working with dirty hands without wash. Burger bun was of nano size and fillet was solid hard because he put on grill without steaming it. Wings and chips looks alright but has clear doubt on oil quality.

80 minutes for some chicken and turned up stone cold. Went in the bin. Never ordering from this place again. Disgusting service

My order never came and they say it was delivered

Driver was 1 minute away, then suddenly it said delivered, yet I'm standing at my door with no food and the driver hasn't even turned up!!!

The chips were hard and crunchy and the burgers were cold. The best part were the bbq wings so over all not the best meal. We live 5 minutes away so no excuse for it to be poor quality.

It's such a shame that I couldn't eat most of my chicken as the coating was covered in pepper and set my mouth on fire l hate pepper the food was lovely and hot and what l did eat l enjoyed but please stop putting pepper on everything not everyone likes it

I ordered a triple M burger they gave me a hamburger. Food was cold chips were dry and crusty we spend too much money to be treated like this they need to take our orders more seriously.

Made our order quit late last night. However, this did not stop the Morley's guys from sending exactly what we ordered. Food was delivered with care and on time. Chicken Fillet Burger meal plus Fried Chicken and chips arrived piping hot, generous portions and all items were delicious - fresh and so tasty. Absolutely 1st class - no complaints here! Excellent quality and value for money - 10/10.

The chicken strips were so poorly undercooked it needed to be cooked for longer. Chicken strips were bland no taste. Grilled chicken strips were also bland with no taste.

Although the order arrived late, I can forgive that because of the following: Food was still hot, meals were as requested, generous portions and the food was really delicious. Absolutely love this Morley's...Thank you guys.

I have ordered from them 4 times, and this is the third time they haven't delivered the bbq baked beans and coleslaw in the meal deal. The only time I received these two items and I had written a message to please remember to include them. I should not have to do this.

Rude staff and dry chicken that clearly wasn't fresh! I will stick to Morley's on mitcham road their clean the food is nice and they ain't rude to their costumers!!

Very bad service, the boy put very hot chips (french fries) in the plastic box, the box melted and the plastic was on the chips, I asked to replace chips because I don't like the taste of plastic , he told me: next time I will not replace the chips in very aggressive manner. I will never come back to this shop anyway.

You are still our number one when it comes to customer service, food quality and taste. We have no reason to go elsewhere for our fried or grilled chicken pieces / wings or fillet burgers whilst you continue to provide the best there is, every time we order. Thanks as always guys.

This shambles place with no chairs place have been extorting customers for the longest and it’s not fair, like make it sense doesn’t match its prices too unreasonable , you get better deal around Morleys near Mitcham road if you know you know!

Thanks again for a great takeaway. Received exactly what was ordered (alternative drinks sent, which we knew about) and is exactly why their customer services is excellent. Have to say that I tried the grilled chicken wings for the first time and they are the best I have tasted from any takeaway so far. Would definitely order those again.

If you burn hash browns till they are black then you throw them in the bin. don't pick them up and put them in your customers burgers. it makes people worry about how low your standards are & what else you allow to be disgusting in your kitchen

The quality was amazing last night! Everything tasted fresh, the fries stayed good in transit and they were really quite delectable. The wings were crispy and delicious, thanks for a great meal. Please add pots of sauce options to the menu, then we can get some dipping pots of burger sauce and whatnot.

Our order was placed late, after 8pm, so we were advised that there would be a long wait as they were very busy. Morley's still managed to deliver exactly what we ordered and the food arrived hot, tasted fresh and as usual, generous portions which tasted delicious.
