Very disappointing the Cantonese style chicken the chicken was tough. I've never had tough chicken ever the rest the meal was very pleasant.

Staying at mother in laws and decided to order banquet set menu. Absolutely delicious and so much food we had enough for lunch the next day. Tasted great, not greasy, very much enjoyed! Glad we tipped the delivery driver

Have been using Oriental Express on & off for years. Best Chinese take away for miles around. Happy staff on the phone friendly delivery people. Highly Recommend. Also New Year time. They send a really nice Rush mat style Calendar. With your order.

I was visiting the area and this takeaway was recommended to Hubbie & I so we took our chances.....and very glad we did ! We chose salt/chilli ribs, smoked chicken and peking dumplings followed by Red Thai chicken Curry and a chicken curry with fried rice (which all came in one pot - set menu E). Total bill was £30.80 and free prawn crackers! The taste of the thai curry was superb. I eat a lot of thai food and the flavour was excellent - just enough spices and a bit of chilli for heat. The starters were all piping hot and not over cooked and Hubbie wolfed down his chicken curry so I guess it was a big thumbs up then !!I was surprised to see that the takeaway wasn't listed on TA so I have gone to the effort of making sure they get shown. Great food at a good price. :)

The staff was very unprofessional. On February 19th at 5:32 PM, my sister and I arrived at the store and stood at the counter to place an order. At that time, there were no other customers—only the two of us waiting for about 4–5 minutes. However, the staff member was merely cleaning and chatting with someone in a foreign language. Although she clearly saw us waiting to order, she chose to ignore us, which left us extremely disappointed. As a result, we decided to leave and go to the Starbucks across the street, where we received much friendlier service. After getting our coffee from Starbucks, we noticed that the same staff member was now serving another customer. I don’t know what we did wrong as customers to be treated with such disregard. I hope the store management will review how their staff is trained to prevent losing more customers in the future.
