Had a delivery and the food was so tasty! Nice and warm. Really pleased with everything. Hadn't used here for a long time but been disappointed with other takeaways recently so decided to try it. Wow.

First takeaway for a long time. Not disappointed . Food was incredibly tasty and great value. Could have been a little warmer. Fantastic.

Really tasty food and excellent service on the phone. Hot & Sour Soup was one of the best I’ve had and my lamb dish was full of really tender meat. Good quality stuff and delivery time was very accurate.

I had a bad experience here a few years ago, so I only used it around 3 times a year. I ordered Cantonese sweet and sour chicken tonight, with soft noodles and spare ribs. I was bitterly disappointed with the amount of tiny morsels of chicken that came in the meal, we and wifey usually share a meal but on this occasion there was barely enough for one person. The price of the bbq ribs is now quite expensive and very inferior to recent times. I got around 5 tiny ribs the size of my index finger and the quality was poor. I will be looking for another takeaway next time.

Great food, used to be our go to before we moved. House. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Chinese in Stafford!

Ordered our food at 17.30 45 mins for delivery this was a Tuesday night! after an hour we rang the restaurant to be told they were very sorry “it was very busy” and our food would be delivered in the next 5-10 mins eventually it arrived at 7pm 20 mins later by time it arrived I had started to cook myself……they seem to think it is ok to apologise but do nothing about it….. on a plus note normally the food is good. Very poor service

An absolutely beautifully cooked chinese meal, takeaway. I enjoyed a number 36, chicken in an egg batter with pork,beef, king prawns and mixed vegetables, with egg fried rice. My wife enjoyed a 113, oriental special sweet & sour, with hot & spicy rice.

Ordered the the tofu Thai curry and the tofu satay for me and my partner, plus veggie rice and a couple of meat options for the family. We were all very impressed. The food arrived hot and both the tofu curry and the satay was AMAZING! I will definitely order again. Great value for money.

Never disappointed. Crispy Beef, Duck Chow Mein, Spare Ribs etc. etc. Easy parking just over the road, and I can nip to the Railway Inn for a pint while waiting.

Summary: I would not recommend, very rude customer service when they get the order wrong and they want you to pay for there mistake, if you want a hassle free takeaway it is definitely a place to be avoided. Firstly, the man on the phone taking the order said it would take 15 minutes and it took 45 minutes to be delivered, once arrived we found that they had gotten our order wrong, they then took 20 minutes to deliver the right food yet wanted us to pay extra for the correct dish being delivered, the man on the phone consistently kept saying that it wasn’t his fault and being quite rude down the phone, yet we repeated the exact order three times when ordering and he was adamant that he understood, we wouldn’t have minded if it was the wrong order but having the rudeness down the phone (several times) and them wanting us to pay extra for his mistake had really shocked us. Definitely not the nice romantic meal that we had in mind and subsequently caused us so much stress which wasn’t needed.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The first time and the last! Absolutely tasteless rubbish. Waste of £20 The delivery driver was nice.

This is a difficult review to write, because we didn't actually get any food! We ordered food for delivery on Friday evening at 6.15pm, and were advised that it would take an hour. At 7.30pm we phoned to chase our food and were advised that it was on it's way - a standard response from a take-away it seems. The restaurant is at most 10 minutes away from us, but we waited and waited. At 7.55pm we phoned again and asked about our order. There was a pause as the driver was called, and eventually we were told that there had been an error, and our food was still at the restaurant but they'd send it out straight away. We said that there was no point waiting any longer and cancelled the order. We got a call back moments later telling us that the food was now being cooked but we said that it was too late. They offered us a discount but by this time it was after 8pm and we were fed up with waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, but to tell me that the food was on it's way, then that it was still at the restaurant and finally that they'd just started cooking it was too much. They also said that they only had one driver - on a Friday night? Seriously? We won't be using this Chinese restaurant again, especially as we have now looked at other reviews on Trip Advisor, and we have checked out their Hygiene Rating.

Did not know this was under new management! Waited over an hour for delivery. was told 45mins. Noodles drenched in that much soy sauce they were blck.chicken and duck slices were so dry and stale crispy beef and chicken...soft and chewy..chips looked and tasted as if they been cooked several times...wont go again!

