Missing dish didn't bother to call as what i did receive was not great no flavour to any of it .no sauce with crispy chill beef .and no prawn crackers first and last for me .

Had a Chinese takeaway yesterday from wok On wheels yesterday, the service was excellent, staff were friendly and food very tasty . As my local chinese is wok on wheels they also offer a delivery service wich is reliable and on time , i will always order from them.

just ordered smokey chicken as advertised on the wok on wheels Facebook page, it tasted even nicer when i tried it at home.

I asked for spare ribs and served me ribs chopped into pieces, crispy chicken wings were not wings just bits of chicken in some sort of coating, next time I will be returning my food if the order is wrong

Definitely a five star takeaway in Reading. We ordered over £100 worth of food on the 17th June 2023 at 7:20pm, and the food was ready for collection by 7:30pm. Very efficient.....and we really liked the satay chicken especially the sauce, also the Singapore fried vermicelli. We will definitely come back for another feast.

Food is delish. Always cooked well and batter on pancake rolls is thin and not greasy. Our go to when wanting a chinese.

Simply one of the best Chinese takeaway in town, if not the best – amazing food, good value for money and friendly staff. Lots of options from the menu. Food were freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, and most importantly tasted and looked the real deal (none of the weird colours and stodgy looking dishes that you get from some other takeouts). The special chow mien, chicken balls, salt & pepper dishes and the Malaysian satay chicken are notably our favourites. The satay chicken portion is huge (chunky piece of chicken unlike the smaller piece that you usually get from elsewhere) and the peanut sauce that comes with it is truly scrumptious (can’t get enough of it). Solid 5 stars. Highly recommend, without a doubt!

This little gem serves super delicious Chinese/Malaysian dishes and also the portions are very generous. Staffs are very accommodating and super friendly. Full recommended to all who wants to have a proper Chinese.

First time ordering from here for years. We used to go to Golden Dragon but went down hill. All the family loved it and the big chunks of chicken in the chow mein were amazing! Our house on Brybur Close will always order from here now

The food was BOMB, the chicken balls were sooo good, the texture is so nice and it tastes EVEN better with the sweet and sour sauce, I LOVE the chicken balls. Coming back here for suree.

A few weeks ago we placed an order and in with that order we got vermicelli rice noodles and asked for no shrimp, it arrive with shrimp and was told to “just pick them out” not a big issue but didn’t really want to be picking through our food but was told the dish would be free next time! Fast forward to last night and we placed another order and reminded them of the free noodles from our recent order, the lady in the phone just kept saying “yeah yeah” and charged us £25 for our order! Once off the phone we added it all up and realised that she had infact charged us for the noodles we called back and she didn’t really know what to say, so she said “no we said any free dish not free noodles” that is not what was said to us before! So we asked what the dish would be in case in had something in it that we don’t like to be told it would be vegetable samosas which you get free with orders over £30 anyway! Very very cheeky of them to do that and we order from them loads! Not how we expect to be treated/ ripped off as regular customers

We got food from here for the first time last night after reading some recommendations on a Facebook group and it was super tasty. By far the best Chinese food I've had from any takeaway. Decent portions, super juicy chicken and really nice quality. Deffo recommend

I absolutely love the food from this place, my biggest gripe is with the website and ordering food. It feels completely outdated, you can not pay by card, this feels like a website that really desperately needs updating. How can I order food online without being able to pay with card?? Or join just eat/Deliveroo… more business will come your way.

Amazing food and hot when come really nice Chinese

Ordered hot and sour soup with chicken chowmein and Chicken With Green Pepper and Black Bean Sauce. Soup was not fresh, tasted and smelled like burned white cooking oil. Chow mein and other item was not that bad. I will not recommend any one.

Tried their Malaysian dishes and ordered again two days later. Food was excellent and good customer service. Writing this as I am walking down to WoW ro order again. 3rd time in 6 days

Honestly have to say wow is my weakness, food and delivery times never disappoint!!