I last used this place in september last year soon after the new managment took over and i vowed never to return as the food was not the best. However we decided to give it another try last night and was really pleased that we did, the food had improved immensely and was plentiful. The delivery service was quick and the food was hot. Many congratulations to the managment for turning it around after what was a poor start. This place is certainly worth a visit. Well done

Ordered a take away from here for local delivery. Found everything perfect, friendly staff, great and tasty fresh food delivered piping hot and delicious! Don’t understand the rash of negs here. Don’t be put off by them it really is a great place.

Great food and service, arrived quickly and tasted great. Only criticism was maybe it was a bit spicier than expected for a 1 chilli dish.

Absolutely shambolic customer service. Placed order on the phone - all polite and professional - then got a phone call 1 hour later from a delivery driver who couldn’t speak English - at completely the wrong location to our address saying he was lost!! Ended up turning up 30 minutes later with cold food. We then get another guy turning up 1 hour later demanding payment from us - for something that was stone cold. Don’t use the new management of this once fine takeaway. They haven’t got a clue and unfortunately have no idea about customer service. #avoid.

Always used this takeaway as it was the best by far in Stafford, but last night has put me off for good. The quality of the food was not good and really quite tasteless, also seem to have cutdown on the amount that they gave you. Not a nice meal so will go elsewhere. New management has destroyed the place in my opinion

Two and a half hours we wanted for our food . Told me it would be up to an hour . Then I called after one and a half hours kept saying the Drivers is on his way . I actually believe this as when it turned up an hour after that it was stone close . Disgusting service . I will never use this hell hole ever again I hope they go bust .

Used to be fantastic when the previous owners had it. Unbeknown to me changed hands while I was on holiday. Guy who took my order was pleasant enough and the food arrived on time however when I got it home it was poor quality in all aspects. Ingredients, flavour and presentation. Such a shame as it used to be wonderful but certainly won't use it again now.

My previous review applies only to the previous owners. It is in my opinion that the new owners are amateurs because the food is diabolical and the service is less than poor. I recieved spring roles instead of spring chicken. When I asked for chips I was told the chicken comes with chip so no need for an extra potion and then received none. Prices went up and portion sizes came down. Time to go elsewhere after 20 years.

Always good quality and well cooked food. Never let us down in the many times we've used it. Can't recommend highly enough, the only place in Stafford I'd use for Chinese food.

Mi pareja y nuestro amigo he probado la mayoría de los restaurantes en Stafford buscando la mejor comida china para llevar. Cocina Oriental ha sido el mejor con diferencia! La comida era muy, muy bueno. No es la típica comida grasienta para llevar. . Ken nos sirvió, él era muy educado, amable y divertido. Disfrutamos de la espera y la comida aún más!

Por dónde empezar? Es simplemente el mejor restaurante Chino en existencia, y que es insuficiente. Comencé a venir aquí cuando yo tenía 6 años de edad con mi madre y mi padre cada 2 semanas o así como un lujo. Es un restaurante familiar y recordar cómo crecen los propietarios eran amables con nosotros. La comida aquí es simplemente increíble, pero desde el aspecto exterior de este lugar parece normal mixto. Este es verdaderamente un caso de grandes cosas vienen en paquetes pequeños. Recomiendo el pato en salsa de ciruela, el chow mein, bolas de pollo dulce y agria, en serio no puedo repartidas suficiente positividad sobre este lugar. Es incuestionablemente mi número 1 lugar favorito para comer en Gran Bretaña.

No soy un local a Stafford, pero llamaron a la cocina Oriental recientemente en mi regreso a casa de un viaje a Milton Keynes y quedé gratamente sorprendido por el alto nivel de la comida, tanto así, que el objetivo de la visita de nuevo cuando esté en la zona más tarde hoy.

One of the best Chinese takeaways in Stafford. The staffs are kind and friendly. I order the best Duck and Pancake I have ever had... Everyone must try this.

New to Stafford, new to this Chinese. Decided to try this Chinese as a result of the ratings on trip advisor. What a find! Great food. Great service. I recommend the pancake rolls and spare ribs - fantastic. We will be back.

We have been ordering from this take away for years and it has always been the very best! Wouldn't order from any other. Food is always fantastic! Always hot would recommend this to everyone.

Been a regular from day one, food is always piping hot and now comes in the more hygienic plastic containers. Always busy with orders but this never impacts on the quality of the food. One of the few takeaways that will do half portions if requested.