The duck was wet like it had been dropped in a bucket of water, the udon noodles consisted of mostly beansprouts and water. Wish I had eaten roadkill instead

Cannot fault the food here. This is where we always order from. Last time we wanted Chinese takeaway it was a Monday and had forgotten that this place was closed so ordered from somewhere else and were really disappointed. It did not measure up to Wok on Wheels. Ordered from here last night and loved it as always. Won't bother with anywhere else now. The crispy chilli beef from here is the only crispy chilli beef which actually stays crispy and the sweet and sour chicken balls are light and fluffy with juicy chicken in the middle.

Fresh, tasty food cooked just right. Would recommend solely on the thin crispy sweet and sour chicken balls.

Would give zero stars if possible set up account and placed order online all paid for as website said delivers to RG7 however 10 mins before it's due to arrive I get phone call saying even though the website says we deliver to RG7 we are not delivering to your area my driver doesn't want to go and we've cancelled your order and refunding your PayPal disgusting and disgraceful behaviour and so unprofessional we were left with no dinner 10 mins before match started absolutely fuming *** Avoid them like the plague ***

I tried ribs with curry test was good but immediate after couple of hours I had a diarrhoea I think the meat was too old to eat please before selling these food think about health and hygiene

Best Chinese Takeaway I have had in Reading - always amazing food, delivered in good time and always hot and fresh!

Really great Chinese food. I've tried a few other Chinese restaurants in Reading but this os by far the best one. The chow mein is great (I always go for the special chow mein) the prawns are nice, big and juicy. The rest of the dish has plenty of meat in it as well. The portion sizes are generous so it's great value for money. My partner is vegan and they have a lot of veggie options. She had the somosas, seaweed and vegetable rice noodles and black bean tofu which was all really good. The delivery driver was extremely polite and friendly as well and gave great customer service. He put a smile on my face so that topped it off for me. This is definitely my go to takeaway from now on.

Really delicious food. Had Singapore Chow Mein and sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was crispy and the noodles were spicy and tasty. Definitely coming back!

Regularly go here - as someone who has HK family - this is the most authentic Chinese takeaway I've had. Cantonese food is very good here and the staff in the restaurant are very polite and helpful.

This was a very a Chinese until it stop opening about 2/3months ago and the phone is always user busy so they aren't trading at the mo.

With reference to my last review. I would like to update. They dealt with my issue very professionally and refunded the money via PayPal even out of their working hours. Contacting me and dealing with the issue straight away! Fantastic service and polite friendly and the food has always been amazing with great delivery people. Ordered from here a couple of times through Just Eat. Pork Dumplings are delicious, Beef Chow Mein, Vegetable Egg Foo Yung and Battered Chicken Balls are all great. I just won't be ordering their Banana Fritters again. Although they were delicious, I paid £2.50 for two 1.5" pieces. I expected more for the price.

Rude telephone service and told me he was too busy to deliver to a hotel just two miles away. Told me to come and collect and don't waste his time as he is too busy, then hung up! Unbelievably bad service after they were recommended. Clearly so busy they have lost sight of new custom. Shocking

Crap food!!! Then they sent me the wrong order and tried to blame it on me and were so rude!! Gobsmacked!!!

Absolutely disgusting food, do not order from this place!!! The shredded chilli beef is like plastic and the sweet and sour sauce looks like period. Curry sauce was green and had spilt all over the other dishes when it arrive. Don't waste your money at this restaurant

Typical.. we are moving in two weeks and just manage to find a Chinese takeaway in south Reading that is decent. We ordered the mixed hors d'euvres to start. The prawn toast was thick with prawn and not greasy at all. The ribs were tender and moist, the seaweed was tasty, and the chicken satay was yummy with really chunky bits of chicken. The peanut sauce was very nice and not sure what the other sauce was but it was very nice. Not that nasty fake ultra sweet tasting stuff that most chinese food places buy in. The mains we chose were the crispy shredded beef and szechuan chicken with egg fried rice. The shredded beef was very tasty, and still crispy not chewy as they cut a hole in the lid to allow the steam to escape. The chicken was also yummy, with lots of moist chunks of chicken. All in all, very happy. Reasonable price, delivered in the time frame stated and much better than any of the others we've tried around here!

waited 1 hour for the delivery. Called them and they said another 45 minutes. Thanks but never using it again.

Cheap and cheerful. Not the best quality, but definitely edible. Delivery can be a bit slow.
